Hi all, please could you give any helpful opinions or advice?
Can you see a tiny faint line as well? For context, I am 4 days late, and I would consider my cycles to be regular and consistent. I haven't had any of my usual period like symptoms yet. Maybe a little nauseous but I don't want to overly look into it. It's hard not to when we've been trying for a while and this is the latest I've been for years. I will be doing another test in a few days unless my period comes but I guess I'm looking for any opinions if there actually is something there or is my wishful thinking is taking over...

Re: Weekly Randoms 5/22
So many people sick and hurt, I hope everybody gets to feeling better!
I wouldn't care much, but am leaving tomorrow for a conference, so if I can't get mobile bump working I'll be out of commission for a week (looooong conference).
Guys, I am freaking out. I just went to a big retirement party for someone at work and bit into the slider and it was soooo rare. I couldn't spit it out because I was sitting next to the Dean, I didn't eat anymore of it but I am so worried. It's okay, right?
i have already forgotten who had the health scares but that sounds so scary and I'm so glad you're okay!
also not working out again yet but hoping to start a routine again tomorrow.

I know babies can need different kinds, so I am not stocking up. But I bought one box of size one because it was $19.26 for 216. Figured for only .09 a diaper, we would give them a try!
@cmessamore I know this isn't a human, but the local rescue group we rescued our Sheltie from just saved a dog from euthanasia at the pound. Turns out she had pneumonia and was pregnant. They did a lot of natural remedies (steam, good food, rest) but eventually she needed antibiotics. She just delivered 7 healthy puppies the other day. I know it's not the same, but it's a cute story haha

Last week we had a scan and the baby kept moving the whole time. Dr. gets to between the legs and says something in Korean and our translator said that boys are more active. We're team green and told her so, so originally I thought that the Dr. had said the sex of the baby and she said that to say something without really telling us (but still telling us).
Fast forward to yesterday: I'm at work telling the secretaries about my u/s and what they said. I don't speak Korean so I asked one of the Korean ladies how a dr would say it's a boy or girl. Turn out it's illegal in Korea to say the sex of the baby so they say things like "oh it's very pretty" "it's handsome" or in my case, "boys are active" (when baby would not sit still). So I guess it's a boy but no definite answer.
And my ILs just did my shower invitations 2 weeks ago and on it it says "it's a surprise". Not sure if we're going to keep it a secret or not. I have one more apt before we leave and will probably decide after.

I replied "That's a really rude way of trying to find out if it was an accident"... and he was a bit embarrassed I think. Fool!

Other random thought- Ive been feeling a world better the last week (yay)... but instead of feeling safe in my 2nd tri, i feel quite anxious because now I dont really "feel pregnant" anymore. (Easy to feel pregnant when vomiting and rolling on the couch moaning). Is anyone else feeling like... 'helloooo baby are you in there?'. sigh. I need to meditate and be happy and grateful.
