Hi all!! Congratulations to each of you! It's so very exciting! I've been a Bumpie for 6 years now, as I first joined when I was pregnant with my first in 2012, and we've all become the best of friends! I have a 5 year old girl, a 3 year old boy, and a son who was born on May 15th of last year.
***TW*** In August, we lost our sweet 3 month old, Micah, to SIDS. He was a week past the 3 month mark, and never woke up. It is the hardest thing I have ever had to endure, and I miss him every single day, but we knew, even before that, that our family wasn't done growing. I am so scared, because although I'd never had any previous pregnancy troubles, it made me realize I am not invincible. And I am scared that I am going to question everything now. During pregnancy, and once the baby is here. It was concluded that it was by no fault of our own, but I'm sure anyone could imagine how hard it is not to blame yourself. Anyway, we got pregnant pretty quickly, but it turned out to be a chemical pregnancy in December. And although I was a bit sad about it, I was thankful that if something wasn't right, that it ended when it did and not later in the pregnancy, or worse, once the baby was here. ***
So, here I am again, cautiously excited!! Tests have been faint so far, but I know I am very early, and none of the 3 BFPs have been with FMU. Going to take one tomorrow morning, and hoping for a darker line! Based on both LMP and date of conception, I'm due on Christmas Eve!
@antsangel1118 So sorry for your loss. A friend of mine lost her precious boy to a preventable SIDS at 7mos. So devastating. I am a safe sleep Fah-reak, as I am sure you are as well!
Im due Christmas Day!! Ahh.... I feel kinda bad for our babies, lol... I always think of how sucky it must be to have your birthday when everyone else is getting presents too, and your gifts are always “2 in 1’s”.
Just got my BFP, due 12/30 with #2! We’ve been TTC for 3 months & so happy it took! I’m turning 38 in May & have a 26 month DD. It took us 11 months to get pregnant with her (a MC during that time too) and I didn’t want to wait that long. Fingers crossed & hoping this one sticks!
Mom of 4 (so on to be 5) Dipping my toe in the pond, not a full swim till I have a confirmed test from Dr. So far two positive hits over past two days. Should be due end of December (already have 1 December baby yikes)
oh gosh @antsangel1118 I'm so sorry for your loss, how incredibly heartbreaking, I can't even imagine

@kchiquita20, @CecilB93, @maureenmce, @coco2787, @texas_t, @luckycharm324, @mag1cbeli3ver thank you, ladies!! I am glad to be here, but already so nervous even just analyzing that little line that is still pretty light. Really hoping it darkens over the next couple days, and I don't have a repeat of December.
I agree about feeling a little bad for Christmas babies! Lol I've always thought, too, it must stink having a birthday over the Christmas season! ODD is a Thanksgiving baby, and I feel bad enough for her, but this one is due on Christmas Eve! Not only that, but I feel a little bad for my other kids that I will likely be in the hospital during Christmas!! I know it will be an exciting reason, and it will be the best Christmas gift, but I have to think of how we will celebrate!
Hi everyone I'm Shanelle and im a FTM (first time mom ?) Sorry all the abbreviations are a lot to remember ! I did a test last week that the doc confirmed is 4 weeks pregnant ! Am very nervous and excited as hubby and I want this very bad but I know 4 weeks is still crazy early to get too hyper about it yet. I've had bad migraines so far and am finding it hard to keep up with my gym routines I used to do. Hoping after 1st trimester my energy comes back !!! Really excited to be part of this group. I'm the first of my friends to have a baby so I'm hoping to really make some friends here to share stories with !! Due date Dec 20 !!
My name is Nicole. Mom to 3 (18, 16,12) Military wife. Will be 35 in October. Had a miscarriage July 2017, a chemical in November, and another chemical in February. Due December 22 which was my nephews due day who was born Christmas day 2 years ago, but unfortunately passed away at 7 months old. So this is definitely a really strange and surreal thing. This baby was conceived while we were "on a break" for TTC after our chemical in February. So we will see if I get to stick around this time. I really hope so!
Hey! I got my BFP this morning. Faint line but it’s for sure there! This was our first cycle trying after having my Paragard IUD removed in february. This will be my 3rd baby, i have a 4 and 2 YO. I was a pretty active August ‘15 bumpie so maybe some of you ladies are here?
So many new folks!! So glad to meet you all. I'm sorry to hear some of you have had devastating losses, but so glad you are here now. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone better.
I just had a glance back through because I wanted to give a shout out to my EDD sextuplets (lol.)
Hi all! My husband and I had waited almost two years to start having a baby since we got married. We chose to start around this time since some of our financial obligations would be taken care of by the time the baby would be born, so would have more funds for a baby! Anyways, we were hoping for a March 2019 baby and decided to start trying in March 2018 since I was coming off of birth control and wasn't sure how long it would take to get pregnant. So, we got pregnant right away that month! Glad we were using birth control and contraceptives up until that point! We will be first time parents, first time pregnant. I found out I was pregnant on 4-6-18, I am about six weeks along now. The due date calculators tell me 12-10-18. I have not had my first doctor appointment yet, but will in May here. I have been wanting to be pregnant and be a mom for a long time! Looking forward to this adventure!
Hello I am due December 18th I got my first positive at 11 dpo! I am a mother of 3 kids and a stepmother to a set of identical twin girls. Me and hubby are excited about our new edition! Though I have fears due to a miscarriage in March 2017
Hi all! I had my LMP 2/28 which gives me a due date of 12/5. First pregnancy and so far so good. Both excited and a little nervous for everything that will come. Thanks for all the support, I've been reading the threads for a while and figured it was time to jump in.

Hello! I am expecting our 4th baby, due 12/19. I have DS1 (8) and identical twins DS2 & 3 (6). I’m super nervous about starting all over again, but also really exited!! I am AMA this time around (35), so I’m interested to see how different that is.
Edited to change due date - apparently I already can’t remember things!
More EDD 12/18 babies! @snugglyduckling25 and @jazzy246 ! Sorry, I'm just really excited today. We got our second beta results back and told our families (we kind of felt like we had to because we told them we were doing our FET on Easter Sunday and wouldn't be able to make it to dinner.) I'm really hopeful that things will be *mostly* smooth sailing and we'll have a real-life, take-home-baby. Trying to embrace the power of positive thinking. And acupuncture..reminds me I need to make an appointment.
I got my BFP last week putting my due date at 12/4. This will be #2 for us ans my DS just turned 2 in February. Super excited to add to our little family
Hi everyone! My name is Caitlin and I am 33 and pregnant with my first little one. My estimated due date is December 22!
I got married a month ago on March 17, and a week later we left for our honeymoon to Ireland. We loved it there so much that we brought back a souvenir!
I’m so excited but nervous to be pregnant. I feel like I’m walking on eggshells, trying to be extra careful with my “precious cargo”.
Hey sober sallys! I've had 2 miscarriages and now prego again! Really hoping this one hangs on. This is our first child and we've been trying for 2 years. Once I finally got the hang of tracking, I feel like I can get pregnant no problem now! Oh the things you learn about mucus. Any who, my due date is December 12th and I definently feel more prego this time around. Lucky baby dust and good vibes to all you!
Very nervously writing an introductory post here. I have a DD that will be 3 in July and we just recently have been kinda, sort of trying again. Aka... not really preventing at times but not actively tracking my cycles. However *TW* our scenario this time is odd because I had a loss at the very end of February at around 7-8 weeks. .... And somehow, on the one occasion things could happen.... they sure did. Without having a period after the loss. Sadly, I cant remember the exact date! So... not sure of EDD other than probably from the 3rd-12th of December!? I have been in touch with the OB group and they havent gotten back to me on when I should have my first ultrasound. HCG quant on Friday was 4,088 but they didnt even tell me to go in again for another level... so I will have to pester them tomorrow. Have been having fatigue and really achy boobs but not much queasiness which is just making me more neurotic. Sigh. So... hi everyone!
Hi all!! Im new to TB but got a BFP a couple weeks ago and couldn’t be more thrilled!! Im 32 and this will be our first bubba so the nerves are high but the excitement higher.
The bit were battling with is keeping it secret! We have our first scan on Monday to rule out ectopic pregnancy and for dating but at this stage were looking at 10th Dec!!
Hello! I'm a 33-year old FTM from DC. I got a BFP on Saturday and have been hesitant to post, but have been lurking for the last few days. Possible due date is around Christmas. I got a BFP back in November but *TW* had an MC after only 5 weeks so I'm really hoping that this one sticks. The kicker is that we've been TTC for a year and 2 months, was diagnosed with "unexplained fertility" with a DOR and was just finishing up testing to start IVF. What are the odds??
I got my BFP last week putting my due date at 12/4. This will be #2 for us ans my DS just turned 2 in February. Super excited to add to our little family
@sweetpea1359 my DD just turned 2 in Feb too! And I’m due with #2 12/30!
We got our BFP on Friday, April 13th after suspecting it for almost a week (the vomiting has already set in...yay!). Our due date should be December 18th, but that will be confirmed at our 8 week ultrasound. We were TTC for about 5 months, and this is our third (and final...for now) baby. We have a 2.5-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old daughter, and we are so excited to be adding another baby to our crew.
I'm new to the Bump (I needed a bit of time to shake the early MC fears before officially checking in), with an EDD of December 6th. My husband and I were coming up on a year of trying, and were actually jokingly trying to avoid a December due-date as my family is packed with December birthdays, including my husband who's a NYE baby - but here we are! I got my BFP on March 30th and was confirmed by the doctor on April 10th; looking forward to our first ultrasound on the 27th!
I'm 26, and this is my first baby (1 suspected CP a few months ago) in addition to my two step-kids. I'm wicked happy to be here and look forward to getting to know you all.
Hey Everyone, I have been lurking for quite some time. Still a little afraid to post.
*TW* I was originally on the July 2018 board, I ended up with a CM days after posting...so my anxiety still has the best of me. I will be a little less worried making it another week. But, I also had a loss in 2013 at about 15 weeks, which 3 months later I became pregnant again which led to my little girl but, a few weeks after finding out that I was pregnant, my husband was in a very bad motorcycle accident that almost killed him..thankfully he is still here... so, I guess I will be a little paranoid for quite some time. TW*
I have three children. DS 11, DS 8 and DD 3 (almost 4). We were not planning on anymore children. We were done with the three, but last year we started thinking we may want one more. My daughter suddenly started talking about a sister she swore she had. We would go to a store and she would grab baby blankets and clothes and place them in the basket saying they were for her sister. We decided that maybe she knew something we didn't ha ha. We decided to try for another, never ever had a problem before, always able to get pregnant without even trying. This time was a different story. We have been trying for about 9-10 months. We actually were planning to skip this month because we did not want a Christmas baby. We planned to go see what may be going on, thinking that my husbands accident has made it harder to get pregnant. Well we decided to just keep trying, seeing how it seemed we would not be getting pregnant any time soon and if I did happen to get pregnant, I would be due around the 18th. Well, my cycle was a lot longer than normal and I believe that I ovulated later than normal which puts be around the 24th. I guess we will see once I go to the Dr, what my actual due date will be. Praying so hard for a sticky baby!
Hey everyone, I'm a SAHD starting the third go-round. This place has definitely changed over the last six years or so. Seems to be a bit more rigid nowadays, so we'll see if there ends up being actual places to post.
there are two motivations in sports, which is yours?
