  • Elsa is a terrible person for being such a c*nt to Anna. She was heartless to her and could have killed her over and over again. I can't stand her.

  • @peachykeen17 I know right?! SO MANY TIMES. But I feel like it would be 1 or 2 snarks against everyone else WKing it. I lurk TTGP almost every day. I'll be sure to look at October sometimes! Thanks for the tip!

We should make a snark pact. This board is full of unicorns.

  • @HomeyDontPlayThat I agree, no need for unnecessary snark. But some SS need to be brought down to earth... I would LOVE to see a post about peeing in bleach. We need something to liven it up around here!

Lols, I feel like those are going to come from the chicks who don't join the board until they're like, 5 months along because they didn't realize they were pregnant.
  • Me too, I feel like I'm missing out on the peeing in bleach thing!
  • Hey I've got a UO.

I think Zofran in moderation is fine. The evidence for birth defects shows correlation but not causation. Reading a sponsored lawsuit website will give you skewed and twisted results. I'm allergic to Reglan and Comp, so, Zofran is saving my butt again.
  • @HomeyDontPlayThat I agree that shit stirring just to stir shit is not something that we need. I do think that there have been a couple times when someone could use some tough love, or a little snark because they aren't taking the time to read the board organization thread, for example, and I'm feeling like for some reason the board just isn't at the place yet to say something. But we're all in the honeymoon phase at this point.
I'm curious to see what would happen if we did get someone talking about baby daddy drama or peeing in bleach...

  • I use Nurture by Glow for my pregnancy app.  I've tried several different ones and I like the set up of this one the best, however, the Community IS RIDICULOUS. Women who are 4 weeks pregnant posting 'bump' pictures? Get out of here with that.
I use that tracking app too - love the daily growth updates! But the community. OMG. *rolls eyes*

  • @HomeyDontPlayThat haha good call. You gotta start preparing for that ish early.
    Also, yes to that gif.
  • @ShallowSeas (sorry to post all over the place) I couldn't do Nurture anymore because being prompted daily about the consistency of my bowel movements got to be a bit much. I switched to Ovia.

  • I hate themed birthday parties.  If my child(ren) wants one, fine. I'll do it.  But I don't want to see 20 million things with the Minions/Frozen/Mickey all over it.

I only keep that app to make comments to the dumbass people on there. And why the fuck are so many women so desperate for the attention of strangers by posting nude pics over there?!?!
  • Yeah I use nurture by glow too. Yesterday I saw some girl posted a picture of her toned abs in a thong being like "baby bump! 5 weeks!!". *sigh*

I wish there was a way to get it to stop sending me alerts to participate in that community.

haha I haven't noticed that yet! I have Ovia on my phone as well after a friend suggested it. I just really like the little baby floating around on Nurture.

I use both Ovia and Glow and haven't decided which I like better.  I like the information Ovia gives and I like the little hand comparison.  I like Glow's app because it also gives a lot of information on how the baby is developing and shows real pictures of the development.  Glow also shows a little fetus floating in a sac and it grows and changes from week to week, which is nice to see.  My H has the Glow app on his phone as well and really likes it.

This is the little baby in the Glow app I was talking about @0Face. For some reason it wouldn't let me add a picture in my response to your post? This is my favorite part of the whole app. Obviously this is not from my app.

I sent H an update earlier this week from Ovia and he insisted on downloading and using.  I found it funny, I'll check out Glow as well. At some point I'm sure I'll just be over the *oooooh ahhhh* but for now, I'm cool with downloading all the things.

I just saw a third tri one of a woman with her hands over her (very full) bare chest for a bump picture.

    ....why?!

  • @SRose109 yes! It's constant! And then all the other trash bag twits jump on and say "stop hatingggg". Like, shut up bitches no one is hating we just wish some of y'all would have a little class and dignity!
  • I cannot WAIT to see the cheesy maternity photos that come around. I have this very narrow opinion on it. It has to be tasteful, can't do the cheesy, cliche moves like that scarf draped "artfully" around the bump, no laying on the beach looking awkwardAF. No shadows across the face looking pensive....vomit.
Like this? This bitch has bark up her butt. Hope it was worth it Cindy Lou.

At least her butt is nice and exfoliated?
