@tgortney it must be because that was the first thing DH commented out was the dragons. Last season where Dany rode off the dragon looked horrible! He said they were looking much better last night lol
Agreed with all - this episode was incredibly visceral! My heart was in my throat the whole battle scene. The cinematography was sublime!!! Arguably better than Helms Deep.
DH doesn't think Sansa is pregnant just because of that Ramsey line about him being a part of her still. He thinks he was referring to his brutality - that smirk she gives seems out of character for her, but it isn't because Ramsey did that to her... His brutality lives on through her. He made her brutal and cunning instead of just the passive damsel in distress. I think she's pregnant (bc of the line to Petyr about Ramsey still being inside her) but I like DH's conclusion too. It's prob both!

@tgortney I think it was one or two episodes back when she was talking about how she can still feel what he did to her. I don't recall the exact wording.
I found the exact wording of the line she said to Petyr: "I can still feel what he did in my body standing here right now." She said that several episodes ago when she met with Petyr while she was at the wall still.

um, I want to know where Varys and Arya bought their teleporters. Especially Varys, it only took him 2 scenes to get back to Dany.

I was really hoping Margaery had some grand plan instead of dying like that.... RIP I'll miss her.
DH thinks Dany and Jon will get married and rule. Or I think at least team up and defeat the White Walkers.
We decided that we think she said Robert. Which would make sense if he's a Targaryan since Robert Baratheon wanted them all killed. I hope they don't get married.. That would make Dany Jon's aunt. I think I've seen enough incest in the show already. I can't decide what I think will happen with them. If they find out that Rhaegar and Lyanna eloped (like little finger hinted at a couple seasons ago) then that would make Jon a legitimate Targaryan and also the true heir to the iron throne, right? I can't wait!

Yes! I think it's possible there could be marriage. This is GOT after all and Targaryns are known to marry within. But I doubt Jon would be into that since he wasn't raised that way.

For so long we've seen men on the show do horrible things for power and women just sort of sly sneak around and now we're seeing women doing the horrible things. tommen was unexpected at first but really I think he had to die. He was weak and very easily manipulated. Everyone was working him. I'd like to think that's what he realized looking at the burned sept- that everyone was using him and the only way not to be used was to die. how about Tyrions face when Dany made him hand of the Queen?! He loves being the hand so much! by the time we got to Arya and Frey though I was thinking "oh I get it- everyone gets a paycheck today". It felt very rushed and pushed in to me.
I love Little Lady Mormont. She is my absolute favourite new character!
The ladies were kicking ass this season! Cersei needs to go though. Even though she was totally badass, she is annoying me now. I hate her smirk.
This season was so much better than the previous one. I was actually planning on quiting the show - but gave it a couple of episodes and I am glad I did that!
