That's good supplementing won't give a false positive blood test for O. I think that's what you were saying?
Mmm, I don't know that I'm saying that, because I have no idea. I am saying more for if you are ku and using suppositories your progesterone blood level won't get as high as if you were using other forms of progesterone, that is my understanding at least.
Progesterone will not give you a false positive. So you don’t have to worry about that for sure!! We make it naturally ourselves and it doesn’t affect the tests because the hpts are made to pick up HCG (of course HCG is similar to LH which is why some folks try to use opks as pg tests but it's not recommended sine you CAN get a false positive with them).

It shouldn’t give a false positive for o but it shouldn’t be taken until after o
Introduce yourself and anything you think is important: number
of loss(es), when you had the loss(es), diagnosis / conditions
surrounding loss, etc. First loss. I was here on the TTGP board the last couple months, then moved over to the N18 BMB, now I am here.
Status: AF now, so WTO I guess. I assume I can jump right back into TTC since it was an early loss right?
How are things going? What is something that you are struggling with this week? What is going well for you this week? R/R? Just struggling with the fact that it happened. It's my first (that I know of). I had kept testing everyday to see if my lines got darker and to see if HCG was possibly rising. They weren't. The digi positive on Tuesday had my hopes up that all was going well. But by Thursday and Friday my tests were pretty much negative, and I started having cramping and bleeding last night. I was if MAJOR denial until last night. I cried all day yesterday. I was so excited for this, but I guess it just wasn't meant to be.I never thought I would be this upset. I know some doctors think CP are not a big deal, but it hurts, a lot.
Any testing coming up/any recent results? I have to call my OB on Monday. They close Fridays at noon, so I didn't get a chance to call yesterday to see what they say. I assume they won't need me to do anything. I just have to cancel the appointments I had set up.I had blood drawn yesterday from a GP to get all my Thyroid levels checked. I am showing lots of signs of Hypothyroidism and I am happy to get looked at since apparently Thyroid issues can cause fertility issues.
GTKY: What are you most grateful for today? Today I am thankful that the sun is shining. Cloudy, crappy weather makes me feel even worse, and it's been like that for over a week here. But seeing the blue skies actually raises my spirits quite a bit. I did find out recently that my Vitamin D levels are pretty low, so I think getting out in the sun might be something good to do today.
@Whitmore1027 I’m so sorry you find yourself here. It’s so shocking when this happens, try to take care of yourself- getting some fresh air and sun might feel good. We’re here for you.
I'm so very sorry for your loss @Whitmore1027. No one expects to be in this boat, and it hurts, no matter how early the loss. As far as your question, after my early loss my OB told me I could try again right away.

Oh no @Whitmore1027 I'm so sorry you find yourself here. *Big hugs* My OB also told me I could try again right away. The only reason they say to wait is for dating purposes, but if you know when you O, it shouldn't be a problem. I was really surprised how much it hurt being so early as well. It's really hard because you already start dreaming of the future and then it just abruptly ends. It's really hard to emotionally deal and I'm just so sorry.

@eleven_ Yes! Regarding dreaming about the future, it's so true. Basically I was worried from the beginning (just because it was early, and of course everyone knows it's the most fragile time and risk of MC is super high). My H kept telling me to not think about bad things and be positive. He is big about mind over matter. So I got super positive and starting writing down names, started planning and such. This was my way of showing H that I am positive all will be well!

@Whitmore1027, I am sorry for you loss. As to your question, usually you can start trying again right away. I didn't have to wait with my loss at 14 weeks. As long as your HCG is negative, you are probably fine.
I don't think I've ever wanted af to come so badly!

Check with your doctor as to when you can start trying again. Usually with a CP
you’re allowed to start right away; however, remember that sometimes taking a
cycle or two off is good emotionally.
