I was super uncomfortable today. It felt like she was in a really weird spot and it was so uncomfortable. Seems weird to happen so early, but it was definitely rough.

That is frustrating. Has she moved somewhere more comfy?
I don't know how to describe it, my stomach finally felt, stretched out I guess? It wasn't really a heavy feeling more like my stomach was being pulled at. It's the first time I've really noticed my stomach feeling different since being pregnant. It was sort of uncomfortable, but not to the point of not being able to do anything.
@AfKash yeah I wasn't expecting it and am unimpressed... I have a MW appt Friday so I'll be asking if it's nornal or if between mommy brain and pregnancy brain I've completely lost it! Haha
Is anyone else constantly waking up on their back?
Yes. Every night. And I forgot to ask my MW if that was a problem.
Gah! I keep situating my body pillow to prevent me from turning over but it's not working. I am not a back sleeper but it must be the far superior position right now with giant belly.

Same! The pillow does not stop me. I must be super stubborn in my sleep.
@homemake i am. I usually sleep on my side but im finding i usually wake up on my back these days. Im thinking it might be my pregnancy pillow pushing me over cause the bump means im kinda angled somewhere between my side & my back.
I asked my doctor about sleeping on my back and he said as long as I was breathing fine and felt comfortable it was ok. He said at >30 weeks is when it will probably become uncomfortable and my body will naturally want to sleep on my side.

I've been waking up on my back, too! As with @marriedhamstermom, my doc said that as long as I'm comfortable on my back, it's nothing to worry about. The one thing that does help is tucking the long part of my Snoogle directly behind my back, so that the hook part comes around my front. Then I'll kind of half lay on it so that I'm angled up off my spine a little bit. That's probably the most comfortable way for me to sleep right now, too.
@Starfish113 Little dude has definitely been settling down in the lower left quadrant of my abdomen while I'm sleeping. I'll wake up and that side of my belly is completely hard and sore, while the other side is much softer. If I give him a few gentle pokes, he usually moves out of that position and into something more comfortable!
@WinchesterGirl I noticed my first stretch marks this week, too. My belly still looks fine, but I've got a single white line along either hip, maybe 2 inches long. Can't wait to see how much worse they get.
I wake up on my back, but usually only when I start on my right side. I think it's because I always have the snoogle positioned so the long part is at my back when I'm on my left side (if I flip to my right side, the long part is at my belly and I don't have anything supporting my back to keep be from rolling. When I am on my left side, I do what @NiceyMeany does and wedge the long part of the snoogle under my back, and then sleep kind of half on my side and half on my back. Seems to be the most comfortable position to fall asleep in.
I was doing great sleeping on my side until just this past week where I keep waking up on my back again. I also used to get very out of breath on my back like weeks 18-22, but now at 25 weeks I'm finding its actually not nearly as bad, probably because it allows me to stretch out my front a little more so boobs, lungs, stomach, and baby aren't all so squished together!
I asked my doc about the back sleeping and she said you can get a small pillow and prop up one butt cheek to be more at like a tilt. She said that's what she did. So it's not fully on your back, but alleviates some hip pain from laying totally on your side.
Anyone else have super sore feet?! They arent swollen or anything. But my heels and my arches are killing me. Like the pain I would get if I walked all day (like amusement park day). I havent really been on my feet a ton, so it's weird they are so achy!
@leslie13510 My doctor didn't tell me about the pillow, but I've been sleeping on my back just on a slight tilt like you described. It's actually quite comfortable.
I still don't have a pregnancy pillow, so I just sleep however my little heart desires. I have no problems sleeping at all. I sleep all the time.Except to get up and pee. But I'll almost always fall asleep on my side and wake up on my back or belly which as long as it's not hurting or inhibiting my breathing I'm not too worried about it. Sleep is something much too valuable to waste being uncomfortable.
Update for all my fellow ladies with the weird bladder pain! Dr. today was not worried in the least; she said it sounds like pressure from being overfull. Her recommendation is to start going as soon as I feel the need to go.
However, she did say to keep paying attention to it, and if it starts hurting every time I have to pee, or if I'm peeing very frequently and that doesn't help, to let her know.
ETA: Also, at our scan today, he was head down and right there on top of my bladder, which adds to the direct pressure.
