@kjd291 I feel you on having the bag packed forever. I actually re-packed it a couple of days ago because I started to forget what I even had in it. It's been sitting in my car for weeks.

So, My mom just informed/asked me if she could spend the night tonight because she'll be driving home this evening from an event in a city closer to us. It would work out to be almost "too perfect" if baby came and my childcare was already here! I'm getting a little too hopeful
I'm classifying this as a random - but I had he most glorious BM this morning. I never thought it'd be possible to say that and sorry if it's TMI but I had to share. I've never shared such information I didn't think I was constipated but I must have been, being on the iron can't help. Almost wondering if I should start a colace or something...
@kjd291@jenny0228 thanks ladies! Officially joining the 30s club today. Just got home from a prenatal pamper package DH had booked for me. It was AMAZING. Then going to get pregnancy safe sushi for dinner and I'm getting chocolate wasted on chocolate milk. I'm really looking forward to it.
@Goodmorning12 Yes! Stool softeners are amazing.. I've been popping two everyday for months. Haha you will probably need them after delivery, too.

@Goodmorning12 start the Colace!!! It was a game changer for me. They gave it to me in the hospital 5 days leading up to delivery and I just stopped taking it 2 weeks postpartum.
Seriously TMI but without it I was miserable and the hemorrhoids were vicious. Like, I considered going to the hospital because my a-hole was practically swollen shut when I was 32 weeks...
Happy birthday @npaulie!! DH works this evening after I'm home from work so I will also be making my own spa day at home with a nap and a bath. Real spa day with my prenatal massage and pedi next Thursday (thanks to a gift certificate hubby for me for Christmas) so I'm hoping I make it that far.

So we're officially Oregonians and yesterday was my son's last day at his daycare. I didn't shed a tear when I left my job and when I pulled away from our old house, but man did I ugly cry when we picked my son up from daycare. They had a little going away party for him and made this huge sign saying that they'll miss him and everyone signed it. They also made this book that had pictures from when he was an infant to now. All of the teachers also signed that book. It was so unexpected and incredibly sweet of them to do all of that. I have a huge amount of mom guilt for taking him out of his daycare that he loves. He asks about his friends everyday and he always looked forward to seeing them. I haven't found a daycare here yet and my son will stay home for a while before I go back to work, but I feel awful about changing his routine. I know he'll adapt well but that doesn't help my guilt in the least.

All of the mayhem at the mall made me completely forget about this hysterical lady in the parking lot.. middle aged lady stopped dead in her tracks and yells from about 20 yards away in the thickest Boston accent you can imagine "holy shit hunny you're gunna have that baby here in the parking lot! You're so low! Oh my god when are you due?? You're so fricken low hunny!!" I love where I live lol

Gah. Waking up still pregnant at 6days overdue... AND with the beginning of a head cold after being up since 2 with a teething toddler. Guyzzzzzz, my cheery attitude is being really put to the test

guys, I got home from getting my nails done with a friend before dinner last night and DH threw me a surprise party with non alcoholic wine, champagne and my fav BBQ place!!! Apparently before I arrived he asked no one to scream surprise so that I wouldn't go into labour. I kind of wish they had though, haha! sharing my chocolateness with you... DH made me put my belly through the 0 ballon

oh so last night i had a dream that my baby was coming but i didn't feel like getting out of bed or getting dressed for the hospital so i decided i would secretly push her out under the covers and not tell anyone haha. i pushed once and she was out (i can only hope) and it was definitely a visual dream! i woke up having to pee so bad it took me a minute to figure out how to roll over and get out of bed lol
