I guess maybe I'll have more than one LH surge this cycle...or won't ovulate. Blah. I may be hit and miss around here until I can be a little more positive!

R/R/CS:  I appreciate all the support I received from you yesterday!  I'm feeling much better today!  DH and I booked our flight/hotel to go to Dallas in October to see our NFL team play the Cowboys!  DH has always wanted to see AT&T Stadium, so I'm happy we are making this work out!  We may have even convinced some of our friends to come with us, which will be super fun!!  On a TTC note, I'm just waiting for my CM to change.  I may have noticed some watery CM yesterday, so we will see what happens today!  I have an acupuncture appointment this afternoon, so as always, I'm looking forward to that!

R/R/CS: CH are back for last week, but I'm still calling BS. Still haven't had any other signs of O and my temp has not risen high enough yet to even consider a shift. Not to mention the last 2 mornings my temps have been lower than any previous temps. WTF FF?? And WTF ovaries??

WAYDTGKU: Well, apparently I am now waiting to confirm O with a couple more temps. In the meantime, we'll keep sexing it up. 

R/R/CS: Much to my surprise, I had a high temp this morning, which I wasn't expecting for a few days. If this isn't a false alarm, it will be the earliest I've O'd in the past 7 months (regular 'til you're not, I guess). I would have liked to have hit a few more FW days, but our timing will be fine if this is the real deal.

R/R/CS:  Has anyone been put on Clomid (or something similar) without an HSG?  Alsooo, have people who used the trigger shots given it to themselves or do the doctors have to do it?  I'm spending my day at work researching because my manager is gone so I have zero work motivation.

R/R/CS:  I have every O symptom imaginable.  Tons of EWCM, CP is super soft and high, boobs are getting more full and I am much more interested in sex (I have a low drive so this is always a sign for me). But I keep getting the most negative OPKs ever. Like almost no second line at all.  We are going to keep doing it regardless, but I can't help but think I am ovulating regardless of what the OPK says.  Also, this would be my shortest cycle by over a month which makes me so happy:)

R/R/CS: I'm tired of my emotions being crazy. I tend to cry if a song comes on that triggers something for me, and it's difficult to deal with. On the brighter side, state testing is almost done for my kiddos, so we can do some fun projects in school soon. (I'm not a parent, I'm a teacher.) I've got some fun science projects to do and some animal reports planned. The reports will be on posters, so they will be able to be creative with it.

R/R/CS: Temp went up again today so I'm feeling a little more confident about O'ing on Sunday. Will know tomorrow. Quick question - I'm having crazy CM this morning, which is odd because I usually am pretty dry in the morning. However, this is EW consistency but white in color. How would you mark this in FF? Is it EWCM or Creamy? Thanks for all of the kind words yesterday. It's nice to have a place to just be real and not have to put on a face. I really appreciate your support! Today is going to be so much better than yesterday. I can already tell.

@mokay19 So this is our initial consultation and I'm not even sure what to expect.  I'm just hoping the RE will look everything over and say okay, let's get started RIGHT NOW! I've done ALL of the testing, DH has done the SA. It looks like I am also scheduled for an US with them, which is odd because I just had one with the OB like three weeks ago. So it's not like we have to go through all of that testing after our consultation. So yeah, I'm not sure what to expect. I suspect we'll go over insurance, and medical histories, and hopefully get a game plan! What was your first RE appointment like??

R/R/CS: I had the biggest temp drop ever in my life. From 97.7 to 96.5... so I disregarded that temp because that seems ridiculous and the temp before 97.7 was 97.2.



Also I'm super jazzed because I changed the channel on the Sirius when no one was looking and now Pentatonix is playing and my day got instantly better.

@mrsdaddario I haven't been to the RE yet but my appointment on Friday is with an OB that has an RE in his/her office because my original OB doesn't have anything else that she can do for me (we already did all the bloodwork and ultrasounds and she put me on Metformin). I'm going to call them today and request any testing that they think they'll have to do, to plan to do on Friday because 1. It's hard for me to take off work for this and 2. It's at a military base hospital and appointments aren't always readily available. 
I was hoping to use your game plan to make mine haha. My husband is going to try to get a SA in a few weeks once he's back from his TDY. But I haven't had an HSG yet and my OB had mentioned that. You had that recently, right?

R/R/CS: an actual temp spike today. According to all my other signs (CM and such), I think I O'ed on CD18. But according to FF, if the temps stay elevated, I would get dotted CH yesterday. I know temps are more reliable, but I missed a few days, temped late, up a lot at night, discarded temps...so I kinda feel like I should go with CD18. So many mountains.... Either way I'm not too excited about our timing. It's either 0 or -3. Just once this cycle. Ugh. I'm sticking around WTO until I get CH from FF though. The longer I stay out of TWW, the better.

@mokay19  i've been put on Letrozole + Ovidrel without an HSG. my RE wants to do three rounds of the Letrozole with a trigger shot and see if that's successful.  if not, we'll have to look deeper and schedule an HSG. because i've had no abdominal surgeries, pelvic diseases or STD's that would cause scarring or tubal blockages, it's reasonable to think that my tubes are fine.  also - as far as the shots  go - from what i can gather it seems like every office is different. some make you take it yourself while others administer it for you.  i have to give the shot to myself. i haven't done it yet and i'm a bit nervous! anyway i hope this helps! 

@mrsdaddario  ughh i know how you feel about waiting and waiting and waiting....it's all i ever do, too!

R/R/CS: Welp. I go back to my RE this afternoon to see if I'm responding to this higher dose of Letrozole. I'm anxious. I've had no real side effects again, but yesterday I had a throbbing tension headache and was super moody. But, I'm prone to tensions headaches anyway, so who knows if it had anything to do with the pills. Thus far, I've remained pretty positive about all of this (though I've definitely had my moments) but if today doesn't go well, I'll definitely be throwing myself a pity party tonight with all the wine and all the chocolate and all the damn carbs, even though I'm supposed to be avoiding carbs on stupid Letrozole. (My RE said it can cause weight gain.) Wish me luck, ya'll.

@sammajane19 Yes that's why I was wondering! Since I have no particular reason to suspect a blockage, I wasn't sure if they would require an HSG. If I have to give myself a shot, I would probably have my friend that's a nurse do it because I would be afraid to mess it up haha not sure if that's even possible...

i looked at my countdown app and I have 76 days left until k fly back to America for a few weeks! I'm so excited and ready!!

Ps. It's 7 pm here and I'm already in bed. I'm so tired and ready for this week to be over. When did I get so old? Haha

@mokay19 Yes, I just had the hsg in late March. (Ouch) It sounds like you have all of your bases covered. Glucose Test, Blood Work, Ultra Sound, and SA scheduled. Definitely ask for the hsg. If your tubes end up being blocked then the Metformin wouldn't have really been useful. I mean, it would have been if it created O and regulated AF, but even if it did, nothing would have been able to travel through your tubes anyway. 

@sammajane19 Keeping my FX the Letrozole worked this time! Please post an update after your appointment if you're feeling up to it!

WAYDTGKU: bbt pnv cm opk HIO acupuncture 

R/R/CS: so I thought I O'd either last Wednesday or Friday. I had gotten negative OPKs but sort of a temp shift. Well I peed in my little cup yesterday morning and forgot to test it. Well I tested it right before I went to bed assuming it would be negative. Nope! Positive Wondfo and smiley face on the clearblue advanced. So I texted DH to wake me up when he got home. The Wondfo this morning was pretty positive looking as well but clearblue was negative. Temp has been staying the same.  So I'll keep HIO and see what my temps do. Acupuncture today so hopefully that will help too.
