@GrabberBlue2010 Letting go of people can make for a tough day (unless they are just completely insufferable, in which case it can be a bit different). That schedule sounds like a nightmare. I hope that your employer gets more coverage so that you can take a much deserved break once in awhile.
@MotherofDragons I used to be an annual passholder when I went to school up in Tampa. I can relate to how happy I was when the blackout dates were over. Have fun! We are missing the food and wine festival at EPCOT for the first time this year and my life feels a little emptier for it. And I experience the blood tinged CM after pap smears/exams like that for as much as day afterward. I cannot speak to whether it's normal or not but I would imagine that it is.
@jatwal128 I'm sorry that you have to deal with the shower...I hope your meal was delicious though.
@adirat lol before coming to this board I never thought I'd openly write about my CM anywhere. I cannot bring myself to even explain it to DH because it will gross/weird him out I am sure.
@delujm0 Moving desks/offices is the worst. Thankfully it's Friday...and yes, the "reprieve" period for us after O is pretty much a guarantee at this point. You can only do it so much lol.
@rainbowturtles I am so sorry that you are having a tough TTC day and it angers me that a drive-by had a role in it. I hope that you can take all the time that you need for yourself today.
@Aurora1973 I'm sorry about the AMH. I'm having mine tested on Tuesday and won't get the results for another ten days from there...I'm very nervous about it because I've suspected that our TTC issues may lie in that area (I read in TCOYF that it can be problematic in women with atypical PCOS like myself). Anyways I just wanted to offer you my support. Hugs right back at ya.
An just as a side note, I am so thankful for the baby butt thread (much needed) and equally saddened to hear about @AliciaGoose. I saw the thread last night and it feels arbitrary. I'm new here and don't know if bans are always permanent, but I do hope she makes her way back to the boards somehow. She has been very welcoming and supportive since Day 1 here for me and I'm sure for many others...
@grabberblue2010 Jeez girl –
that’s a long time to work I feel for you. I would NOT be a nice person to be around.
@eggplantface I think that
Homer gif is my favorite this week. OMG. I LOL’d. And the butt baby thing…hilarious!
@laurad75 I asked this a few
weeks ago. My gyn told me not to get up after sex. Apparently the evidence is
inconclusive whether or not it helps, but it sure can’t hurt – unless you’re
prone to UTIs – then I wouldn’t do it.
@rainbowturtles So sorry you’re
having a rough day. Big hugs.
@aurora1973 So sorry to hear
about your disappointing test results Big hugs to you too..
Hell, big hugs to EVERYONE –
I missed yesterday – and @AliciaGoose getting banned. Nuts!
Month/Cycle: 6/5
CD: 23
WAYDTGKU: charting, temping, opks, preseed
R/R: Work day today! Finally got some time to bump away. Gonnab e up here this weekend too to get my room ready. Found out 2 of my favorite posters got thrown out (for no reason) and all my dry erase markers are gone!! Everyone blames the cleaning crew but I'm firmly convinced they were stolen.
CS/Q: Had a high temp this AM - could be a sign of O yesterday, but I'm not sure. I woke up an hour before I normally temp with a horrible coughing fit - I could barely breathe. I coughed for a while then temped - I'm sure it messed some stuff up, but idk. Maybe not. I should be O'ing any day now.
GTKY: What's your ideal Friday night?
Video games, wine or margaritas, and take out. Just a nice quiet night with DH.
R/R: I still have EWCM and temp dropped today. This isn't really a rant or a rave I guess. I'm so over work and still have to slog through for a few hours.
CS/Q: none today
GTKY: What's your ideal Friday night? Hmmm...I like being at home but I also have moods that strike where I need to dance my ass off and have a few drinks. Ideally though Fridays I like to ease into the weekend and Saturdays are for going all out. So I'll say ordering takeout and watching tv.
WAYDTGKU: charting, temping (although I don't temp when I'm bleeding), checking CM/CP, ED sex when I get close to O time
R/R: TW: I had a c/p last cycle and my mother felt the need to tell me she thinks I just got 15 (yes I'm a POASaholic) false positives (pink dye, read within the time limit, two different brands). She said it in a not so nice way too so that helped my already down mood. On a happier note, my kids have been amazing. Goofy and making me smile every day so that's awesome.
CS/Q: Nah haha!
GTKY: What's your ideal Friday night? Oh gosh. With or without kids? I really like to binge watch TV while eating crappy food and drinking pop haha! But going to the movies or a show would be awesome too.

I also took the liberty of getting myself some wine and, more importantly, got a big bag of Feminine Balance Tea from a local vendor...it has all sorts of stuff in it like RRL and chasteberry (Vitex) and she had some promising success stories about it (including her own) so it just feels good to do something that feels like it could help, you know? She even mixed it up special for me without oat straw because I was concerned about gluten cross-contamination (celiac) but everything she doesn't grow herself she sources organically. And I have a friend who has Type 1 diabetes and amenorrhea so I got a bag for her, too, to try.
And I did go for that walk/run. So I'm feeling more positive than before and it's in large part to all of you Plus, this little lady is giving me all the cuddles.... Big thanks to all
@sqfibemom - mothers and mother-in-laws can be oh-so-awesome! Not! Sorry she wasn't understanding. Sometimes I want to hit people over the head with my reproductive science text book (which I own thanks to nursing school!)

Ermagherrrrrd!!!! If their was a "For F*ck Sakes Friday" thread this would go there. After all that, I showered and rallied myself so DH could have his "crazy naked fun time". Even put lingerie on and surprised him in the shed/man-cave. But he couldn't finish the job and after being away for four days I asked "what gives?" and he tells me he rubbed one out while I was off running errands. I give up on today lol
@adirat I must have missed the drive-by. Sounds awful,
though and I'm glad I missed it. Not sure if I could have handled it. And YAY for EWCM!!!
@Knottie1441390249 I haven’t
heard of hostile CM but now may ask my DR. to do this.
@jatwal128 Sorry about the baby shower. I have had to stop going to them.
I get too sad, and am seriously an emotional wreck. Although, then I feel bad
for not going…
@rainbowturtles I'm so happy you found something new for this cycle! I've been doing that too. It makes me feel like I'm more in control. Last cycle I did Red Raspbery Leaf Tea. This cycle I did Coq10. I'm trying not to go too crazy because I don't want to mess with anyhing that could really affect my cycle (like late O, or things like that). But I feel good knowing I can do SOMETHING.

@eggplantface That butt baby thread... I can't. I couldn't breathe because I was laughing so hard. It reminds me of that Amy Poehler/Jason Lee SNL sketch. Sorry if that pic is huge. I'm on mobile.

@hopeforababy I had never heard of it either. She said that because my body is still in defense mode trying to heal from what the antibiotics did to my vagina that they are likely also destroying all the sperm before it can get to where it needs to go. I'm taking an over the counter moisturizer that is going to rebalance my PH levels. I did it last night and was nearly as bad as monistat, but when I woke up this morning it was actually in a weird way pretty refreshing.

@Cait32 Welcome! I don't temp throughout the entire cycle, but to be reliable you have to do it at about the same time every day before getting up or moving.
For me, that means setting the alarm before I would normally wake up or before my dogs would normally get up...AKA TOO DAMN EARLY. It's a pain, but I like having the data and chart to look at. After I have confirmed O, I stop temping to help me avoid more BSCness and undue stress during the TWW.
@hopeforababy I told her I didn't appreciate the way she was talking to me, told her she was making it worse, and when she didn't stop asking why I WANTED it to be a loss so badly, I said bye and hung up. I haven't talked to her since. Unfortunately, I know that I will have to be the one to call first, she's always been this way, always right in her mind.
