Our little girls decided to be fashionably early at 30 wks 5 days!! At 6:43 and 6:44 am on Monday June 19, Rosalie Grace and Lilah Joy surprised us and made their way into the world. They weighed in at 3 lbs 10 oz and 3 lbs 9 oz, and both measured at 16" long. Now they will spend most of their summer in the NICU growing big and strong. Today they started phototherapy in their cool shades! Both girls are doing great and breathing on their own, which is a huge blessing!
Liliane Marie "Lily" was born 7/6/17 at 11:34 AM. Born at 35 weeks due to sudden severe pre-eclampsia. Weighed 4 lbs 13 oz and measured 18 inches. Baby did amazing and didn't need any NICU time! I had a vaginal delivery and a small first degree tear that is healing nicely. Going home tomorrow with our little peanut. Will update later in the Birth Stories thread. Good luck to all the other August mamas!
My precious little boy, Grant Levi, was born at 1:28 am on 7/11 at 36 weeks + 4 days. Even at over 3 weeks early, this guy weighed in at 8 lbs 6 oz and was 22 inches long. Only issue so far is taking to breast well but we are working at it. He sure made his momma work for it to get him into this world (will post more in labor thread) but we couldn't be more in love with him. Good luck to all with the upcoming births!
Jayton Eugene came into the world at 4:17 pm today and we couldn't be more in love with him! He weighs 6 lbs 9 oz, and is 19.75 inches long! He is doing fantastic for being born at 36 weeks 4 days!

Kacie Jean came July 13th at 6:04 pm due to severe pre-eclampsia at 34 weeks 2 days. She is a big girl for her age at 5lb 9oz and 18 inches long. She has respiratory distress syndrome due to immature lungs and is currently on cpap in the NICU. Hoping to have my baby home in the next couple of weeks. She is beautiful and we love her.
The princesses have arrived! On July 19, 2017 (38 weeks gestational age), Rylee (left) was born at 8:17am weighing 5lb 7oz and measuring 20in. Braelynn (right) was born at 8:33am weighing 6lb 12oz and measuring 20in. Both girls were born perfectly healthy other than needing a flat-bed carseat for Rylee for the first week.
Adalind Claire was born at 37 + 3 weeks. 7-26-17 weighing 6 lbs 14oz, 20 inches long via c section. I was scheduled for a version that morning, but my water broke and she had other plans
@wendy+shaun So many beautiful babies. Please remember that we can give tons of "love its", but refrain from separate comments because it takes over the thread and people miss the announcements. As the original memo on this thread says: "Love Its" are welcome and appreciated on this thread, but **please refrain from commenting with anything other than your baby's details**. Save the warm wishes and congrats for the labor/delivery thread.
Can't believe August is next week, and can't wait to see all of these precious babies being born!
Miles Akele was born at 4:56 on 7/29/17. He was 10 lb 2 oz and 20.5 inches long. Birth story started Thursday night and doesn't end until Saturday after two hours of pushing so I will share later!!!
My baby girl Eleanor "Ellie" Rose arrived 7/20/17 at 37 Weeks 5 days. 8lbs 15oz and 19.5 inches.
Since this his was my second baby she came pretty quickly. My water broke at 12:30am and she was born at 4:47am. We had a natural birth and all went really smoothly. I did tear through my old episiotomy scar which totally sucked but I hear it's pretty common. I was GBS+ and gestational diabetic so we stayed for 2 days after birth for observation but all was good and we're home happy and well.
My daughter (3) is very excited to have a baby sister.
Deacon Clarke was born on July 27th at 11:17am via c-section at 39 weeks. He was 8lbs, 10oz, and 21in long. He is very healthy and doing extremely well. I'm completely in love!
Nathaniel Max arrived at 7:36 a.m. today and measured 18 inches and 6.8 lbs. He is a GD baby and I was induced Sunday for gestational hypertension. After a 15 hour labor, I'm recovering from a second degree tear and baby is doing great! He passed his first blood sugar with flying colors and is enjoying sucking his thumb more than eating.
Emma Rose was born July 28th weighing 7 lbs 10 ounces, 19 3/4 inches long. Contractions started at 7pm, and she was born by 4:55am after about 10 hours of labor. She is happy and healthy and we couldn't be happier.
Emery Claire arrived at 5:37pm. 6 lb 11 oz. 19 inches.
TW* It was a scary delivery with her heart rate dropping too low, cord very tight around neck, blue and not breathing. So thankful for the amazing L+D and NICU nurses for saving our baby ❤️ I'm so in love with her
On August 3, at 9:27am, we welcomed a little boy into our lives! Cade Matthew came in at 7 lbs, 5 oz and 20.25 inches. It was a scheduled RCS. Both baby and I are doing great.
***TW in Siggy*** Me: 34 / DH: 33 Married: Nov 2011 TTC #1: Jan 2013, BFP Sept 2013, DD: June 2014 TTC #2: Aug 2016, BFP Nov 2016, DS: August 2017
Eli Ward made his debut at 9:13 AM on 8/4 via scheduled RCS. He came out crying which was such a relief because his older brother took a while when he was born. Weighing in at 8 pounds and 1 ounce, he's 20.5 inches long with some blonde curls. He's got chubby cheeks and a double chin. Once in recovery, my doctor told us his cord was wrapped around his neck 2x, so I'm definitely thankful it was a RCS.
Nora and Liam were born August 3rd, at 36 weeks, via scheduled C section due to IUGR. Nora (with dad) weighed 4 lbs 5 oz and Liam ( with mom) weighed 5 lbs 7 oz. They are both in the NICU but are doing really well and should be home relatively soon. It was a stressful pregnancy and I'm thrilled they've joined us.
DD arrived this weekend and we are so excited she is here. My labor was about 8 1/2 hours and I had an un-medicated hospital birth, I will try and add more details later in the birth stories.. As a GD baby she arrived at a perfect 6lbs 15oz. DS loves holding her and recovery seems a bit easier this time.
Welcome to the world Natalie June. 5lbs 14oz, born 10 days early on August 7th at 12:51am. Not the smoothest delivery, 23 hours of labor led to an emergency csection. More details to come...
Callen Jacob arrived via RCS on August 4th, 2017. Everything went smoothly minus some minor nausea and throwing up after the spinal, but as soon as I heard his little voice it all disappeared. He weighed 8 lbs 8 oz (about a lb more than anyone including my Drs guessed) and 21.75 inches long. Lots of dark hair from Mommy but otherwise is his Daddy's mini me. Thankfully everything went well and we got to come home yesterday after 48 hrs in the hospital. Settling in as a family of 4. .
Baby Logan was born Monday, August 7th at 5:25pm weighing 6 lbs and 13 oz. My labor was quick, I went from 4cm to 10cm in 15 minutes so my epidural didn't kick in until after Logan was born. We're so happy to be home and his big brother is obsessed with him!!
