I am doing birth control until Friday. Then after that the pills and patches. Then progesterone... From what people say I'm not looking forward to the injections in my butt!! I'm not really sure what to expect next. Hopefully no side effects. It's great that there are a few of us going around the same time!
Hooray @Joyzie77 !! So excited for you that's great news! And excited to see so many transfers the first week of October. I got my US/BW today and was cleared to start stims. Lining looked great and I had ~18-20 follicles to start so we will see how many grow. I took 150 of Gonal F (cake!) and 1 powder Menopur tonight (ouch!). Next apt is Thursday. Gah, can't believe this is happening for all of us! FX for lots of BFPs!!!!

Added October to the title since so many may to ET and 2ww at the beginning. Feeling really good about seeing lots of BFPs for the ladies here! So many rock star cycles this month!!
This is my first IVF round. Ugh, I'm not looking forward to the PIO at all. I'm taking my last BC pill tonight (yay!) and if all looks good at my appointment tomorrow then I'll start stims on Sunday.
@LCK0830 given my issues last night (ran away from the needle after it was in) I'm not excited about PIO either! Eek! But I am excited about your cycle starting! Lots of good wishes your way!!
@HBamama2B Yay on starting stims!!! Such an exciting thing=) I always did Gonal f first and menopur second because of the burning. You may start ganirelix toward the end...that one doesn't burn either. (Thank goodness) Monitoring is fun. All that waiting and testing now you're to the fun stuff! Grow follicles, grow!
Congrats @Joyzie77 ! Good luck on your transfer in October. We had only 4 embryos to biopsy-hoping 1-2 are good to transfer- any recommendations on surviving the week to get results???? Feel like it is as bad (or maybe worse!) than the TWW

I had my water sono last week, and it went well! I was scared bc the FemVu hurt so bad, but the water sono was a peice of cake. Mild cranping but nothing bad. The water part though--- interesting lol After the sono was done, I was very aware that I was filled with water, I remained still for a while, thought it was all out-- wrong!! Gush of water when I stood up, thank goodness for water pads! Lol
I end birthcontrol on Sunday and then Start the Estrace pill (anyone else taking that?)
Then injection begin on the 25th! :-SS I'm such a baby lol But I'm happy to be moving along. Transfer day feel so close even though it's still a while away!!

@Colleen0516 . I end my birth control on Friday and from what the nurse said will start the estrace soon after I think the progesterone at the end if the month. I also have the minivivelle patches but forget when those start? Sounds like we are on a similar schedule.
I'm also taking Estrace but won't start it until the evening of my ER (in early Oct.)
Tonight has been a rough night. I have two older sisters. One is pregnant and I just found out the other one is too. I'm so frustrated. They both got pregnant within four months. Although I love them, I'm finding it really difficult to hear about their pregnancies.

So excited and happy for her but so incredibly jealous. I feel a world away from where she is. BUT think positive!! Maybe you will get pregnant this round and all three of you could be pregnant together! How amazing would that be for you?! If your older sister is 4 months along, You still have 4 1/2 month of trying to make that happen!! Have faith that it will!!! I'll keep praying for you! Where are you in the process now?

I started my Estradol Patches the day after retrieval and PIO the night of Retrieval. I hope that helps but everyone has different and the same plans... We had P4 today and they say we are looking excellent down there 6dp3dt lol. I hope that means things are working like they are suppose too. We still have to wait until next Wed for BETA.....(I tried to talk them into testing sooner... no dice lol) I hope I can give DH a 30th birthday present he will never forget.

@LCK0830 no size growth in follicles but he said that was normal. They lowered my dose of Gonal f in half to 75 as now they think I'll have a slower cycle. I'm a scotch nervous. Good news was he counted more follicles! 15 right and 14 left. Next US/BW is Saturday am.
@Colleen0516 it's a lot and when you pull it out of the box it may be overwhelming. If you have any training videos definitely watch those first. Some go in the fridge and some on the cabinet. You can do this lady!!! We are here if you need us!
I am currently in my 2WW. I had a day 3 transfer on the 11th. It is my 1st ivf cycle. I don't go in for my BETA until next Thursday. I haven't had any symptoms. I have had on and off cramps on my left side (feels like my ovary) since the retrieval.
for some reason I feel like this IVF cycle didn't work. I don't feel any different. Anyone else in the same boat but got a BFP?
