I had really bad morning sickness and lost 20lbs during the 1st-2nd trimester. I'm 29 weeks now and still -8lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. My boobs went from 36DD to 36DDD.
I lost a lot of weight during my first trimester, even though I was put on Diclectin to control my nausea. I'm 26 weeks, I still haven't gained much weight and it's been a bit of a concern for me. I don't have much of an appetite. My boobs have gotten much bigger though, C to a DD.
