I sometimes go on trips without my husband but it's because he doesn't want to do the trip (like when I met my aunts in rural Wisconsin for the weekend...not his jam). I think it depends on the couple. But there's no rule that it's weird!
Wait, WHAT?! Some people don't want to go to rural Wisconsin??

@hartmich oh honey, I'm so sorry. Give yourself some time to drink it all in and go back to your RE with lots of questions. You were able to get KU once, so there's so much hope that it will happen again.

@hartmich - I'm totally late to the game, but wanted to send you hugs. I have no new advice for you, but I'm glad you got some answers and can determine next steps.

@hartmich, I'm late and everyone beat me to the punch but I just wanted to offer my support.
As others have noted, with count around 11 million it could be possible to boost that through vitamins and lifestyle changes. Also, it is totally possible that he may have just had a bad outing. My RE told us about a patient who worked landscaping, his counts plummeted shortly after the season began and stayed low until he could make some more. Throughout the winter, numbers were back above average. Is there anything in your H's daily routine that might affect the numbers? I currently have my H on a daily multi, CoQ10, Omega 3's, and extra vitamin C, all of which I've read can positively impact sperm health. I'm also contemplating adding in maca, but decided to wait until after his next SA. Maybe look into some of those options to incorporate into his diet to potentially help boost his numbers?
In any case, know you're not alone and we're here to offer support and a listening ear. Hugs to you!
