Just wondering...is there a best time to take your vitamin? I try to take mine after lunch but sometimes I forget and take it at night. It had me thinking if there is a better time in the day to take them.
I don't think the time of day matters but taking it at the same time every day can help you remember. You should also take it with food so it's easier on your tummy and to help with absorption.

I take mine at night that way if it does happen to make me sick, im asleep through it all lol
@kimmerann3 I agree it doesn't matter. Last time I took it in the morning so I would remember but sometimes with MS I would gag and throw up. I am debating this time to take them either in the morning or evenings this time around.
@kimmerann3 If you are taking any other medications, just make sure taking your PNV doesn't interfere with absorption. Otherwise, I agree with PP that taking it at night might be easier on your stomach.
Which prenatals are you all taking? Do they have iron? I switched to vitafusion gummies without iron, which don't give me a hard time at all. I take them in the morning while I make a breakfast shake.
@lizeybee I take blue round ones called vita pearl that we get from cvs. They are from the doctors so they have to write them for you. They look chewy but don't chew them up because it tastes like awful and bad. Do you like yours? Can you chew them up? Thanks, Maggie
I'm on the Honest Co. Prenatal Complete (with iron). I like them because they don't need to be taken with food so I don't have to time with a meal, which prevents me from forgetting to take them. Thinking about switching to gummies though since many of you have said they help with bloat!
