@spark88 ha!!! I think I am also peeing myself but it seems too early??? I'm nearly 23 weeks ...thought this would be an issue later
I can tell when something is coming out of my vagine but urine is definitely bubbling out of the front. It sometimes completely misses the pantyliner. It doesn't smell like urine though....so confused!
Everything I've read says that if I was leaking amniotic fluid, it'd be more consistent and have big gushes. Not having that at all.
Anyone else have urine leakage without coughing/laughing?

@SwtAnana glad I am not the only one. I don't remember this with my first. I also think I might not empty my bladder all the way. So now I do the little torso roll to make sure it all comes out. Haha
@SwtAnana. If you think you are leaking amniotic fluid put on a panty liner and lay down for a time and check the liner. Then stand up and check the liner again after 5-10 min. If you are leaking the fluid is constant but it may be a small leak. It doesn't typically have much of a smell.
Doing squats and kegles will help with the urinary leakage and going to the bathroom frequently also helps.
My heartburn is bad already and I just got a maternity belt to help with my back pain and sciatic pain. I hate how bulky the belt is but it does help the strain. I am only half done so who knows what other fun things are going to pop up.
@wittyacronym that's a good idea actually. my pantyliner is pretty absorbent so I dunno if it'd help much but maybe I can try that without a pantyliner to see if it's just a super slow leak vs occasional urine. I don't think it is but I guess it's better to be sure

I sometimes peed a little even without coughing/laughing/etc. I just assumed the baby must have put pressure on my bladder or something. I bet it is just urine @SwtAnana but definitely check into whether it's constant or not, and maybe call your OB for peace of mind! Mine had specific instructions for me to check if I was leaking amniotic fluid but I can't remember what they were (and it turned out I wasn't leaking).
Cervix punches and pressure. Sometimes it tricks me into thinking I have to pee. But nope, it's the teeniest bit and the urge doesn't go away until I feel babes move again out of that position. Lightning crotch is a terrible term. It's like thunder crotch.
Edit: because trendiest is not a term I want to use when referring my urine.
@canonmom413 But you have the trendiest urine of anyone around!
Gas has been especially bad for me this week, and I've been constipated for days at a time. Also a new one (and probably TMI)- I had a really painful contracting sensation during a bowel movement today. Is that normal when going to the bathroom and pregnant?
When I hit 21 weeks with DD, i had an "episode" that really scared me (but funny now). Long story short, i woke up at 3 am to pee. Did my business and a gush of fluid came out when i got back into bed. DH was 3 hours away on business. Went to L&D with my mom. Called DH freaking out about my water breaking. He leaves his hotel in the middle of the night with a frantic text to his boss. All this, and DD just kicked me in ny bladder and I peed myself. I was humilatied. So weird because it didn't feel like i peed myself at all. It felt like what would happen if your waters broke! So crazy.
ETA my symptom currently. I have been getting some cramping and I think i have started with braxton hicks. I think it's because my water intake slacked a bit over the weekend. Back to chugging water I go.
@kkerner87 I've also been experiencing some mild cramping and wondering if it was BH contractions. It's making my PGAL brain overreact! And baby likes to kick me in the bladder and my liners will smell like urine sometimes, but I never really felt like I had peed or anything. So weird. Anyways, your post was reassuring to me.
I bought a maternity belt to help with some back pain and it's also helped support belly. I've entered the always hungry phase and my stomach can't seem to support itself when I eat my full. It's like my abs muscles strain and ache and can't hold themselves. When I've got my belt on I eat more comfortably.
Has anyone felt baby kick their bladder? I'm not sure if thats what it is, but it feels like a quick jab at my bladder, and then I need to pee. Gahh so many pee breaks in my life right now.

@ChocolateIsLife The bladder is the only thing the baby has been hitting. Confirmed during my AS, he's headbutting it repeatedly. Pantyliners are no longer enough.
@melarowan ahh I just pictured the baby headhunting my bladder and chuckled . Sorry to hear that yours is fixated on the bladder. It kind of terrifies me that they can kick our ribs in a few months. By the way, I can't stop watching your gif in signature.

@ChocolateIsLife Yeah, I've been telling the OB that it felt like he was abusing my bladder and they wrote it off. Sweet vindication from the AS! Though it doesn't change anything.
And yeah, I keep laughing at my siggy, but slightly horrified for that bride every time I watch it. I really hope she took it in as good a humor as possible and didn't get super crazy on that best man.

I just pictured a baby intentionally headbutting in there lol! "just tying to get comfy mom!"
I'm so glad this thread is still around. I haven't had much to complain about until just recently. I'm having a lot of pelvic pain, like my pelvic bone feels bruised. It's a constant 24/7 pain. Not sure @forwardnbackward if that is what you are experiencing as well. Also lower back/hip pain. Guess it's time to dig the support belt out. I didn't have any of this until right before delivery with DD. So I'm sort of worried that it's come on so soon.
Also the heartburn has officially become a daily struggle. Tums isn't really helping any more. I had it bad with DD and she was born with so much hair. I'm going to gather this one will have hair too.
I had terrible heartburn with DD and she came out with a head full of hair. No heartburn this time, so I'm convinced DS is coming out bald as a cue ball.
The last two weekends I've had some sciatic pain. I'm convinced its all the running around after DS and picking him up and putting him down constantly. I'm also noticing some mild nausea after eating...I'm 22 weeks and my nausea went away around 15 weeks, so its strange to start having it again.
Hey guys. Just chilling here at almost 21 weeks still burping like a frat boy and fighting off the queasies. WTF!? I blame the testosterone in my body from this little man
