@adirat I don't take it personally at all! That's the whole reason I asked, as a 1/1er, even I think it's weird when people who aren't active post in the grad thread. Even reading everything you ladies are going through makes me realize that one day when I am pregnant, I shouldn't whine about the symptoms because there are so many who are working so hard and would be thrilled to be tired/hungry/achy/cranky because of a baby. This board has really helped me understand and empathize with things having to do with pregnancy.
@heatherdubrow I think you definitely should post especially since it's not your first time ever trying and it involved an FET, getting a BFP is a huge deal! And like others said, you're very active, more than me.

@ag90 I would do what you feel comfortable with, you have been active but for some seeing a 1/1 will be hard @heatherdubrow you darn well better let me know if you get a BFP! Rooting so hard for you treatment buddy @dilynne not weird at all, send your DH on his way!

@hartmich - It did. @Tennis11785 tagged me and I can't follow the notification. I can only imagine OP contacted the mods and asked. I can't keep up with the rules on this forum. When do threads get deleted v. closed?
They deleted it right after I mentioned you can't delete your posts to the OP. That discussion was tame and nobody was even snarky, I guess OP didn't like us not telling her she was totally KU.
Fail BGs. You don't have to delete it just because OP says so.
@Dilynne I think it's sweet of you to not want him to miss out! Back in the day when DH and I worked different places and schedules I often went to NY alone. A lot of my friends do one weekend a year where they go away by themselves.
@kiwi2628@jsnakehole I only open the grad thread if I already know who it is because I saw someone mention it in the grads group... Otherwise it's just me being that gif of Emma Roberts crying "it's not fair!!!"
Sooooo the RE just called H and I - he has a low sperm count and I have a vitamin D deficiency and no immunity to rubella. You guys I don't how much more I can take. Pity party for one (or two I guess if you count H).
Don't let this get you down just yet. What are your DH's numbers? It's possible it's not as bad as they are making it out to be. Vitamin D deficiency is easy to fix!
What are the repercussions of no immunity to rubella?
This sucks. Be mad. Be sad. It isn't fair and you have every right to be upset.
Then when you're ready -- this is not the end of the world. You will have a baby. Vitamin D can be replenished. Rubella can be vaccinated against. Low count can be remedied or bypassed. We will be right here with you until you get your baby.

I of course am bawling my eyes out at all of your kind words. I am seriously so thankful for this board otherwise I'd be totally alone.
They said his count was 11 million when it should be 20? I think? And it looks like morphology was 2% (H took notes and I'm trying to read them - he is still at work and sent them to me).
*snip* UO I actually think quite a few of the grad posts recently were inappropriate (like that random person who said she posted like a year ago but none of us knew who she was? Rain something?) but again I am not the arbiter of this and feel way more sensitive about it than most people here do. You should do what you feel is right. When I am having a hard ttc day I simply don't open the grad thread. Slash that is most days. Sorry.
I feel this quite often but usually keep my mouth shut because I don't want to be the bitch in the group.
And that one terrible grad week was just a few weeks ago, three quick BFPs from people I didn't recognize. I chalked it up to my not doing the WTO/TWW thread that often anymore. Glad to know I'm not alone
@Dilynne I see nothing wrong with doing separate trips. H did a marathon in VA Beach while I stayed home because I just didn't feel like going. And I'll happily jaunt off to Europe if I want to go and he doesn't. A lot of my friends do things separately too. Actually, my friend's husband went to Vegas just recently because she couldn't go. No shame in that game. I would only be concerned if you were taking a separate vacation because you couldn't stand to be around your spouse anymore. But that's a whole other issue

I don't want to sound like an eternal optimist or a cheerleader, but try to focus on the fact that he has some sperm even if it's not as much as you'd hoped, and there are ways around these kinds of issues. So many hugs to you, I know this has to be really hard.
@hartmich 11million is not horrible. DH's first SA was not great but his subsequent ones have been fine. Its worth a follow up SA. Vit D can be dealt with and so can the rubella immunity. Hugs, I know we all want great decent news but all the things you have been mentioned can be worked with. Feel all the feels, hug your husband, have a treat tonight, and you and your RE will make a plan.

The things I'm reading about the 2% morphology aren't good... I almost felt okay when I saw the 11 million because like some of you have said, that's some but isn't 2% morph bad??
@lulu1180 The peeing thing crossed my mind a few times but never all that seriously, though DH has made comments a few times. Now if he does again I can tell him he's wrong!

If he has the sperm (even if the count is a bit low), there are still many options out there and many treatments to improve the morph and numbers I know it all seems awful and icky, but we CAN and WILL get through this as a community!

@hartmich I know it's not what you were hoping to hear and that is always tough to accept. But the good news is you have eggs and he has sperm so it is totally possible to have a baby!! You can and you will! This is just a minor setback and we're here for you xoxo
@Dilynne I say go for it! DH doesn't really like when I go places without him, but I've gone to see friends who live in different states 12 and 6 hours away. I also go see my sister who lives 4 hours away sometimes when he has to work one day on a weekend. His friends always have destination bachelor parties and I don't go with him (except maybe his next one since it's where another sis lives). He's also (maybe) going to a wedding in Mexico without me. I used to travel to myself all the time before dating him. I also didn't know anyone in half the places. They were more touristy places as opposed to resorts, but it was great.
@hartmich I know it sucks, but at least they found some things you can work on. We will keep rooting for you! It sounds like they are doing a good job so far with the testing.
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@hartmich I hope some of our more knowledgeable ladies can weigh in on morphology but our RE practice has the following as faqs:
1. Low count above 10 million can often be improved with lifestyle changes. Morphology may also be improved simultaneous to increase in count.
2. There is no connection between morphology and DNA problems. (in other words poor morphology doesn't increase risk of miscarriage)
3. Even 0% morphology can be dealt with in IVF with ICSI.
This is exactly why I was saying focus on the fact that he has an 11 million sperm count- the fact that he has sperm puts you in a much, much better position to conceive with assistance. And like others have said, lifestyle changes can and often do affect morphology as well as count. Hope is not lost!!!
