Baby measured 6w 3days, one day ahead based on my calculations... they are putting my due date at 9/26 based on lmp and not ovulation but I'm keeping my due date based on ovulation.
I had an early ultrasound at 5 weeks 3 days (history of miscarriage, conceived while on Clomid). My OB saw two sacs! One measured 5 weeks 5 days, and the little one measured 5 weeks 2 days. She said that we won’t know for sure if it’s twins until my next ultrasound (in two weeks), but whoa!
I have an update! I’m officially expecting di/di twins! I had another ultrasound two days ago, and got to hear the heartbeats! Baby A’s sac looks small in this image, but it’s just a funny angle. Their sacs are right where they’re supposed to be, and they’re a few days apart. ❤️
so I have been spotting since 1/19 even went to ER at 5 weeks and they saw a yolk sac and gestional sac but told me to prepare for miscarriage. Today according to LMP I am 6 weeks, 3 days but Dr says twins are measuring a few days behind. yeah I went from thinking I was getting bad news to twins! He was able to hear and see baby a heartbeat and said that is bigger baby but he thinks he also found baby b heartbeat and wants to give it more time. Sorry I know we aren't supposed to write a lot here but I am just so joyful and high on baby emotions. I have one ovary and fallopian tube and never thought about twins at all as possiblity even though they run in our distant families.
I haven't been as active on this board as I'd like, mainly due to multiple instances of being sick (not pregnancy related). Yesterday was our first appointment and it ended up being way more eventful than we ever imagined. Our family of 3 is becoming a family of 5. During the ultrasound we were told that we are expecting Identical Twins (Mono Di) which automatically classifies the pregnancy as high risk. Due to this I will likely end up delivering in August. DH and I were completely shocked and I'm still overwhelmed by the news. Babies are measuring right on track at 9+4 and have heart rates of 184.

Thanks, ladies! I had my followup US, and the little bean is doing great. 150 heart rate and growing so fast! Plus my doc shaved two days off his estimate. I have a feeling I'll end up at my original EDD soon.
Hello ladies, my 6w 4d ultrasound pic is super blurry awful, so I haven’t posted here. I plan to after the next one. BUT, I just got the ultrasound results, I had to go in because of some bleeding which has since stopped. After the ultrasound my ob called to say “you’re not out of the woods yet for miscarriage, but it isn’t ectopic”.
I refuse to google having learned with dd it just makes things worse. ...yet I’m here posting looking for thoughts/experiences... ‘cause I can’t help myself. *eyeroll*
Looks to me like the little minnow is measuring good and had a decent heartrate? I’m focuing on that and ignoring the hematoma bit... I see my ob on the 14th.
Anyone have similar results? Experiences? Medical translating skills? Input of any kind?

Hey y'all! Went in for a 10 week follow-up US to make sure the pumpkin is growing and well. I had bleeding at 6 weeks, which has since stopped. So was elated to see a strong 183 heart rate and measuring to date! Sending hugs to y'all who are having a hard time not worrying. Our bodies are capable of amazing things, so don't give up hope if you have some blood in the beginning.
I had a SCH with both previous pregnancies and there was a lot of bleeding .. thy told me to stay off my feet and the bleeding did stop after several days. Both went on to be healthy babies .. wishing you the best !!!!
Hi everyone! I had a little spotting last week and called to get an ultrasound because my mind wouldn’t let me be convinced it was normal (first appointment wasn’t scheduled until the 12th). Everything looks good! We have a strong baby measuring 8weeks!! Look at their little arm nubbies!!
this isn't my first my first ultrasound but it's my most recent. i had a little scare this weekend, went to the ER and then had to follow up with my OB on monday. everything seems to be good now & little nugget is right on track!
Here's our second bundle of joy, measuring at 7 weeks, 6 days with a heartbeat of 152 we're hoping this baby is a girl, but would love another boy too.
Got to see our little baby this morning! Everything is looking good, but learned I have a tilted uterus.
You're going to want to edit your personal info out of this photo.
Also, Congrats!

Just had my first us measuring 6 weeks 5 days...barely making it a September baby. Heard the baby’s heart rate 115bpm. They didn’t do transvaginal which I was surprised by, but everything was there and looked good!
10w4d today and a HB of 167. Baby was dancing and stretching for us. I'm a FTM and that was the most amazing thing I've ever seen, to watch my baby wiggle!
Finally had my appointment. Everything is measuring right on track, 9w3d. HB 172, new EDD is 9.15. Phew! Glad that's done. The wait for this appointment was so nerve wracking for some reason. And here's our little Cashew, lol.
we're calling this blurry peanut Baby C marked with the arrow. Measuring 8wk 1d and due sept 26 as of yesterday. It's one blurry ultrasound which kind of disappointed us but we think baby is just not ready to be in the spotlight quite yet! HB of 160bpm. Officially mailed our "your gonna be grandparents" cards with this little picture included and the parents & siblings should all know by Monday! Nervous excitement! Probably the best early Valentine's present yesterday. it's been a great week. Loving all your picture perfect ultrasounds!
Fun things to do at work when you have downtime. I can’t believe how much has changed in just a few weeks. I wish I could post a video on here baby was so fun to watch.
We had our 8 week ultrasound on Feb 12. I measured at 8w 3d. I was off by 1 day! EDD has been changed to September 20. The little gummy bear measured 1.93 cm, with a heartbeat of 179 bpm. So excited!!
