@purplg8r Oh damn girl I am sorry. I hope that you and YH can figure out what's best for you moving forward. I know you've waited this long - the idea of waiting more sucks. Hugs.
@adirat 6 hours?! Oh lord I hope you have good distractions planned! Keeping everything crossed and will be stalking the you-know-what out of you today!
@purplg8r So sorry for the BFN. *hugs* I hope you and your H come to a decision that satisfies you both on what to do next.
@adirat FX for you! Doing anything today to distract yourself?
AFM: H did his own research yesterday on morphology and has agreed to new vitamins, healthier eating, and cutting back caffeine. He still refuses boxers He's also a chemist so despite all of my natural household cleaners, he's going to get chemical exposure. I'll take what I can get though!
@purplg8r I’m so sorry for the BFN, friend. @adirat thinking of you today! I hope time flies by!
AFM: Had my ultrasound this morning. Lining is 9.7, three follicles on the right ovary measuring 28, 22, and 19. Also had a positive OPK this morning so they told me to take the Ovidrel shot as soon as I got home and they’re scheduling me for an IUI tomorrow.

I apologize to anyone I caused pain to with my previous post. I'll explain what happened below if you want to read it. I never meant to equate our experience with loss or miscarriage - that's certainly pain I do not understand.
DW had a positive pregnancy test the evening of 10 DP IUI but it was really faint and I told her we shouldn't get our hopes up unless it was darker the next day. Well, the next day it was negative and it stayed negative until she got her period. I feel like a dick saying she had a CP because that implies we thought she was pregnant for a few days and then were crushed with disappointment to find out she wasn't. So again, I apologize.
I'm very sorry about the BFN, @purplg8r and I'm thinking positive thoughts for you during your wait, @adirat. Must be the longest 6 hours ever.
@purplg8r I’m sorry girl. I quit OPKs and temping a year ago after I found out our situation and I don’t regret that. I still can tell when I’m about to ovulate because I can’t ignore the symptoms my body is showing.
AFM- TMI warning- I’m either a moron, or in denial, I went to the bathroom and saw some spotting in my underwear but I’m not totally convinced that I am getting my period because these are “period underwear” and I am not sure if it is actually an old stain or not.... I got dressed in the dark and couldn’t see. I don’t have any other signs of AF and last month my LP was 14 days on clomid, so I expected the same this month. So that wouldn’t be until Sunday

@purplg8r damn, I'm sorry. I know you talked about taking a break from some of the ttc stuff. maybe you can temp and not do opks or find some other compromise. I know you were thinking of drinking coffee and alcohol again, maybe that can be part of your "time off." no matter what you decide, I hope you take care of yourself

Thank you for letting us know, @lulu1180. This is a sad, sad day. I am so sorry @adirat and @purplg8r. I am so deeply sad that adirat's FET was not successful. AFM, I sat down and looked at dates. If once I stop progesterone on Friday, and AF comes that day or the next day like last month, then I'd be out of town for my dad's surgery for the cd11 monitoring anyways. I feel more settled about that. Like its out of my hands
@purplg8r Sorry for the BFN. Taking a break is tough, but it can be a good thing too. I felt very refreshed after my first break. And there are a lot of holidays this month to keep you busy. Sometimes it's nice when it feels like all things are pointing to the same decision.
Lining check went okay today, I should be clear for transfer tomorrow! They gave me a progesterone suppository to take in the morning, and the nurse will be calling later with the results of the labs and some more instructions.
I cannot wait for tomorrow to get here, @BusinessWife.

Hello!! I am back from the beeeeest vacation. If you guys ever get a chance to go to Morocco- go! Its pretty cheap and amazing.
Diagnosis (If you've been): Unexplained
Cycle/CD: 18? 17? I have forgotten
Status (WTO/TWW/TTA): WFIVF
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) I started estrogen priming this morning!!!!
How are things going? I am so excited and SO SCARED
Any questions?

Now this is bizarre. Literally last night as we are going to bed my H and I are talking about the 7 dwarves (and we are not disney people at all) and now this. I would say I am Happy. I just am.
@BusinessWife So excited for you! Fx that all goes well tomorrow. @kiwi2628 Welcome back! I'm so glad your trip was awesome, and how cool that you started estrogen priming today! It's really happening!
@adirat I know you are taking a break, but if you do ever come back and read these, I am so sorry @laurad75 your donor and I are on similar stimming timing! I am set to start next Thursday ish! I can't remember if you are doing a fresh or frozen, but if its fresh, we will be on similar timelines! @50Wife hugs ont he BFN @RVAmom315 I am glad it seems like your new RE will eb better. Having you be comfortable is so important. @purplg8r So sorry about the BFN. Its never easy. Hugs @KristoKekerooni my H and I are only going to transfer 1. Since we are both young-ish (30) and have unexplained and no history of loss, he felt very strongly about IVF being successful for us, and hates to risk twin pregnancies if he feels there is a good chance of success @BusinessWife
@kiwi2628 Welcome back! You are clearly on a vaca high! Hold on to it.
Yes, we are doing a fresh transfer likely 5 days after ER. You will have to keep me posted on your feeling each day and I'll pretend its how my donor is feeling.

@SkilledSailor glad your H is making changes!
@shortstack930 FX for you!
@Avrilmai I'm thinking of maybe compromising and doing opks but not temping. Although I get crazy about both so we'll see!
@zwink1 grow follies grow!
@lulu1180 thanks for the update. My heart is breaking for her! Please tell her that I'm thinking of her.
AFM, I sat down and looked at dates. If once I stop progesterone on Friday, and AF comes that day or the next day like last month, then I'd be out of town for my dad's surgery for the cd11 monitoring anyways. I feel more settled about that. Like its out of my hands

@shortstack930 GL tomorrow!
@lulu1180 Thank you for updating us. What extremely sucky news. Wishing her all the comforting things she can have right now.

Diagnosis (If you've been): Unexplained
Cycle/CD: 18? 17? I have forgotten
Status (WTO/TWW/TTA): WFIVF
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?) I started estrogen priming this morning!!!!
How are things going? I am so excited and SO SCARED
Any questions?
GTKY: If you were one of the seven dwarfs, which one would you be and why? (Reminder: Sneezy, Bashful, Dopey, Sleepy, Doc, Grumpy, Happy)
Now this is bizarre. Literally last night as we are going to bed my H and I are talking about the 7 dwarves (and we are not disney people at all) and now this. I would say I am Happy. I just am.
Coming back for tags!
@kiwi2628 Welcome back! I'm so glad your trip was awesome, and how cool that you started estrogen priming today! It's really happening!
@laurad75 your donor and I are on similar stimming timing! I am set to start next Thursday ish! I can't remember if you are doing a fresh or frozen, but if its fresh, we will be on similar timelines!
@50Wife hugs ont he BFN
@RVAmom315 I am glad it seems like your new RE will eb better. Having you be comfortable is so important.
@purplg8r So sorry about the BFN. Its never easy. Hugs
@KristoKekerooni my H and I are only going to transfer 1. Since we are both young-ish (30) and have unexplained and no history of loss, he felt very strongly about IVF being successful for us, and hates to risk twin pregnancies if he feels there is a good chance of success
@BusinessWife
Yes, we are doing a fresh transfer likely 5 days after ER. You will have to keep me posted on your feeling each day and I'll pretend its how my donor is feeling.
