    @lck101 Any tips about how to manage SI pain from your prior issues with it? Mine improved but is back again because I was gardening Friday and walking more yesterday at a wedding. I'm also hobbling around so I sympathize!

    I just brushed my teeth and then promptly threw up. I thought that was behind me :(

    @angkay711 I get headaches every day. The worst.

    @DuchessOfCambridge ugh to the throwing up.   Let's hope that was just a one time thing and it doesnt keep happening.  It's frustrating when you think you are feeling better and it creeps up again.
    @am+mommy do you do anything for your headaches? They definitely suck.

    @car1a Unfortunately, I don't have any great ideas. I try to focus on squatting down instead of bending over as much as possible and some general stretching can help. When I feel it start hurting, I usually try to give it some rest so it doesn't get worse.

    I hurt it really bad this past summer (out of the blue, bending over the couch) and could barely walk for a week. Prednisone, pain killers and a chiropractor were the only things that helped so I'm terrified that it'll happen again since at least two of those solutions are likely off the table.

    My chiropractor (who I was referred to by my orthopedic specialist) helped a ton and he also recommended generally strengthening your back as a whole to prevent future issues as much as possible. I was told by my doctor right away last summer that SI issues are almost always worse during pregnancy.

    I don't think my chiro handles pregnant woman (he's more of a sports medicine guy) so if this gets worse, l'll probably try to find someone who does prenatal work.

    My boobs grew a TON overnight.  :o I'm usually somewhere between a C and D cup and I'm for sure a solid D now. I hate it. I'd rather be flat chested.  :D

    The sciatic pain has started, big time. I was limping around the house tonight and spent most of my evening doing yoga poses to take the pain away.

    @baby3forme everyone keeps telling me to embrace it and enjoy the giant knockers. I will not pass the advice onto you because it's really fucking annoying. Sorry about your boobs
    @BayCamp that sucks :( hope you feel better soon!

    @baby3forme and @bcashaw I'm with you ladies... DD pre pregnancy and they've already gone up a size. I'm scared of how much they are going to grow by the end.

    @baby3forme @bcashaw @Perfectypo Same. My husband isn't complaining but I am. They hurt so bad. I've retained a size with each pregnancy and I'm a D prepregnancy. (This time)

    Twice today my heart started racing. It felt like it was beating out of my chest. The first time was in the morning when my step daughter was telling at DH and the second time was in the afternoon when she was yelling at me.
    Is this pregnancy related? Is this anxiety? Most importantly is this harming my baby?
    The last few days have been so unbelievably stressful but I honestly felt like I was going to have a heart attack with my heart going crazy like that.
    Anyone else have/had this?

    ETA I have contacted a friend who is a midwife asking about this because I do not think this is normal or pregnancy related and I am worried.

    My DH is loving it, but I'm just over here like DON'T TOUCH ME! They hurt! I've  also decided someone should sell a body pillow that pregnant women can lie on TOP of, that has holes for your boobs and belly. That way I could still sleep on my stomach for awhile longer without being in pain  :p And yes I have lots of pillows and use them, but still can't sleep on my stomach.

    @bcashaw Yes and no. Your heart can race a lot easier because of all the extra blood you have. So yes this has happened to me but not because of that kind of stress.

    @bcashaw it sounds like anxiety amplified by extra blood volume from pregnancy :-(

    @perfectypo yes yes yesssss

    @bcashaw It's probably anxiety amplified by the extra blood volume. I think it's time to discuss with a doctor. Is there any way you can take a weekend away from the kids and stay with family or friends? I think your bf is putting way too much on you and you need a break.

    I spoke to my midwife she said it's okay and to try to relax a bit. DH took today off and I am lying in bed and resting for the day. Unfortunately a weekend away is a no no, we really wouldn't have any childcare options and his work is way busier on weekends.

    This constipation/gas is unreal. I realized the other day I hadnt pooped in a week, and I was in a world of pain for like a day.

    @perfectypo - I need that pillow.  I'm a stomach sleeper and I hate when I'm too big and can't -more frustrating was that due to C-sections it was awhile after that before I could sleep on my stomach -plus there was boob leakage etc.

    @2Dash Yes on the leakage/general boob pain and pressure when sleeping on your belly! Im always shocked when STMs say they're excited to sleep on their belly after giving birth. I'm like....I wasn't able to do it for MONTHS

    My right butt cheek is starting to hurt, which means sciatica is about to flare up... just in time for a field trip tomorrow and field day Friday where I'll be walking all day.

    @bcashaw
    That definitely sounds like anxiety to me. I have pretty bad anxiety and that sounds like the beginning of a panic attack. If it keeps up you should talk to your doctor to see if there's any safe medications they can give you to help.

    @amber0529 OH MY WORD IT EXISTS!!!!!!! This may be the most exciting thing that has happened to me today  :D Might just have to invest in one. Now to find out if it will ship to New Zealand.
