Venturing a cautious hello from California! I got my BFP on Sunday, putting me at 4 weeks 1 day today. After a loss in early June I'm still a bit nervous to be joining here but early labs look good so I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a STM with one son who starts kindergarten tomorrow (where does the time go?!). I've been divorced from my son's dad for 5 years now and just remarried in January. DH and I are beyond thrilled to be adding to our little family!
Hi everyone! I'm a STM and I live in PA. My little man is about to turn 4 this month. It's a way bigger age gap than I ever wanted, to the point we almost gave up and were content with 1, and then baby showed up after a year of me being off BCP!
I wasn't expecting it at all. I just started getting a nasty cold in July, and I was like...why am I getting sick in July? So I POAS and out came the positive on 7/29! Shocked us both. According to the internet, my EDD is like 4/10, but will find out in a few weeks when I get an US.
I'm close with my old BMB (on FB) from 2013. TB seems totally different than what I was used to, and ever since I had my son, I have no brain, so I'm probably not going to remember rules
Hello mommas! I'm a STM with EDD 4/1. My DD is almost 15m, so looks like I'll have 2u2! I was also a member of the A16 bmb (but had a May baby) and though I wasn't terribly active on there I feel like I learned an incredible amount of information and got to know some great mothers! I look forward to the next 9 months with you ladies!
Hi Ladies, I will be a FTM. My EDD is April 3rd. I got my BFP on 7/21, but it took me a few days to believe it was true. I had a blighted ovum in March, but so far my betas are looking good and I have my first ultrasound this week.
Hello all! I am a loss mom working on my second rainbow baby. I'm 3 weeks 5 days, and I am vacillating between being optimistic and terrified. My first born is a sweet shy girl who loves books to death. I am due for a little hellion .
Hiiiiiiii! I got my BFP on Sunday and have an EDD of 4/13ish. I had the weirdest, spottiest periods after having my paragard removed so I'm going off of my O date. (Fertility friend FTW!) DH and I have a newly 2yo DD. I'm still really really close with a few mins from her BMB.
I have to to wait until 8-10 weeks for our first appointment and that seems so so far away. I'm dying to hear that heartbeat!
Hi All! I'm a STM with an EDD of April 3rd. My DS is 15 months old and we have two 7 year old great danes, so it's quite a zoo in our house. I was a lurker when I was pregnant with my DS but hope to participate more on this board. My husband and I are ecstatic to be expecting again, but also shocked that it happened so quickly after it took 7 cycles to get pregnant with my DS. Looking forward to a happy and healthy pregnancy!
Hi everyone! My name is Shayla and I live in Texas. I'm currently 3w4days along. Still early. Eek. Internet says my EDD is April 14th.
I got a faint line last night on a Wondfo and a FRER. Didn't believe it even after taking another FRER and 2 wondfo's this morning (still pretty faint lines) until I took the clear blue digital that said pregnant!
This will be my first bio kiddo; my husband has a daughter from a previous marriage who turned 5 in April. I absolutely love books and have been known to be reading anywhere from one to four at a time.
I currently work as a technical writer.
Hey ladies! FTM here... I know everyone says this but I'm in complete shock and a little hesitant to be posting this right now. I got a squinter yesterday at 11dpo and a stronger positive this morning. My due date is April 12th. I thought for sure I was out this cycle because my temp had dipped for 3 days in a row, just as usual before AF arrives but then I was in disbelief to see it go back up! I have had some very very faint brown/pinkish spotting so I'm crossing my fingers it stops. Otherwise I'm SUPER excited to be here with all of you especially with so many TTGP grads!!! I was on TTGP from Dec-July and then decided to take a break. I have been meaning to jump back in but work and life has been a little crazy.
Little about me... other then being a FTM I live in Texas but I am originally from Michigan. (Shout out to all my Mitten peeps). I work full time as a mental health therapist but I also previously worked in psychiatric research. I got my Masters degree at Michigan (go blue!). So hopefully we can keep the football talk friendly this coming season for any MSU and or Ohio State fans that may be here.
Hi ladies! I'm Tori! I'm a hopeful STM and we live in the suburbs of Philly in PA. I am a teacher to wonderful third graders and am excited to start the new school year in a few weeks. DH is 27 and I just turned 28, and we have a wonderful DD who will be 3 later this month. I got my BFP on Sunday and my EED is 4/6 based on conception and 4/8 based on LMP (which I know the doctors will use).
In my spare time I'm a Master's student, lover of books, Harry Potter and GoT fan, and FitBit enthusiast!
I look forward to meeting you all!
ETA: I had changed my username, so I'm not sure what's going on there!
Hi everyone! My name is Sarah and I live in Ohio (I saw all those Go Blue posts ) I got my bfp yesterday and will be a STM. My DS was born September '14 and I am excited to give him a sibling (even though he says "um, no..." when I ask if he wants a baby to live with us lol). EDD is April 13th. I'm a little nervous as it is very early on, I had a MMC in March of '13, and am 36, (37 by EDD). Now it's time to get reacquainted with the pregnancy rules (and TB rules)! Looking forward to getting to know you ladies
Hi Mamas! I am a STM, my DD is 15 months. (I see some others on here from the April 2016 board!)
My estimated due date is April 16, and DD was born on April 20. I hope they don't share a birthday!
To be honest when I got my BFP yesterday it was pretty big surprise. I am still nursing my little one and was hoping to have my body to myself again for a little while, but we are rolling with it hah! I am also training for a half marathon and not sure if that's in the cards anymore. Here we go again!
@mountainsmama when is your race? I'm training for one too! Mines is Oct 1. I oddly did one at the same point in my pregnancy 5 years ago, both times signing up before knowing I was pregnant!
@ekendall09 it's October 15! I'm going to keep running with caution for now. Last time I stopped doing any distance (5+ miles) during my first tri because I had light spotting after running. But I will really miss it It's my "me" time which is hard to come by with a full time job and a toddler!
Awesome @mountainsmama! I haven't done anything really long and am listening to my body. I'm going to do 6 this weekend see how it feels. I did 4 last weekend after I found out and had a great pace the one I did last pregnancy was slow but mostly because I stopped really running and training after I got my BFP
Hi everyone I am maggie and I found out I was pregnant this morning from a digital test. I'm 37 and this is my first baby. Looking to make friends. I posted in the wrong please before but someone helped me to get over here. I'm scared but excited too. I've got my doctors appointment next week so I am excited for that but scared too. I'm happy to meet everyone. I'm in Arkansas so if anyone else is too let me know.
Hello, I am a 35yo FTM in North Carolina currently 4 weeks pregnant. I work in pharmaceutical research and have a pretty demanding job that keeps me busy. In my free time I like to enjoy the outdoors. We have a very spoiled 14year old cat who will likely not be too thrilled about finally having some competition for our attention & affection. I am nervous and excited about what the future holds and looking forward to connecting with others.
I have some disabilities and special needs but I have a job and I am talking a class in college. I do not want to be teased please I am a nice friend and sometimes my mom can help me type when I don't understand. Thank you.
Hello! I'm a 32 yr old mom of three (7,5,&4) and I found out I was pregnant with #4 last Tuesday. Due date is 4/2! *TW - I've had five losses in a row since my youngest was 1, so hopefully this is our rainbow baby! I've been seeing an RE for a couple years and we've had a couple failed IUIs so we decided to be done trying. So far my betas have looked really good and I don't need to be on progesterone injections or an estrogen patch like last time. My first ultrasound is August 8th!
A friend on the chat Room told me to wait and watch other people talk before I make any friends on here so that I know what to say. So I will wait I am not trying to be mean. Maggie
Hello, I'm a STM. I got my bfp on Sunday, my EDD is April 11th. My son is 17 months & I'm a SAHM. My DH and I were actively trying because we want a two year age gap. Excited to be here & meet others!
@mountainsmama my daughter is 15 months born on 4/20 also! I said I didn't want this one to have the same birthday and my husband thinks I'm weird for it. @JJMNO1616 I am also from MI and a mental health therapist! Looks like there are quite a few michiganders on here!

Hey, everyone! JUST got my BFP today. Kind of shocked, but 4 pregnancy tests (albeit all with very faint lines), here we are. Hubby and I have been married for 8.5 years and we have a son who will be 5 at the end of September. I'm a clinical psychologist by trade. I was pursuing my doctorate last pregnancy----it's got to be easier this time around, right???? Please say yes.
