If you sign into The Knot, you can change your username there. You need to log out of TB to be able to log back in with the new name, but it'll work! I've changed my name like... three times.
I post-stalked and didn't see one thing that was cause for a ban. Plus, they are supposed to issue 3 warnings prior to a ban and I didn't see anything even worth a warning.
Could it be an accident that she was banned? (Hopefully something they can correct quickly) Not sure how that accident would happen but I couldn't think of anything else.

Ughhh I'm next to the office sniffler today (I was supposed to be with someone else, but the two of them switched) and she won't stop sniffling. I literally twitch every time she sniffs her boogers up her nose.

Had an ultrasound scheduled for today at 4:30 and the office called me an hour ago to say that my insurance doesn't cover an in office US and that they will give me a script to have it done somewhere else. Ok, that's fine but I made the appointment over a week ago and you wait until the day of to tell me this? When I mentioned that to the receptionist she got all snotty and said it's not a big deal if I didn't have the US done today and gave me attitude for the remainder of the call. Am I wrong to be annoyed here?
No, you are not wrong to be annoyed, imo. Everything doctor's office's do annoys me lol. My first appointment was scheduled at 3:30 and I was told to arrive 15 minutes early. Which I did. At 3:45, I overhear the receptionist telling another patient that my doctor is an HOUR behind. But nobody felt the need to share this information with me. I was pissed, didn't get in to see the doc until almost 5:00.
Bottom line, love my doctor, HATE doctor's offices. They are the worst.
I have been completely missing out! For whatever reason I haven't peeked in at any of the random threads here and didn't realize that's where all the actual conversation was happening at.
@scifichick09 and @LC12261012 I have the same kind of problems with my Dr's office. The Dr's are amazing, but with my last pregnancy they screwed my appointments up so many times I started asking for an appointment card (I typically just write it in my planner on the spot) and started bringing it back in with me. I lost count of how many times I came in and was told I was there on the wrong day, or the wrong time, or I was supposed to have an US and my appt was scheduled on the tech's day off.
While having the ultrasound done a few days later isn't a big deal from their perspective, when you have to take time off work or schedule around other commitments, it is a big deal.
This baby is due 1 week after DD turns 2 and I keep having people say things like "wow you're pregnant already" and "again so soon." I'm super annoyed at this. Am I freaking out for no good reason? Because I really thought 2 years a part was kinda the ideal situation and if that is the case I'm hitting that nail pretty dang close. So close I should get some kind of award right? I mean if this one is born on DD's birthday I should be the one getting cake.
@lc12261012 I would be annoyed too, buuuut on the other hand I will say that they were probably only calling today to verify benefits and that's when they found out. I think due to cancelations and stuff like that they don't verify benefits at the time you make the appointment. I would be annoyed tho!
@turtlemobile2 mine will be 2 years 3 months apart. I have had people mention that having 2 in college is hard and crap like that.. but I thought the goal was NOT to have 2 under 2. IMO I think 2 years is good, they are close enough to be good friends but not close enough to share them... does that make sense?
@silvercamaro77 thank you that was my whole point, my DH took a half day at work for the appointment and now will have to take more time off since my new appointment is on Monday morning. Like own up to the fact that the office screwed up and don't act like I'm the bitch when I get annoyed at you for disregarding my time and other commitments. I rarely have problems with this office so there's that I guess.
DD and I were going to head to the pool today. 5 minutes away, she vomits ALL over herself and the car seat. Twice.

Oh no!!! That's terrible. Cleaning puke out of a carseat suuuuuucks!!! My DD gets carsick ALL the time and its soo hard and it sucks to clean... I know the cushions say hand wash but I put mine in the washer ALL THE TIME. Just a little tip.
