@Allisun85 They ended up giving me my FMLA leave, but it still doesn't change that I have to go back when the baby is roughly 4 weeks old. My employer told me to file a claim with Short Term Disability, but it's seeming like they want to send me running in circles. lol. I haven't been able to reach my doctor, but I have an appointment next week so I've got my fingers crossed.
