I was at a complete loss as to what we would name a boy. I only liked Sam, but DH has a cousin with that name.

Since we're having another girl, we're about 90% set on Amelia. Other names I like are: Melody, River, Willow, Emily, Mia, and a few others I can't remember.

I did also like Rose and Helen but those were my grandmothers names so we were thinking of incorporating them. However, it's a boy so nope, not getting to use any haha.

Isabel was our very first girl name. Then Hannah.

Alice and Lily (not uncommon, I know) for girls. 

For a boy, we were tied between Malcolm and Lachlan and ended up going with the former. Lachlan is still hella cute, though.

OK, I want to say "I LOVE Lucy!" but I realize that would be ridiculous and I don't want you to think I'm making fun of it...so, here goes: I genuinely like the name Lucy, it's a favorite of mine.

for girls me & SO were torn between Emerson & Paisley. both not very common, & very pretty in our opinions!
we ended up with a little boy tho, so obviously the names became "useless bones", lol.

Before Hannah we had Audrey, Brenna, Elizabeth and Emily. Brenna was my personal favorite but one day my husband changed his mind on me.

We're naming this baby girl Josephine Audrey, but some others we liked were Kalea, Hannah, Leah, Magdalene, and Caroline.

Hannah seems to be a much loved name here! If I didn't have a niece named Hannah it would be a girl name contender for us as well!

I was thinking the same thing!! I don't really even know any Hannah's other than in passing and none of my friends have kids named Hannah either! I thought we were being trendy but I guess we all just have great taste (;

Camille Louise was our girl name...  We also liked Caroline Saoirse and Georgina.  

Other boy names we liked were: Spencer, Sebastian, Dashiell, and Marshall.

I love Amelia, how beautiful. In fact all the names here are gorgeous. DH and I have been set on a girl's name for years and years since before we even thought about TTC so I have no unused names to offer. But if anyone can throw out more boy names, that'd be good too!

I really want Margo Beatrix for a girl. My gram is Marjorie Beatrice and she basically raised me as much as my parents did.

Yes But Melody is actually unrelated. River is also from Firefly, so it's doubly awesome.

Our boy name was Gavin Patrick ... Which I loved so of course we're having a girl :-p

Recent contenders for a girl that were in the no pile are Caitlin, Emerson, Molly and Gianna

Thanks @SarahFoley725 I don't mind sharing with you guys, but I'd never be brave enough to share in the baby names board. I love reading and giving my thoughts when asked, but it gets harsh in there sometimes haha! And even though someone hating my names would never affect my using them, sometimes my feelers are sensitive. You guys are different though. I said please don't laugh, but I totally understand if you do

Once I dreamed a friend of mine had a cute little girl and they named her Amelia and her nn was Molly. IDK that that is a true nn for that name but it seemed like it fit. Lol. I had never considered Amelia before that, but now think it's a great name!

@sahmrey I've never heard that as a nickname for Amelia! I like it. If we end up giving her one, it will probably be Mia, just to avoid Amy. Not that there's anything wrong with Amy, I just don't like it.

I just love seeing all these older names that aren't so common these days! I love Pearl and Hazel but I had great grandmothers with those names so I'm biased. My niece is name Lyllian and I love that name too. All these names I'm seeing are beautiful!

We found out were team blue, but our team pink name was Delilah Grace. I'm almost sad it's our last baby so we won't be using it! Maybe I can convince a daughter of mine in the very distant future LOL

We still dont know our gender but we have lists for both. Our problem is that the name has to be pronounced properly in French and English which has left me with tons of girl names I love but cant use. Some of my faves: Aria, Freya, Clara, Ophelia ...
Apparently I like girl names ending in A lol

I completely understand the language issue.... my family is from Long Island and my husbands from England... Some names like Anna sound completely different so we want to pick one that will be pronounced one way

Course it's a boy and I don't have any strong preferences for any boy name. Starting to like Evan and Andrew. Maybe Logan. DH is in love with BRUCE! Ick

I love Delilah and I was joking about the same thing the other day as this is also our last. My sister laughed and joked that with how many kids we have I should be able to convince at least one of them to use it! Haha
ETA- @kitkatbird maybe I've had to play with superheroes too many times but I kinda like Bruce!
