Use this thread to share baby's name, birth date, birth stats, pictures, etc. To give additional details about your labor and delivery story, post those in the labor / delivery thread.

"Love Its" are welcome and appreciated on this thread, but please refrain from commenting with anything other than your baby's details. Save the warm wishes and congrats for the labor/delivery thread.

Harper Grace and Colton Miles
Born 6/9/17 at 6:47 and 6:48 pm via unplanned but non-emergent c-section. 19 inches and 6.2 lbs and 20 inches and 6.1 lbs respectively.

Went in for a routine NST, blood pressure was 171/97, diagnosed with pre-eclampsia at 35+6 so they decided to induce. Did an ultrasound to confirm positioning from 48 hours prior only to find Colton had done a somersault and was footlong breach. I decided a section was the safest route. Recovery has been a bitch, but we're getting there, and these babies have SO much love coming their way.

Margaret "Molly" Claire joined us at 10:48pm on 14 June, weighing in at 7lbs11oz.  She was a bit impatient to wait for her scheduled cesarean; my waters broke yesterday afternoon and kicked everything off.  She's perfect in every way and I'm in love.

Joseph Dean "Joey" made his entrance this morning via a planned c-section at 10:07 weighing 5lbs13oz and 19 inches long. I am so in love already and he is perfect!

McKenzie Yvonne born @ 11:16 am at 37+5. She is 6 lbs 10 oz and 19.5 inches long. We are all absolutely in love! It was a rough delivery but we are both doing well.

Gibson Dean born last night via repeat csection at 37w4d. Had really high blood pressure and was sent to the hospital after my appointment yesterday to have baby. He's currently in the nicu with some difficulty breathing but is currently being weaned off oxygen and doing well. Big boy was 7lb 15oz!

Baby Bodhi decided he was ready to meet us all and was born via c-section on 6/20 at 3:49 PM weighing 2 lbs 10 oz.  He has a lot of issues so far, but he is a little fighter and is handling them all with grace.  In addition to the prematurity, small size, and cardiac defect, he also has a cleft palate genetalia issues, and some breathing issues due to having a recessed chin.  We have a very large care team working with us (neonatology, cardiology, urology, genetics, plastic surgery, and I'm sure more that I'm forgetting at the moment) and we are gathering as much information as we can right now.  While bonding has been hard with my c-section recovery and him being in the NICU, we are very much in love already.

Team Green turned into baby girl Vivian yesterday morning!! She was born en caul, which was pretty wild! 
39+2, 7 lbs 13 oz, 19.3 in. (Not the 90th percentile baby they projected!)

I started having distinct but irregular contractions on Monday morning. DH and I then spent the whole day frantically getting everything finished! Real labor started by midnight, and at 4:00 am my midwife insisted that I stay home longer. We made it to the hospital just an hour before Vivi arrived (~8:00 am), and by then there was no time for any meds - and the worst of the contractions had mostly passed, as I had already transitioned.

This was such an exciting and empowering experience, compared to DS's really difficult birth. No stitches, hardly any tearing. Just me, DH and the midwife in the room. She was amazing.

DS (2 years old) is in love! He keeps pulling her out of my arms to hug her, and he gently strokes her face and kisses her hands and cheeks.

Meet Cam!

He arrived this morning June 28 at 10:02 am via RCS. He is 8lbs 4oz and 20 inches long, everything went super smooth, he's trying to nurse but has no interest in it at all. We're in love.

Baby Madison decided she wanted to come a whole month early at 35+4 on Saturday June 24th. 6 lb 2 oz 18.25 inches long. 
My water broke early in the morning. Called up my midwives and they told me to head on to the hospital. When midwife arrived and checked me, I was 5-6 cm dilated. I must be some kind of unicorn because I didn't feel contractions strong enough to get me there. And I never had any consistent contractions at all until maybe the last hour of my labor (which was a total of 7 hours from water breaking to baby girl's arrival).
I had to be strapped to a monitor because it was a VBAC attempt and I had to have IV antibiotics because my GBS test was never done since baby girl was early. Also ended up with a tricky second degree tear that took forever to stitch up (that was the most painful part of my med free labor surprisingly). So wasn't my ideal birth but went much closer to plan than the last time! So I'm happy. I'm healing pretty well just hoping to bring my little premie home sometime this week.

Baby Malcolm decided to make his entrance on his own terms yesterday morning at 38w+3d, rather than waiting for our induction appointment next week. Contractions started about 10pm on Tuesday. I had a very routine and easy labor (although that didn't stop me from whining like a little baby before and during the epidural placement). After the epidural I couldn't have asked for an easier delivery. I pushed through three contractions and was literally smiling and laughing at my H's stupid jokes in between pushes. It was such a totally different experience from my first son's birth. I did have a 2nd degree tear, but the pain is very manageable and nothing compared to last time.

Baby Kali Marie was born last night 6/28/17 @ 38 weeks 5 dvia c-section. 8lbs 3oz. Had to be under the oxygen tent for 3 hours, but is doing GREAT now!!!!!

Evelyn Juliette was born at 4:45pm on 6/29 weighing 8lb 2oz after a scheduled induction. She had a lot of fluids in her lungs, nose and mouth and had to spend some time with the pediatric team but is doing good now.

Olivia was born at 4:46 pm via scheduled c section at 38.1 weeks, 7 pounds and 19 inches. She's absolutely perfect.

Sloane was born 6/30 at 5:50am weighing 7lbs 12oz and 18.5 in long. Had a super short labor and only pushed about 20 min. She has a full head of hair and the longest eyelashes I've ever seen

Noah Hari was born 6/30 @ 8:49am via planned RCS. Weighing 7lbs 14oz and 21inchs long. It all went very well and recovery this time is much better than the first time.

Coralie (6lb11oz, 19") joined us at 8:20 pm (38w6d). Sent home from the hospital at 11:30 am, only to return at 8:05, just in time to push. Got my unmediated VBAC and everyone is doing great!!

Catie (7lb 10oz, 20.25 inches) was born 6/29 at 1:38am after a very long induction because of pre-e. Induction was started evening of 6/27 with Cervadil. Pitocin was started 6am on 6/28. Water was broken at 7am. Got my epidural around noon. I was finally 10 cm at 12:30am on 6/29 and only pushed for an hour. This little lady did not want to do anything according to the doctor's plan. (She was 38w5d at birth.)

Claire joined us yesterday 7/3 after a scheduled induction that went pretty smoothly. She was 8lbs4oz and 21". She seem to be a pretty mellow baby (so far) and is breast feeding well!

I just realized I never posted! It's been sitting as a draft.
Little miss Gianna was born on June 27 at 6lbs2oz after a two-day induction. It was pretty rough, slow going for quite a bit and then finally the second day my body decided to get the hint and I progressed to 10cm. While pushing, she began to show signs of distress so the decision was made to do a forceps delivery to get her out as soon as possible. This resulted in a pretty bad tear for me but a safe and healthy baby girl!

Elana Skye was born at 3:00am on July 4 after 28 hours of labor and 2.5 of pushing. My water had broken spontaneously at 11pm on July 2. At birth she was just under 20 inches, 7lbs 8oz. She came out posterior - a tricky position, or so I'm told. It was certainly one of the most draining experiences of my life. I really didn't think I could push enough after going for so long without real sustenance or sleep (the sleep thing is still an issue, of course). Now we are focused on getting Mom enough sleep and in tandem figuring out a feeding strategy that works for us. So far she has taken breast milk and formula both really well and has only lost about 5% of her birth weight. She is both feisty and sweet, and a true firecracker baby!

Johnathan David was born at 11:11 am 7/7/17. I was induced last night but did not hit truly active labor until 5:30 am when we started pitocin and broke my water. Around 11am we were ready, I only had to push through one contraction! He is 8lb 10 oz and 20.5 inches long! I feel so amazing now and only needed a few stitches. I feel 1,000x better (physically) now that he is here! We love our little JD!

Team Green turned blue on July 4th with the birth of our fireworks baby, Julien Luke. He was 8lbs 8 oz. 21" long with a full head of hair and cheeks for days.  

His birth saga began with a trip to the hospital due to something unrelated only to end up being induced at 38+4 due to a surprise preeclampsia diagnosis. Prior to this I had no BP issues during my pregnancy.

Unfortunately the induction was not successful and after 36 hours of labor it was recommended by my midwife that I have a c-section due to the baby's failure to descend into my pelvis and concerns over his heart rate.

Thankfully the c-section was uneventful and quick. Shortly after I went into the OR I was relieved to hear his loud cries. DH got to announce that it was a boy and cut the cord.

We are home now and happily adjusting to life as a family of 3!

Reagan Lynette Glynis was born on July 1 (due date) at 5:11pm.  My water broke around 6am and we headed to the hospital around 8 for my first round of GBS+ antibiotics.  I wasn't really having contractions so theycapped my IV and let me go home for 4 hours.  3 hours later we headed back because the contractions were getting bad and I wanted my epidural.  At 3pm I was 8cm and at 5pm I was ready to go.  Nurse told me to start pushing and immediately told me to stop because she was right there.  Doctor came, I pushed once and while waiting for my next contraction DH and the nurse were making me laugh.  Doctor told me I was about to laugh the baby out.  One more push and she was out after a quick 4ish hours of active labour.

My little guy decided to join us 2 weeks early on June 18! My water broke at 38 weeks, and 24.5 hrs later, he was born. Perfect in every way!
