@laurad75 I was taking Ubiquinol and extra folate too. I remember seeing a whole list of supplements and thinking wow that's a lot. @antoto might actually be on them actually. I don't remember though if Myo-Inositol was included or not though.
@laurad75 As @saralee797-2 said, pregnitude is just folic acid and myo-inositol. Myo is generally used for women with PCOS but it is supposed to help egg quality as well as to regulate hormones. I currently take it for a little bit of both of those and it helped regulate my cycle after several wonky cycles. However, I use a product called Pre-Mama instead of pregnitude (lower cost). Here is a little more information on myo-inositol and some of the benefits.

Jumping in for a quick comment (I've been sending positive vibes out to you all during this rough rough week) because just yesterday I'd read up on the science of Black Cohash. I think it has actually been shown to increase progesterone and LH, so it might not be the right try here. I'm not a medical person, so I've got links to the medical stuff if anyone wants to review it.

@elisek Interesting. I wonder why my sister has had so much luck with it--maybe just a fluke? She recommended it to me one month when I had a ton of BFNs and was WFAF, but I didn't end up taking it just in case because felt "what if" and I thought it was bad for you if you were KU.
@adirat I'm sure you'll do your due diligence (as always) with the research elisek linked. But if you decide to try it out, my sister said she got her black cohosh on Amazon. I asked the brand and her response was, and I quote, "It was just one of those cheap hippie nature brands." Clearly she should have applied to medical school.

@TravelingCouple you're so sweet, thank you. We leave for our Hawaii trip on Saturday. Im so glad your trip was healing for you. It's so great to be able to step back from IF for a minute and just be you again. I'll be waiting to hear your next steps!
@kiwi2628 so sorry to hear about your pup but glad to know he is in good hands!!!
@TravelingCouple hey girl welcome back!!! So glad to see you back here and to hear that you are feeling refreshed and enjoyed your trip!!! Sounds amazing!
@heatherdubrow I'm sure I've asked you a million times but are you going to Maui? DANG that is one beautiful island. I think next time we'll do Kauai. We explored the entire island of Maui so I'd want to see somewhere else next time. I think I found our retirement location though... This is from this past week..this'll be me at age 80 retired and living in Maui. If we hit the jackpot..it's more expensive than NY, where we are now!
@TravelingCouple That looks gorgeous!! I'm glad you guys had the mental reset you needed. H and I booked our anniversary trip in July and I'm so looking forward to getting away from everything for an entire week! TTC especially when IF is in the picture can take up so much time that you forget what being a normal couple is like.

@TravelingCouple would love to see pics!!! I've been trying to sell DH on a trip to Hawaii, my SIL goes next month the week of my 30th birthday but it was too last minute to join them. I laughed about the stranger danger thing. I agree that I feel safe with this group and don't feel that way here
@kiwi2628 oh girl, I'm so sorry about your pup. I know you'll take great care of him!

@TravelingCouple Vacations are so good for reseting! I am so glad you guys had fun, it looks beautiful!
And thanks everyone for the hugs. I am not excited for his surgery tomorrow (doing surgery on your own pet is emotionally hard, I am gonna be a wreck tomorrow), but I am psychotic enough to know that if I am doing it, it will at least be done right. Even though I hate surgery more than anything (my goal for my career is to get to the point where I can stop doing sx because I effing hate doing it). Ugh, its just one. more. Dumb. Stupid. Dumb. Stupid. Dumb. Thing. And @eggplantface we dont know yet, it depends on the biopsy. Since its cancer is isnt a short term cs chronic thing, it is a benign vs malignant thing. If it is more malignant it would need radiation, and long term prognosis would be poor, so hopefully it is a low grade sarcoma, but we will see.
@TravelingCouple welcome back, girl!! I'm so glad that your trip was so amazing and that you were able to refresh and connect with your H. Sounds like it was exactly what you needed! I'm excited for you to move forward but it sucks that you're OOP. And please share pictures! I won't get to Hawaii for probably many years so I will live vicariously through you.
@kiwi2628 I am so sorry about your dog! You are such a strong person to be able to do the surgery yourself but I understand what you mean about wanting to be sure it's done right. Good luck tomorrow!
@adirat I am so sorry that you're dealing with this. I don't have any advice but I have fx that you will get your period and be able to avoid another D&E.

AFM -- I did a terrible job temping this cycle, but my temp went up today and have been up for three days above my "typical" cover line so I wonder if I might have ovulated after all. In which case I might be able to expect a period before Wednesday. Come on luteal phase defect! Do your usual thing!

@LadyMillil That is amazing! I have everything crossed for you!
@TravelingCouple Welcome back! It is good to hear that you are feeling so refreshed!

@travelingcouple Yay your trip sounds amazing! I'm so glad it was a great reset for you. Makes me think DH and I should do something similar this summer...
AFM -- I did a terrible job temping this cycle, but my temp went up today and have been up for three days above my "typical" cover line so I wonder if I might have ovulated after all. In which case I might be able to expect a period before Wednesday. Come on luteal phase defect! Do your usual thing!
