@JamieH2000 can never be easy, huh?? I know that feeling constantly checking for blood. Just take it one milestone at a time like you are doing and all will be well. I've never been on Lupron , I don't think. I always just start estrogen on day 2 of my cycle. But im sure she will do something like that if that happens. At this point, I don't get excited, I just take it one appt at a time cuz I know at any minute, my cycle can get canceled. Hadn't happened before with a FET until last month...so maybe I'll make it w in a row or I'll get lucky. Who knows. I was hoping to piggyback off my pregnancy hormones from April, but the farther away I get from my pregnancy, the less likely it will help with this next transfer... thats my only concern.

@JamieH2000 ugh I wish things were just smooth sailing for you! Did you have an sch? What was the reason for the massive bleed? So sorry you had to go through that! Its just so scary, i was really hoping you wuld be able to relax and enjoy this pregnancy more! I'm even like that now, always looking for red its such PTSD for sure!! I'm hoping things have relaxed and you're feeling good!

thanks for the thoughts ladies! Yes- I have SCH, which is really a symptom of bleeding. I think the placenta attaching and hitting a vessel is mostly always what causes an SCH. So it just gives me anxiety the placenta will have issues later. They said I would get a growth ultrasound later to make sure the placenta is working good. But the placenta separating is my biggest fear since there is nothing to be done (like Chrissy tiegens situation). So that’s why I am terrified of new red blood since that would mean new issues. The brown spotting has started to ease finally after 3 weeks.. so hopefully it will end and stay away. I’m just afraid to do more than walk- no quick movements or running or anything

I was truly hoping for higher progesterone went down from 29 to 21 yet they say it’s all good. Any thoughts??

Thanks ladies I'm trying its the fact they want the other beta that makes you more alert. My tummy felt so sour sunday night I was sure that was baby doing its thing and now nothing since so of course you're thinking the worst. Are your boobs still sore...not as much ugh!!! 5wks tomorrow, come on lil one!! I should add I was so good not looking up progression or anything and that call just spirialed me to google everything sigghhhh.

@Kp214@JamieH2000 thanks ladies. Ultrasound looked good. Only 1 follicle and it's tiny now. So weird!! Lining at 7.8. Recheck in a week and as long as things look OK and lining growing, then transfer on 13th. I added a pomegranate supplement for my lining on top of my vit e, l-arginine, and castor oil packs I'm doing. Hopefully this next one is nice and plump!

@Hopeful_mom I get why you worry and are being so cautious during this pregnancy. The IF experience tend to intensify a lot of feelings, which really sucks. But I’ll be praying really hard for you (and for the other ladies here who are PG) that you’ll have stress free, relaxed and happy days. When I started joining here at TB in 2017, your story was one of those that inspired and encouraged me to keep on going even though it is very hard, tysm. 💕

That is great beta. @JamieH2000 How are you doing and feeling? Sorry to hear about the scare but glad that the bleeding has stopped and the spotting is slowing down. Ive been reading this book called Signs by Laura Lynne Jackson and it talks about signs our loved ones send us as validation for letting us know we are on the right path, or just to tell us they are with us. A lot of you know I am a very spiritual person, so I have a pretty strong connection with my grandparents who have passed and when my grandpa first passed, he was sending me the craziest signs to lead me right to my husband and let us know that he was orchestrating it. it was pretty crazy and wild and was magical to be honest. But with all of my struggles the past few years, I feel like I've been less connected. So I read this book and it reminded me that I need to start asking for signs again, but different ones than I have in the past. So I asked my grandpa to send me 1 rainbow if this cycle is gonna produce 1 baby or 2 rainbows if its gonna be 2 babies. A few nights later I had a dream and I saw a double rainbow (apparently loved ones come through pretty strongly in dreams) I then woke up and Instagram was open on my phone and it was a picture of a rainbow. Then later that day I saw multiple pictures that just kept popping up of double rainbows. Now I freaking see double rainbows all the time in weird places, like in my hospital gift shop window. On 4th of July, the dog at the house we were at was playing with a Rainbow plush toy. Its so funny, but so reassuring and validating that this time is gonna work and all will be well. So here's to hoping both these embabies stick. Im ready to have my double rainbow babies!

Diminished Ovarian Reserve 1st of 3 Egg retrievals planned tentatively for July 6/29/2019 started Antagonist Protocol 7/12/2019 First egg retrieval, only retrieved one egg and fell apart immediately, poor quality. 8/7/2019. Second cycle (follicular antagonist) canceled on day 5 of stims when a very large lead follicle grew out of nowhere. 11/8/2019. afm, my baseline went better than I expected. In January, my re saw 2-4 follicles. Today, she saw 6! Yay! Now to get over the next hurdle: not ovulating before 7/16. I start stims on Friday.

@Hopeful_mom I'm so glad to hear it! That is such a big hurdle. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
As for me, I had a baseline appt today after 2 months of Lupron Depot. They had it all scheduled 3 months ago when I would come in, as opposed to waiting for day one of AF. Well, turns out I have a 16mm follicle and estrogen of 80. My doc is out today, but they want me to come back in on Monday and see if they can turn this into a natural cycle. I wasn't able to ask any questions of the backup doc, but my first question would be, i have an ERA of 132 hours, so would a natural cycle affect this?
On the other hand, after my first successful transfer, I've had 4 failed transfers (two chemicals and two m/cs at 6 w) so part of me just wants to try and see if it works. It's my last embaby, so I need to think about it.

Thanks for checking in, no big updates from me... *tw* AFM....my period has been delayed by over 10 days now and losing hope that this cycle will work out and I can transfer this month. I am sure my body is still adjusting after the loss but was hoping we could start the process sooner rather than later. Wish something would work out and fall into place but guess it is not meant to be yet.
@lmajin99. I'm so sorry your body is not cooperating. I'm hoping it comes soon so you can get started. Have the doctors tried giving you a course of Provera or something to get you going??

As you know, every pregnancy I'd different, and it is still early so I'm sure they're will be plenty of time to puke your guts out in the weeks coming up😝 and you can totally ask for those signs from your loved ones...they love to let us know they are with us. Highly suggest that book. It was amazing.
@lrynwnab what ended up happening when you spoke with your doc?? I've often thought the same thing if a cycle turns natural what happens with ERA timing. Hopefully your body cooperates and you can transfer soon.

Hey ladies! Thanks for all of the messages. @andreamm31 , so exciting on the transfer! Fx! Thanks @Hopeful_mom and @JamieH2000 -- when I went back in on Monday I had a 9.3 lining and a 20 mm follicle so they had me take a trigger shot Monday night. I will transfer Monday. Tonight I am starting progesterone, lovenox, and an estrogen patch. I have never done this protocol before, so it's kind of crazy. Thinking about my one transfer that resulted in my son, I honestly can't remember back that far lol but I'm sure it was estrogen. I remember we wanted to do a fresh transfer but my body wasn't cooperating so we did a FET. The last 4 transfers I've had the last 2 years have all been medicated. So, I'm happy to try this path.
@lmajin99- thanks for asking, things are stable here. Finally no more spotting. Just praying for a good AS next week. It feels like a big hurdle to me. I’m sorry your cycle is delayed. Hope all went smooth and you have a relaxing two week wait (if possible ) I did just finish a dose of provera so lets see what happens. @JamieH2000 Glad to hear that things are better and I can understand the nerves till your next scan. You know the calendars we get and we act like its our bible from the clinic? Well once mine stopped going according to plan I panicked and thought for sure my cycle would be cancelled. My estrace was not rising as expected and delayed everything, I was pissed and sad too, researching if it was normal...even asking here many times if I could still have a successful transfer as my clinic said we were still ok. I don;t remember the exact number of days but it was probably a good week before my levels were where they needed to be and I could start my PIO for transfer. Don't give up on your body just yet, go with it, you got this girl! Your miracle is coming!!

afm, I had 2 follicles that grew this time, 17 mm and 10mm. I’m bummed that they aren’t together and I don’t have more but am trying to stay positive that I even have one. I go back Sunday for monitoring. My guess is I’ll have retrieval on Tuesday or Wednesday, if we decide not to cancel this cycle. We will see what the RE says on Sunday.

@JamieH2000 can never be easy, huh?? I know that feeling constantly checking for blood. Just take it one milestone at a time like you are doing and all will be well. I've never been on Lupron , I don't think. I always just start estrogen on day 2 of my cycle. But im sure she will do something like that if that happens. At this point, I don't get excited, I just take it one appt at a time cuz I know at any minute, my cycle can get canceled. Hadn't happened before with a FET until last month...so maybe I'll make it w in a row or I'll get lucky. Who knows. I was hoping to piggyback off my pregnancy hormones from April, but the farther away I get from my pregnancy, the less likely it will help with this next transfer... thats my only concern.

thanks for the thoughts ladies! Yes- I have SCH, which is really a symptom of bleeding. I think the placenta attaching and hitting a vessel is mostly always what causes an SCH. So it just gives me anxiety the placenta will have issues later. They said I would get a growth ultrasound later to make sure the placenta is working good. But the placenta separating is my biggest fear since there is nothing to be done (like Chrissy tiegens situation). So that’s why I am terrified of new red blood since that would mean new issues. The brown spotting has started to ease finally after 3 weeks.. so hopefully it will end and stay away. I’m just afraid to do more than walk- no quick movements or running or anything

@Kp214 @JamieH2000 thanks ladies. Ultrasound looked good. Only 1 follicle and it's tiny now. So weird!! Lining at 7.8. Recheck in a week and as long as things look OK and lining growing, then transfer on 13th. I added a pomegranate supplement for my lining on top of my vit e, l-arginine, and castor oil packs I'm doing. Hopefully this next one is nice and plump!

06/04/2020 After HBs at 7 and 9 weeks, MM at 10 weeks 3 days. D&C, Hemorrhaged out 1 liter of blood from uterine artery rupture during procedure. Spent 1 night in the hospital with a balloon tamponade in my uterus. Baby was mosaic Trisomy 21.
8/2020. Moving forward with Donor Egg cycle at Utah Fertility Center and sharing a cycle with ladypOtter (Gina) I met on the Bump who was also supposed to go to Prague but couldn't.
9/26/2020 Donor retrieval of 26 eggs, 24 mature. Split cycle so I have 12 eggs with all 12 fertilizing. 6 PGS normal 3 boys, 3 girls
10/29/2020 Transfer day of girl donor egg embryo. BFP! First HCG 92.9. Then inappropriate rise, plateau and falling. Possibly ectopic pregnancy. ER visit with diagnosis of "pregnancy location unknown". CP
1/19/2021 Embryos shipped from Utah to my local clinic, starting prednisone for anti-histamine protocol.
2/26/2021 FET girl embryo BFP. Betas 62, 139, 386! HB at 6 weeks, then baby stopped growing at 8 week check up with weak HB measuring 6 weeks 4 days. MM at 9 weeks. D&C 4/15/21
7/13/2021 FET boy and girl embryos. First beta 10dp5dt 177, 14dp5dt 1631, 16dp5dt 6809. Pregnant with Identical triplets. At 9 weeks, Baby C no longer had a heart beat. Identical Twin Girls. Pregnancy complicated by TRAP Sequence with baby C an Acardiac fetus still receiving blood flow being pumped to it by other girls. Referred to UCSF at 18 weeks for consultation. No intervention needed at this time
2/18/22 After a failed NST, at 34 weeks 1 day, Charlotte born 4lb 4oz and Lily born 4lbs 10 oz. Our hearts are complete. Baby girls in NICU to grow and learn to eat.

@JamieH2000 thanks sweetie. I appreciate it. I think its my time too hehe. Lining looked good! 8.9 and trilaminar. no other annoying things to derail me this time. I start my progesterone in an hour and we are scheduled to transfer next Tuesday at 1pm. Im really excited! I feel so positive.
Ive been reading this book called Signs by Laura Lynne Jackson and it talks about signs our loved ones send us as validation for letting us know we are on the right path, or just to tell us they are with us. A lot of you know I am a very spiritual person, so I have a pretty strong connection with my grandparents who have passed and when my grandpa first passed, he was sending me the craziest signs to lead me right to my husband and let us know that he was orchestrating it. it was pretty crazy and wild and was magical to be honest. But with all of my struggles the past few years, I feel like I've been less connected. So I read this book and it reminded me that I need to start asking for signs again, but different ones than I have in the past. So I asked my grandpa to send me 1 rainbow if this cycle is gonna produce 1 baby or 2 rainbows if its gonna be 2 babies. A few nights later I had a dream and I saw a double rainbow (apparently loved ones come through pretty strongly in dreams) I then woke up and Instagram was open on my phone and it was a picture of a rainbow. Then later that day I saw multiple pictures that just kept popping up of double rainbows. Now I freaking see double rainbows all the time in weird places, like in my hospital gift shop window. On 4th of July, the dog at the house we were at was playing with a Rainbow plush toy. Its so funny, but so reassuring and validating that this time is gonna work and all will be well. So here's to hoping both these embabies stick. Im ready to have my double rainbow babies!

afm, my baseline went better than I expected. In January, my re saw 2-4 follicles. Today, she saw 6! Yay! Now to get over the next hurdle: not ovulating before 7/16. I start stims on Friday.

As for me, I had a baseline appt today after 2 months of Lupron Depot. They had it all scheduled 3 months ago when I would come in, as opposed to waiting for day one of AF. Well, turns out I have a 16mm follicle and estrogen of 80. My doc is out today, but they want me to come back in on Monday and see if they can turn this into a natural cycle. I wasn't able to ask any questions of the backup doc, but my first question would be, i have an ERA of 132 hours, so would a natural cycle affect this?

*tw* AFM....my period has been delayed by over 10 days now and losing hope that this cycle will work out and I can transfer this month. I am sure my body is still adjusting after the loss but was hoping we could start the process sooner rather than later. Wish something would work out and fall into place but guess it is not meant to be yet.
@Hopeful_mom. As you know, every pregnancy I'd different, and it is still early so I'm sure they're will be plenty of time to puke your guts out in the weeks coming up😝 and you can totally ask for those signs from your loved ones...they love to let us know they are with us. Highly suggest that book. It was amazing.
@lrynwnab what ended up happening when you spoke with your doc?? I've often thought the same thing if a cycle turns natural what happens with ERA timing. Hopefully your body cooperates and you can transfer soon.

You know the calendars we get and we act like its our bible from the clinic? Well once mine stopped going according to plan I panicked and thought for sure my cycle would be cancelled. My estrace was not rising as expected and delayed everything, I was pissed and sad too, researching if it was normal...even asking here many times if I could still have a successful transfer as my clinic said we were still ok. I don;t remember the exact number of days but it was probably a good week before my levels were where they needed to be and I could start my PIO for transfer. Don't give up on your body just yet, go with it, you got this girl! Your miracle is coming!!

afm, I had 2 follicles that grew this time, 17 mm and 10mm. I’m bummed that they aren’t together and I don’t have more but am trying to stay positive that I even have one. I go back Sunday for monitoring. My guess is I’ll have retrieval on Tuesday or Wednesday, if we decide not to cancel this cycle. We will see what the RE says on Sunday.

12/2015: 1st IVF cycle-(9 follicles retrieved, 5 mature, 3 fertilized w/ICSI, transferred 1 excellent and 1 good embryo on day 3)-chemical pregnancy
3/2016: 2nd IVF cycle- canceled (3 follicles retrieved, 3 mature, all fertilized w/ICSI, 1 fragmented, 2 arrested)
3/2016: RE suggested donor eggs- taking an ivf break and to supplement
9/2016: 3rd ivf cycle-cancelled due to early ovulation
Oct./Nov 2016: 4th ivf cycle- EPP-AFC:5, retrieved 10, 10 mature, 8 fertilized with ICSI, 6 blastocysts biopsied and frozen. 3 CCS normal embryos
1/18/17: beta #1-104
1/20/17: beta #2-174
2/2/17: first u/s, heartbeat of 107 at 6w1d
7/20/17: baby boy born at 30+3 via emergency c-section
