We have finally decided on Kai I'm happy because I love the name and it works in both English and Danish. Middle name is still undecided, but I am really liking Mathias these days.
We are going with Daisy Lane. Lane was my Granny's maiden/middle name and she was extremely special to me. She made me a pink baby blanket in addition to the blue one she made for DS 5 years ago, "just in case" she couldn't make me another. So I knew part of her name would have to come from her! And Daisy, we just love!
Both are family names, and it will be one of these, but DH and I can't agree. I like Linden better, but he likes Benjamin. He likes the idea of "JB" for a nick name.

@DiFazette I like it. My initial thought was since they have the same ending, I would predict a lot of "Yes mom?" responses from both of them if they only caught the tail end of you calling out a name. But that's obviously not a big deal. Plus you might come up with nicknames anyways.

@em01092 your comment made me giggle. I could only hope for that kind of response from 2 additional boys. My 1 now ignores me like he gets paid for each time I say his name.

I like the flow of Linden better. But Benjamin is a wonderful name. Good luck!
@DiFazette I love those names! I feel like Asher is less common, and it's a good one! Oliver is in our top 2 as well We are stuck between: Oliver Michael Leo Michael
Thanks everyone. DS is Owen and we were between Owen and Oliver for him. I still love Oliver and H is in LOVE with Asher - I thought they sounded beautiful together.
@DiFazette I adore Oliver. It's also been on my list since day 1 with my first pregnancy (6 years ago!) but we will see how H takes it.
We find out in one week what we are having. Our girl name is set in stone although we won't tell many people because what's the point if it ends up being a boy? My mom was trying to get it out of my 5 year old last night, so I know I won't be telling the kids until the baby comes
@DiFazette I love that combo for twins! Even individually.
We find out Tuesday what I am growing but names are pretty set.
Girl: Evelyn Rae Boy: Jackson Rowan or Riley.
We have an Irish last name. DH has the initials MR lastname so wants the boy to be a JR lastname but we have had a horrible time agreeing on an R name. We are staying away from family names to avoid drama.
So I thought we were pretty set on Camden Michael as this LO's name. But then DS1 keeps saying he wants to name the baby Parker. Which I really like too! We would probably go with David as a mn for that. Then today DH tells me he really really likes the name Alden. I looked it up and it means "wise/old friend" (I'm kind of picky about meanings). I don't hate Alden but it's definitely a different/unique name. So... Thoughts on Alden Michael? Parker David?
@PharmDMom - I love Parker. H nixed it for all 3 boys but it's one of my favorites. I really like Camden too. My only issue with Alden is that Aiden is so popular it might get mistaken at quick glance.

I really like Parker David. I like Camden Michael too. Alden is not my style but it's solid. It would be so cute if your son got to pick his brother's name.
Anybody want to help me out? We are set on our girl name, and thought we were set for our boy name. Tonight, we were talking and figured out we don't like Timothy anymore. So, here are our name choices. We want to use at least one from my side to go with DH's side. All are family names.
My side: Michael and Boyd
DH's side: Banks. Also, if we use Michael, DH prefers it as a middle name.
So it's either Boyd Banks lastname, Banks Boyd lastname, or Banks Michael lastname. Somehow, I don't really like any of those, but this is our last kiddo, and DH wants to honor both sides of the family with this kiddos name.
@Mamax2 I don't care for Banks as a first name. I know your DH doesn't want Michael for a FN but Boyd Banks just doesn't sound right to me. I like Michael Banks or Boyd Michael.
@Mamax2 I agree with the others - Banks doesn't work as a first name IMO, however I really like it as a middle name. I like both Michael Banks and Boyd Michael. Boyd Banks might be too much B.
