@turtlemobile2 Honestly, sometimes I think people just like to be contrary. If you had them closer together they'd try to say it's too close and if you have them farther apart they'd say but you almost had this one through the hardest part and now you're starting over.
FWIW my first 2 are 18 months apart which has been admittedly hard sometimes, but they are such good friends now that it was completely worth it. I feel like adding a new baby is always going to add difficulty (because new babies are hard!) so you just have to do it when it feels right for your family.

I am really torn on this Diclegis. I know it is helping so I am grateful for it but sometimes I still feel pretty horrible and it makes it very hard to concentrate and accomplish anything at work. I've been trying not to up my dose (currently only doing the 2 at bedtime) because it's so freaking expensive and I'm afraid it will make the tiredness unmanageable.
DD and I were going to head to the pool today. 5 minutes away, she vomits ALL over herself and the car seat. Twice.

Oh no!!! That's terrible. Cleaning puke out of a carseat suuuuuucks!!! My DD gets carsick ALL the time and its soo hard and it sucks to clean... I know the cushions say hand wash but I put mine in the washer ALL THE TIME. Just a little tip.

I couldn't agree with this more. To add though, people are gonna have an opinion on EVERYTHING when it comes to raising kids. When I had my son, I definitely had to get used to ignoring a lot of bullshit.

I'm pretty sure when I was a kid I thought it took two years to grow another kid, because that seemed to be the standard age difference amongst my peers. I understand now how babies are made.

Both are absolutely devastating. It's so hard to wrap my mind around how this can happen. Castile had a gun, but also had his concealed carry permit. The NRA better demand action on this if they want to stay true to their principles.

Yes, my Dr gave it to me, but I have a high deductible plan without a separate RX plan so it was still $302 for the bottle. As long as I stay on 2/day the bottle will last for 2 months and hopefully I won't need it by then anyway. I tried unisom and B6 for a cheaper solution, but it didn't seem to work as well and I had more trouble with the tiredness.

Vent away. I remember how I felt after the Marathon bombings, which took place right outside the church I attended for almost 10 years. It's tough when these horrible things happen in your backyard.
