Is this my mucus plug? **graphic photo**

I went to the bathroom last night and this morning and continue to see this when I wipe. It's super slimy and has a pretty nasty smell. I'm assuming it's my mucus plug, but I never saw it with my first. Yesterday, doc said I was 1 cm and I'm getting anxious about how much longer I may have.

@bizbitty, why don't you just google "mucus plug pictures" and compare it yourself?

There are plenty of pictures out there (I know because when I started seeing stuff like that start coming 2 months ago, I googled, compared, and got my answer)...

Unless there's blood in it, it doesn't really mean much since mucus plugs can regenerate anyways....so unless it's bloody or seems like there's infection, there's not much to really analyze.

Please don't. Nobody wants to see your discharge. You can totally google mucus plug and compare on your own. Also, no. No it's not.

We all agreed fairly early on to NOT share pictures of things that come out of our vaginas unless it's a baby. So. Yeah.

it is a nice space to ask questions and feel welcome... if you have some social skills and participate more than just showing us your discharge.

I didnt even show my HUSBAND my mucus plug, because that's disgusting. This is gross and you should feel gross.

Maybe, idk, if you have never bothered to be a part of a community before you might actually check on the rules, TOU, and introduce yourself before just posting pics of your vaginal discharge. Any quick google search would clearly show you that no it's not a mucus plug, it's just discharge. Who walks into a new place without even bothering to attempt to make a single connection or provide any support at the last week or two of everyone's pregnancy and expects people to be super stoked to look at pics of the shit that came out your vag?
