  • @JessDG If loving Survivor is wrong, I don't want to be right, haha! I started watching it a few years ago so I haven't see a lot of the earlier seasons, but it's so addicting. I get irrationally angry at the players when they make stupid moves.
  • @carries2018 - Psh. What crazies?

  • Kelly from 90210 looks killer in a crop top. Haters.

  • Also DD1 has appeared to have grown a foot overnight and I haven't had a chance to buy her new clothes. So I'm trying to pass her style off as a series of crop tops.

  • I swear now. Is that frowned upon?
Sometimes.  If the bump gods really want to stick it to you, they can give you a warning for swearing.
  • @dajocl you can come to my group. I might be the only one there though.

  • @carries2018 thanks girl :) I promise I'm not a crazy.

Also why is this app ruining my life?! I just want to get my gif on.

  • UO I rarely watch tv.  We don't have cable and so it is easy not to watch.  It took me four maternity leaves to get through the entire series of Law and Order Criminal Intent.  I have spent six years trying to watch Supernatural (currently on season 9).  I don't really get binge watching but have sat with Hubby to watch all of The Magicians.

+1. Specially if its invite only and that we can feel free to share anything without any stranger danger.
I quit FB a few yrs back so I wouldnt be part of that project.
But i love the Bump and would love the private group because i like you all, and think i have a lot to learn from you ( english skills included lol).

     Good night ladies!!

  • @yasandson your H has the day off? I'm exhausted for you just thinking about it ;) *wink wink, nudge nudge*
Bahahahaha. Im exhausted for me too. Increased sex drive has not happened for me yet. Quite the opposite my dear. I guess since i dont do sports (only my thumbs do with tv remote and cellphone)  i figure hes helping me out :p
  • @jessafishy agree 100%. I guess times were much more simple "back in the day" and there are so many factors to consider now. The cost of living is so high. But I also think that now there is this mentality that you are supposed to work your life away and I'm just not on board with that.
Me neither! We are trying to take the "life by design" approach. What you are "supposed"!to do drives many people and they don't even always realize it. Add to that a high cost of living and it's tricky. But the more you can simplify your life the more you can take many factors out of the equation and live the life you want. I'm not saying it's possible all the time but IF you want one parent to be home sometimes simplifying life, getting rid of one car, downsizing your home, moving to a cheaper city, are options that can truly make that possible. Much of the road our life takes in in our control.
I get what a few of you were saying about feminism. I sometimes feel like it's great that women can have it all, live how they want, work or not work, havenkids or not etc. But sometimes the feminism hasn't really reached the other end of the spectrum.i know many amazing helpful husbands, mine being one of them but I also know many working mothers who are so stressed because both spouses are working but they still end up doing the majority of the cooking and housework (traditional woman's work if you will) .so they have double the load that the husband does because they had they chose to work. I feel like its only really equal if you both work and split everything else 50/50 too.

I guess I'm the resident pothead, and I'm a-okay with that :) I've vaped a few times this pregnancy to deal with the morning sickness - it got to the point where DH and I were deciding between weed and pharmaceutical drugs and we both felt more comfortable with weed. I guess we're more hippy-ish than we thought. I understand why people are anti so bring on the judgments and happy 4/20 from Colorado!
I'm a bit late to the conversation but I guess I'm sitting next to you lol DH and i are both recreational users. We dont lay around all day and become vegetables. DH's favorite thing is a doobie and then cleaning the whole house. I wish i had vaped 1st trimester. It probably would have helped me from losing so much weight from lack of appetite and vomiting. I agree that chances are, weed is going to have a much smaller impact on pregnancy than pharmaceutical drugs.

PS I'm coming to visit you in Colorado <3 lol
