@riverraine that was so similar to my experience. I was so excited for my appointment bc I love everyone there and I'm still fuming in rage about the whole thing. 45 min from u/s to NP and I know the NP wasn't seeing anyone. I had to scramble to find someone to pick up the kids. Then the NP blames it on the u/s tech being behind. No asshat we were waiting on you.

@carries2018 Ugh, I'm sorry you had a similar experience. It's even worse when you go in with high expectations!

I didn't have my first cell phone until I was 18 and was in college. Fast forward and now I have a 13 yr old step son who has had a phone for the last year. We just felt like he needed a phone for safety. Whether it be an emergency at school or while he's walking home from a friends house. It's also nice because we only have cell phones so when he's home alone he still has a phone. We had some incidents with calling or texting people too late so he usually turns his phone in at bedtime and gets it back in the am.
