Hi Ladies , I am just wondering how your sleep pattern is or was during the 2ww . I am on melotonin which the doctor perscribed (apparently it's fairly new addition to ivf meds) Anyway I still seem to wake up alot . Last night I woke at 4.30 so restless , oil don't get back to sleep and had back ache. This morning I have what feel like mild af pains , im worried af is on her way!

I'm at work, and the doctor's office just called, BFP! I'm crying like no other and my girlfriends are crying. It's a real sob fest around here. Talk about a roller coaster 24 hours! DH doesn't know, and I'm not telling him until my surprise is ready, as far as he knows, it all negative...
It's been so many negatives I assumed this would be too. I DID ask if I could switch to oral progesterone, which they said would be fine but if the side effects are too much, go back to the suppositories (yuck). It's been such a long road to get here and I'm hoping it sticks!

@Caroline351 congrats on your bfp! It really is so encouraging to see others getting their BFP. As far as the oral progesterone, i took my first one last night, a half hour after taking it I was so nauseous, luckily today it hasn't bothered me.
@mountainsmoved aka cycle buddy, I got a BFP as well! I took a home test yesterday and it was positive. I went in to the RE office today and they just called with my beta level of 414, which they said was good. I go back in on Friday for a repeat test.
My cycle buddy got a BFP also! Celebrating! @Mamph25I am sooooo excited for you. I was stalking the board waiting for your results! Congrats. We will get to transition together and continue with 2 healthy and happy pregnancies! I just went in for my second beta today and my levels are rising perfectly. I go back on Friday for a third check! My RE is very aggressive about monitoring me which I love! Continued prayers for all ladies!

I just had an u/s and I have one follicle (among others) that measured 26 and they scheduled my IUI for Thursday. That seems way too late to me but I am not an expert. I am always so concerned I am going to ovulate before the IUI. Does that seem concerning to anyone else?

August 2016: IVF #1 (Lupron, Gonal F and Menopur) -- 12 retrieved, 9 fertilized, 3 frozen and 1 x day 5 hatching blast transferred -- BFN. Sent remaining 3 embryos for PGS testing -- 2 didn't survive thaw, 1 was abnormal.
February 2017: IVF #2 (Gonal F, Menopur, and Ganirelix) -- 12 retrieved, 6 fertilized, 3 sent for PGS testing and all were abnormal
March 2018: IVF #3 (Menopur, Follistim, Ganirelix and HGH) -- 14 retrieved, 12 fertilized, 4 sent for PGS testing, and 3 were PGS normal
May 2018: FET #1 -- BFN
August 2018: FET #2 -- BFP!!! healthy baby girl born May 2019!!
July 2020: FET #3 -- embyro did not survive thaw

@kelrauh I am having my 3rd IUI tomorrow morning, so we are on the same page. For my last IUI, I ovulated just prior to the insemination that morning and he was able to determine this through the US. The egg(s) are viable for a good 24 hours is what I have been told, so as long as it is not days before, you should be fine! I will also have 2 mature eggs this time and great lining, so hoping for the best. OH, and I also always have pain/tenderness leading up to the IUI b/c of the stimulation meds...and lots of bloating, too ha!

@teamginger13I would also use the opks and if i got a positive before the scheduled iui I would contact them and let them know so that they can possibly do it sooner.

@becauselove it will be CD14. I'm supposed to trigger tonight.
@mountainsmoved I used to use OPKs every cycle but my RE told me to stop once on clomid bc it gives a false positive. I'm not sure if the same is for Letrozole which is what I was on this cycle.

February 2017: IVF #2 (Gonal F, Menopur, and Ganirelix) -- 12 retrieved, 6 fertilized, 3 sent for PGS testing and all were abnormal
March 2018: IVF #3 (Menopur, Follistim, Ganirelix and HGH) -- 14 retrieved, 12 fertilized, 4 sent for PGS testing, and 3 were PGS normal
May 2018: FET #1 -- BFN
August 2018: FET #2 -- BFP!!! healthy baby girl born May 2019!!
July 2020: FET #3 -- embyro did not survive thaw

@tusername I got a BFP! I went to the RE office yesterday and they did a beta and everything looked good. I go back on Friday for another beta test. I'm just really sluggish and have a little headache, but I guess that's all par the course!

@teamginger13Hey, we're on the same schedule! I also have one dominant follie (23 - the biggest I've ever had!). I did the trigger shot last night, and IUI is scheduled for 11am tomorrow (cd11). Have you been doing opk's? My RE didn't tell me to one way or the other, but I've been doing them anyway. I got a positive today. Let me know how it goes tomorrow, it would be nice to have a cycle buddy!

I had a check up u/s today that didn't go as well as I hoped. Usually by this time in my cycle I have larger follis. But unfortunately I have a handful in both ovaries and the largest one is 8cm. It's not really bad news but it does mean my cycle could get cancelled if things don't speed up since I am leaving town the day after my IUI was supposed to be. So we will see.

Congrats on all the BFP this cycle!!! Very exciting for you ladies!! My 2ww ends on Saturday. I could probably take a HPT by now but I'm gonna wait until Sunday (see if I miss my period 1st). My cycles tend to do what they want so AF could arrive anytime. Usually I would be going crazy to test but I've been distracted with some severe back pain that started with ER visit last Sunday. My RE has a plan for next cycle if she doesn't work....gonna change from letrozole to clomid. So we will see, I'm still feeling hopeful. How is everyone else in the 2ww doing??
@LMart85 Saturday is two weeks for me also but I think I'm going to resist poas and wait for my beta on Monday. Fongers crossed for you. If nothing this cycle then we move onto injectables.

February 2017: IVF #2 (Gonal F, Menopur, and Ganirelix) -- 12 retrieved, 6 fertilized, 3 sent for PGS testing and all were abnormal

Hi ladies, it's great to read the BFP news of some of you here and hoping to see more for those waiting....oh it feels like the longest wait! I'm with you just hoping to catch a break and be lucky first time! Today and yesterday I've felt better than ever , lots of energy and in good form. I almost feel like there's no way i could be pregnant! but its only day 8 post iui. I am having lots of watery cm , lots of it. Anyone else having this? I am on progesterone gel twice a day so could be from that. Hope everyone is doing well.

It's been so many negatives I assumed this would be too. I DID ask if I could switch to oral progesterone, which they said would be fine but if the side effects are too much, go back to the suppositories (yuck). It's been such a long road to get here and I'm hoping it sticks!

I just had an u/s and I have one follicle (among others) that measured 26 and they scheduled my IUI for Thursday. That seems way too late to me but I am not an expert. I am always so concerned I am going to ovulate before the IUI. Does that seem concerning to anyone else?

@mountainsmoved I used to use OPKs every cycle but my RE told me to stop once on clomid bc it gives a false positive. I'm not sure if the same is for Letrozole which is what I was on this cycle.

August 2016: IVF #1 (Lupron, Gonal F and Menopur) -- 12 retrieved, 9 fertilized, 3 frozen and 1 x day 5 hatching blast transferred -- BFN. Sent remaining 3 embryos for PGS testing -- 2 didn't survive thaw, 1 was abnormal.
February 2017: IVF #2 (Gonal F, Menopur, and Ganirelix) -- 12 retrieved, 6 fertilized, 3 sent for PGS testing and all were abnormal
March 2018: IVF #3 (Menopur, Follistim, Ganirelix and HGH) -- 14 retrieved, 12 fertilized, 4 sent for PGS testing, and 3 were PGS normal
May 2018: FET #1 -- BFN
August 2018: FET #2 -- BFP!!! healthy baby girl born May 2019!!
July 2020: FET #3 -- embyro did not survive thaw

I had a check up u/s today that didn't go as well as I hoped. Usually by this time in my cycle I have larger follis. But unfortunately I have a handful in both ovaries and the largest one is 8cm. It's not really bad news but it does mean my cycle could get cancelled if things don't speed up since I am leaving town the day after my IUI was supposed to be. So we will see.

My 2ww ends on Saturday. I could probably take a HPT by now but I'm gonna wait until Sunday (see if I miss my period 1st). My cycles tend to do what they want so AF could arrive anytime. Usually I would be going crazy to test but I've been distracted with some severe back pain that started with ER visit last Sunday. My RE has a plan for next cycle if she doesn't work....gonna change from letrozole to clomid. So we will see, I'm still feeling hopeful.
How is everyone else in the 2ww doing??
