@MCraig1484 & @canonmom413  Last week and the week before, when I was 21-22 weeks, I was getting really nauseous too. I found eating smaller meals kind of helped. I also had heart burn going on too, so small meals definitely helped that. However, now at 23 weeks my nausea has went away and I ate a whole Chipotle burrito for dinner last night without any issues.. So maybe there is hope for you ladies in the near future!

  • If I eat anything resembling a big meal I get nauseous too :/ definitely more, smaller meals is the way to go for now.

  • Symptoms, can we just say RIP to my ankles, they are missing.
  • @tyannej oh no I'm sorry you're dealing with swelling! Have you tried a foot soak with epsom salt? I tried it a few weeks ago because my feet were bloated from the airport, and it was really helpful. I added a few drops of peppermint oil in it as well.

@sdarling2010 I hope you feel better tomorrow after resting tonight!

  • @ChocolateIsLife I have to force myself to not think about those kinds of things or I would be a mess. I hope you're able to get rid of the anxiety!
  • Thanks @dumbledoredies it's comforting to know that other people feel this way sometimes too. It's rare and random so it always throws me off. I saw a cute wrap on IG this morning and then started thinking if I tied it wrong, that the baby would come loose off of me and then she would hit the ground. OK BRAIN ENOUGH OF YOU TODAY!

So funny! I always try to blame the cat  :# It doesn't work.
  • @chocolateislife I've had two babies and I still panic about dropping newborns.  They are so tiny! I'm always convinced they are going to fall through the gap between my arm and stomach while holding them.   :#
This! That is why I'm always scared to hold other peoples babies.  :D

  • +1 to the horrible gas. I can't believe that much air can fit inside of me!!

Also, thanks for increasing my anxiety about holding a newborn. I hadn't thought about accidentally dropping it yet!
  • Lol DH and I have a little inside joke where we say to eachother "don't drop the baby!"

So yeah we're a bit worried about it too, because we handle worries by cracking dumb jokes about them.

Haha I try to blame 3 year old DD. She can't say toot so she will always ask me if I pooped.

OMG I am so glad I am not the only one that thinks about that when I see those wraps!!!
  • I'm starting to get backaches and it makes me sad because I was so much fitter first time round. I never got my fitness back.

  • +1 on what @buttercream_frosting said.

Im just hoping i get my stuff together this time and actually stick to a workout routine after this one is born.
  • I am 20 weeks and 5 days. Snissi g every once and awhile, still dealing with puking first thing in the morning some days others not so bad. But my nausea and food adversions came yesterday. Made my DH a cheeseburger and myself one and about puked when taking a bite. My poor little DD is almost 3 and just stares at me when I'm puking like WTH are you doing MOmma lol I want my cup filled up.
  • @bluejeanbabi05 Eeeeek. Hopefuly you didn't pull a muscle. I'm getting RLP this pregnancy and so far it's mild but annoying.

  • @bluejeanbabi05 most of the time when I experience RLP I'll gasp or swear or show some other sign of pain. It freaks DD out so bad. Every time I sneeze she flinches expecting me to be in pain.

@buttercream_frosting @beezeemarie I've had RLP since I was super early, first tri, but it's mostly just been in the mild category, and it's been one of my only pregnancy symptoms so I didn't mind it much- but wow this was excessive! Go away, please! @beezeemarie aw your DD is so sweet and empathetic

@bluejeanbabi05 Sorry to hear about your RLP. I was just like early in my pregnancy. I literally was in tears it hurt so bad! I thought I needed to go to the hospital.

But wow! HOLY BACK PAIN TODAY. I am limping around the office. Just yesterday I was thinking how lucky I have been that I have no back pain. PSYCH! Every time I stand up the left side of my mid to lower back hurts so bad. I think I slept on my back last night...which may not have helped.. or this gal is sitting on my back. Move somewhere else lady!  :s

@buttercream_frosting & @beezeemarie I feel like my crotch was kicked too. Lots of pelvic pain today  :/
  • @buttercream_frosting @beezeemarie @ariz17 Add me to the crotch pain club. I've had it on and off since 16 weeks. My midwife says it's Pelvic Girdle Pain. There are varying degrees of pain and seriousness, but mostly it's yet another lovely symptom! As long as I don't over do it during the day, I'm good.

Lately I have started to stink and I hate it! Just so sweaty and the uptick in discharge isn't helping. I want to shower alllll the time. DH says I don't smell any different than usual so maybe it's just me.
