@labby18 yes, after you got done paving the way with mine, I see the others got mentioned too. Anyways, I'll be sure to not commit the same crime twice. Deal?
@labby18 surely you know you're saying this to a hormonal, pregnant lady. I will take your snark in stride. I do admire your GIFing abilities too, by the way.
Also, curse you all for the marshmallow talk. I want a smore realllll bad now.
Anyone else royally pissed off about the article on the bump app home screen that says "eating junk food while pregnant affects baby more than you realize?" Seriously TB? Some woman can barely eat, let alone trying to eat perfectly healthy food 100% of the time. And we already have enough worry and stress while carrying the babies hoping they are healthy. They need to take that shit down.

I read that article with a plate full of cookies in my lap and a bag of cheetos beside me.
@carebella they really wouldn't like to see the giant bag of Cheeto puffs I ate 75% of in one go yesterday How about moderation? Just like the rest of life. Ugh. I hate this stuff

It made me real mad!! I couldn't eat anything but carbs and chocolate milk for like 3 weeks. And DH would give me so much crap about my crap diet. That kind of recommendation should just be from your doctor if they feel you need that advice, not a universal TB post!

Cheetos
I wish I could share a photo of this bag of cheetos I'm eating right now lol

I tell DD she is so sweet because she is 50% Nutella. Because I would sit on the couch and eat it with a spoon while I was pregnant with her. She turned out just fine (spectacular, actually). I still do it- in fact, brb, off to the pantry.
I got so burned at the beach today And I wore sunscreen!!! My mom and brother wore bronzer and you can barely tell they were out!! Apparently I was super lazy when lathering up with the sunscreen because my legs have random streaks! Ooowwwiiiee....
@LaceyC1020 our skin is also way more sensitive to the sun now that we're pregnant. I never burn. I burned with spf 50 a few weeks back. And I reapplied multiple times.
Sorry I've been MIA today! DH and I had a donut date this morning, then I meet with my writer's group after. Now I'm just eating a giant taco (aka 1st dinner), and catching up on TB before I go read a bit and unwind. Also, I'm 20 weeks today! Yay for being half way!
@labby18 Totally didn't take that into account obviously Lol! I haven't really been to the beach in a while! We weren't even out that long! Yikes....lobster status over here..
-SNIP- This has made me realize I don't want anyone to stay with us when LO is born. Having other people in my house just stresses me out and I want to be able to walk around with my leaky boobs out and sleep in the middle of the day and not have anyone else here to ask me if I'm okay 100 times a day. Our master is also on the main floor so I have trouble sleeping when people walk around upstairs or go to the kitchen. I figure if we end up needing some help, we can always ask. That's better than me trying to build up the balls to ask people to get the F out of my house. Rant over.
***STUCK in box***
@MrsVP614 welcome to the club. My master is right off my kitchen. And I have zero desire to have to host and worry about other people right after giving birth. I decided to say no visitors bc if I go rogue and try to kick them out...none of the visitors live remotely near so it would cause so much more drama. Godspeed.

Ouch! The whole "burn worse when your pregnant" thing stresses me out. I have red hair...I don't see how I can burn any easier than I already do.

I am a pasty Irish lady, and I also already burn really easily. A few weeks ago, my nose, cheeks, and shoulders burned while I was sitting in traffic for 20 minutes. I've taken to wearing SPF 50 on my face daily just in case.
@HollyGolightly09 I have red in my hair too. I thought SPF 50 would be enough today. It's gotten worse as the say goes on! It really sneaks up on you, I didn't think I had gotten enough sun to burn..
@mrs_tacos The struggle is real...I'm pasty white too. I wanted to get a little sun for my upcoming Disney trip...mission accomplished I guess...I'm good for the rest of the year
I did 3 hours of gardening/ yard work today- everything hurts and I'm obviously dying. Checked my fit bit because I must be over 10k steps....nope 6k. eff it. I'll be on the couch watching the hockey game.

Even though it was only 6k I think the act of gardening really equates to a lot more than that. It's hard! I'd not have lasted past 30 minutes lol
Re: Weekend Randoms 4/22 - 4/23
I like mine burnt to a crisp. Like completely on fire and blackened *drool*
