Not going to lie. The sore boobs and not being able to poop was something I really didn't miss. I had forgotten about the struggle to poop. Sorry Tmi. Anyone any tips to keep things moving? Yuck.

Colace worked when I was pregnant with my sons. My daughter gave me the exact opposite issue. I’m placing bets I’m having a girl again because so far it’s the exact same. Smh. It’s the one thing I didn’t miss. Edit: autocorrect got me.

@bdesterhouse interesting you say that about your boy vs girl pregnancies. With my son I always had trouble, with this pregnancy so far it s the total opposite and I'm over here like wtf is going on?!
@swizz09 that was my main one first tri last time. I hardly got morning sickness at all and never threw up, but I was so dizzy I had to talk with my students about what to do if I spontaneously fainted. I think it has something to do with the increase in blood and oxygen levels, but that's just speculation on my part. Those seabands that people use for motion sickness really saved me. I think they help morning sickness too? But I wouldn't have made it without fainting if it weren't for those. I think you can pick them up at most places with a pharmacy; I got mine at Target. Also kept a tiny vial of rosemary and peppermint essential oils on hand to smell when I got bad. I felt like a Victorian lady with her smelling salts.
@swizz09 I was dizzy all this morning. I woke up and everything was spinning. I hope it’s not something that continues. I drank water and ate some chicken noodle soup and it helped a lot!
I have been really dizzy this pregnancy too! Also, suuuuuper forgetful. Like, whole conversations. It’s ridiculous. Glad to see I’m not the only one....

I get random waves of nausea throughout the day and for the past few nights headaches. Today the husband laughed when I said something outside smelled horrible and told me I've got the hypersensitive nose going on...he bought a first time dad book on pregnancy and keeps pointing everything out haha.
I’ve been getting some bad headaches, I’m always thirsty and my hands started hurting at night. I had pregnancy induced carpal tunnel last pregnancy that would wake me up because it hurt so much. I was hoping I wouldn’t have it this time but I might not be that lucky.
@itsval that’s really sweet that’s hes reading up on what is going on with your body! And yea, that hypersensitive nose and subsequent waves of nausea have kicked in big time for me too!

@christycalifornia I might steal some of your tricks. I had a couple of what I felt like were close calls last week! So weird how every pregnancy is different. I don’t remember experiencing this at all my first time.

Oh, Lordy. We're seeing Thor at a theater that serves dinner. I just had a virgin bloody Mary and someone behind me reeks of pot (legal in CO). I'm gonna throw up.
@christycalifornia ick. Hopefully it will diffuse and not be so overwhelming. That’s a very distinct smell and just reading your comment made my stomach flip over

@3dogs_and_a_baby I had it too last time, so bad. My hands went completely numb at the end. It was awful. It's been over a year and my hands still hurt and get really stiff sometimes. At this point I'm not sure it'll ever go away completely for me. I hope yours stays away this time. The things we do for these babies...
Woke up pretty nauseous this morning-first time feeling anything in that arena. Have such a busy day at work today I need to be in person for or would stay home. Hopefully it stays at nausea...

My nausea usually goes away as soon as I eat something in the morning. Hopefully that’s the case for you too.

I told my husband before we left for work this morning that this still doesn't feel real yet since the only thing I was feeling was tired and short of breath. Then on the way to work got hit with some pretty serious nausea.
@3dogs_and_a_baby Ugh my carpal tunnel started yesterday too! It's awful, I had it a lot later In pregnancy with my first and It woke me up all the time in the middle of the night. Hopefully is goes away for a bit but i don't have hope since I woke up with It again.
Officially hit the -crying at the smallest things- stage. No laughs.... I watched labor videos this morning and start tearing up! How ridiculous. Im rewatching the last episode of the Vampire Diaries and now I’m ugly crying.
I'm having slight nausea, not like I'm going to vomit but I can just feel it there. I'm all over the place, I'm just so angry all the time. Stupid hormones.
Was just thinking this morning that I felt great! Lunch time hits and I’m nauseous with no appetite. Tomorrow I’ll be bringing some crackers or pretzels to nibble on to see if that holds it off.

I am so this right now....ugh it is the worst!! Let me know if you come up with anything that helps, um, move it along .
Granted, I was in much better shape at the beginning of my last pregnancy, but I don't remember getting winded at all until he got bigger and started crushing my lungs. Yesterday and today I feel like I take 10 steps and I can't breathe anymore.
@lindsayleigh1989 yup. Everything from aching RLP to cramping to gas-like pain. There's this one spot that I keep having to rub because it keeps stretching RIGHT there, in the same place. Not fun.
@lindsayleigh1989 I've been super surprised by it too. I didn't think anything like that would start so early. RLP, nausea, crazy irritation - I'm so fun to be around right now.
So. Much. Bloat. up in here. My belly is huge and flabby and super attractive.
A few bouts of vomiting in the afternoons, which isn't surprising. I was sick all day everyday with DD until week 12 so I'm anticipating the same for this one.
I'm currently getting over some kind of virus - literally did not have a voice for 5 days. Hard to be an effective teacher without one! I was home the Wed. through Fri. of last week and took solid 2 hour naps for the past 5 days. On the mend now!
Pretty much nothing, which is so crazy! I feel like my last two pregnancies I was sick and felt very pregnant right away and this one I got nothing. Im sure I should be happy, but it's so weird to me!
Last night I googled "how much thirst is abnormal during pregnancy". I didn't have this symptom at all last time, and it's driving me nuts. Probably doesn't help that I'm craving mostly salty foods.

The first symptom was being so gassy! Now I get really hungry, pee lots already and have had some cramping with super tiredness. Naps are incredible! I had hg last pregnancy (any other mommas?) so this time my focus is on combating that. Not loving the nausea for so many of us already

A weird pregnancy symptom I am experiencing is when I wait too long too long to pee, it is like, excruciating pain. This happened with my last too!
