@Amphibious22 yuck. I’m sorry. Families can be so weird sometimes, especially when step parents are involved. Glad you’re able to keep as much distance as you want to.

@Amphibious22 I'm sorry they were so hurtful.  Just think of it like this, it's their loss. They are the ones that will miss out. I'll never understand how some families can be like this (even though I've seen it in my own family) and I don't think the hurt lessens with time either. I just keep telling myself, would I invite these people to a BBQ at my home if they weren't family? and most of the time the answer to this question is no.  Float like cream and ignore their petty behaviour.

My dog is an asshole. She got up at 3:30 am whining incessantly so I let her outside. She continued to whine for the rest of the night. I have no idea what her problem is. But she would lay down for 2.2 seconds and then get back up again, wander around our room and then whine. #givemeallofthecoffee

@doxiemoxie212 I got the large. It was pretty big at first but is fitting better these days. And it comes with an extender for when you get extra big so you don't have to buy another size up. 

And thanks to everyone for the comments. Yeah MH never understands why I still visit them. It's mostly for my mom who (even though has no filter and can make some rough comments and drive me up a wall) still cares about me. I don't want my stuff with my dad to prevent me from ever seeing her. And to be fair, both my brothers are chill and married wonderful people who act so much more like sisters than my sisters ever have. It's nice to have them around because they see the crazy in my family and always try to make me feel better about it. But luckily I did my annual visit and don't have to deal with it for probably another year at least!

+1 for hating bras. I cannot tolerate them. But, I can't go braless at work....So I recently purchased these:

I figured I'd use them for nursing and during maternity leave I will not are what I look like boob-wise. They are super stretchy and tolerable...though there is not much support and it basically looks like maybe I'm not wearing a bra, but IDGAF. The little cup inserts are also the wrong size/shape for me, so I'm just free-boobing it in them. 

Also, +1 for large, dark, pepperoni nipples. MH seems to still like them, though. I think his brain is just like "boobs, boobs, boobs, boobs..." or something, lol

@bearmoons - I bought those to get my free baby box from Amazon, and I love them. I've found that the more I wear them, the more they relax and conform to my chest, and the better my boobs look, lol.


Re: nipples/boobs - MH still loves my boobs, and rolls his eyes at me any time I comment on my nipple changes.
TMI, but - Sometimes when he actually tries to have some foreplay involved in our sex lives (lol, almost never), he'll suck a nip and then come up and go "Nope, no milk yet!" I thank him kindly for killing my mood.

+1 about H loving the boobs lmao!
He said - lovingly and to be funny - awhile ago "Would it be awful to say I hope we have another kid just for the boobs?"

+1 to the boob husband lol. Sucks for him because mine hurt so bad all the time, even just touching them hurts.

@May14th2011 My nips were so sensitive for such a long time. One time I smacked my H accidentally. Then started crying because I felt bad but also ow .... he now knows to be gentle lmao

@becca_123 the gravel roads are really hard on the tires and once they get down to a certain amount of tread it doesn’t take much for them to get a hole... these tires are almost 3 years old and DH says to me, I know we need to get some new tires on there but I’d really like to wait until next fall... Okay buddy, but it happened to one tire on Saturday and a different one today, and you know you’re the one I’m calling for help when it happens, so choose wisely...

I forgot to turn off the auto payment on our old truck last month and our monthly payment came out of our account. Now the stupid loan company is dragging their feet on returning the money and sending proof the loan was paid off. Today, we got a refund check for overpayment of $6.48?! Like I don’t even know where they go the number from.

@dinodna3 that is so frustrating! We recently paid off my car and I called them asking for the exact payoff amount. Set the last auto-payment to that amount then cancelled it. Then the loan company called and said that it was $0.04 short. Likely because of the three days worth of interest between when I called and when the payment was processed. Like seriously this shouldn't be that hard it's your entire business.

I'm kinda in a search on money suppose to have been sent to me from student loans in 2006 that was never received .... so I get the frustration 100%

@krashke Maybe the $6 was from the loan payoff not the extra payment. It’s just annoying that they have about $400 of ours and we just have to wait until they get their shit together to send it back.

@dinodna3 Yehhhh I'm not holding my breath, but one was sent to a bank account that isn't my mum's {I checked and she still has it so we can prove it's not hers} and the other is a cheque. They're doing an investigation, and it'd be nice {since it's almost $1,000!} but when I called I said I know it's a low chance

@jsl82 I didn’t, I think he talked to his cousin about it who just had their fourth. He was very anti-minivan too but he loves theirs now.  DH just made up his mind one day that we were going to sell the truck and get a Honda Odyssey. So we did it all
in like 5 days.

My aunt was a cosigner on one of my many student loans 12 years ago for $3,000. I pay $50/month for it. Like, this is a small loan. And because she's trying to buy a house, her stupid underwriter wants me to provide twelve months of billing AND bank statements proving that I am paying this loan and she is not. My checking account is shared with DH, he does not want to provide 12 months of account statements to unknown underwriters of all people, so I may have to redact everything except this one line item for twelve months of bullshit. I might just have him call them from his law firm because usually as soon as he does that someone somewhere says, "Oh, funny, we don't really need it, I guess." But I also don't want to fuck up my aunt's ability to buy this house. Ugh.
