What is your current short list?

We all know that we have revolving lists of names. They come and go but some stick around for years. If you are expecting, ttc, or just love names, what is your current short list?

for me I only have 1 boy name right now: Alexander James.

We're having a boy but my favorite girl name was Rosalie.

Current boy list (mn 95% set at Robert): Charles, James, Gabriel, Nathan/iel or Theodore. DH loves Calvin, but I'm not a huge fan, so I'm hoping we agree on another without needing to throw a veto.

My boy short list is Arlo, Patrick, and Benjamin. Thomas as a middle name after DHs late dad

Girl names are Rosemary Alice, Rosalie Jane and Ivy Jane.

This has been our short list for awhile and I have no idea how we are going to decide. We are team green so hopefully when we actually meet our baby one name jumps out and seems to fit.

We wont know for a while what we are having, but if it's a girl we are going with Alice Catherine. For a boy we are between Ezra James or Eben James.

We've picked Isla Joan for a girl.

Short list for a boy:

Roman (my current favourite), Miles (my 2nd), Logan, Harrison or Calvin (middle name will be Spencer, Curtis, David or Anthony)

I like olive. While it's hard - picking the names is almost as fun as the final selection. I don't like Juno but Meredith would be ok. I associate it with 40 somethings. I went to school with one though. Neither association is the greatest. That's the hardest part about getting opinions. If you didn't know... and ms. Momma will never know them...then why does you opinion matter anyway!!

But girl...girls don't even have a short list at this point.

Last time it was the opposite and we had a boy. But I'm not as in love with the girl name we had picked at the time (Imogen). I still like it but I'm indecisive.

We're having a heck of a time with a boys name. His middle would be Allen. Our current list is Silas, Ezra, Kash, Sawyer and I'm lobbying my SO to keep Jamison on there.
