  • Cried tonight because I thought my morning sickness was gone, but I was wrong. :(
  • I cried last night because the dog kept coughing like something was in her throat and I was A) frustrated that I couldn't sleep, and B) afraid she was going to throw up because we ran out of paper towels and don't have any extra sheets (they're all packed away already)...

I left the dog with my husband and slept on the couch.

@khansil5 Was there a point to your obviously negative And rude comments on the March '16 boards?

    Just sayin'....
Except, that's not how muscles work.
  • Clearly they're bored and have the maturity of a pre-teen...

  • I didn't so much as cry as get teary eyed and extremely choked up...

I was watching Army Wives and soldiers were returning from war for their wives on mothers day.

I legitimately got choked up 5 different times with my mouth full of quesadilla and proceeded to shovel food into my mouth haha

    I felt really pregnant.

  • Because I heard "you've got a friend" on the radio...
  • Crying laughing right now because I took my first peek at the second trimester boards and some poor girl posted a picture of her poop.

  • Yesterday I cried because I went to have a pickle with my sandwich, and I discovered I'd left them out on the counter, so they weren't cold. I love cold pickles. It was so sad! And stupid!!
  • Because of this video I watched on FB.

Damn ninjas cutting onions.. stop following me! :((

  • I randomly see things about little girls and I cry knowing I will never have the same mother daughter relationship as I do with my mom. It only lasts a minute or two. Ugh I wish I didn't care

  • Warning this is gross:

Today I cried because I have a cold or a bug or something. My MS is still bad but the vomiting today was on another level. After being allowed to leave work a whole whopping hour early I bolted in my door and barely made it to the bathroom. I was puking straight liquid but it was pouring out of my nose, which made me gag more and the cycle went on. So I called my husband crying that "it's not fair".

And then I cried because my Snoogle came in today and its cozy.

I don't know what a Snoogle is, but I am glad it came in! Sounds like you deserved it :)

    A snoogle is a pregnancy pillow :-)

  • A day late, but I cried yesterday when the Pope drove by. We live about half a mile from where he's staying in DC so took a walk down to watch his motorcade drive past. He was hanging out the window waving. It was so awesome and brought this jaded lapsed Catholic to tears.
  • Because of the bump, reading everything people are going through.
  • Today I cried because Fall/Christmas time is my absolute favorite, but my husband travels 3 weeks a month which means I'll largely be alone this year. He's been doing this since April, but there's just something extra disappointing about not having him to go to the carnivals and such with.
  • Watched the new Cinderella movie for the first time and cried happy tears, like getting the goosebumps and tearing up! Does anyone else ever get that? I call it 'having all the feels.'

Also, I can't watch any Harry Potter during this pregnancy or I will bawl like a baby... especially in 7.2... Always.
*My nerd just came out, apologies.* :-)

  • I teared up because the gift registry at target wasn't working. It was raining, so they were having issues. Still peed me off though.
  • Oh my gosh I love this thread SO. MUCH. I'm only on page 9. I'm gonna come back and read more later.

My only *actual tears* episode so far that wasn't actually warranted was watching the Wedding that all those bearded guys' wives threw for the parents (Phil and Kay) on Duck Dynasty. Omg. I knew I was being ridiculous but I just cried. And I meant it.

Same here. In fact it was fast and easy. I took a took a shower and then squeezed out a 9lb 1oz baby on my bed in a matter of minutes. And my vag has been doing great ever since. So, I'm gonna not worry too much.
  • Tonight I cried because I have so many food aversions even though the MS is mostly over eating is really hard. Nothing is appealing and half of what I try makes me gag. This morning my grandma decided to tell me a really gross story that despite my telling her, "I'm eating. Seriously please stop." she just kept on going. I couldn't finish.

At lunch my coworker decided to tell me about his son's super gross bathroom issues and the resulting plumbing issues. Another meal abandoned.

Unaware of the day's events hubby comes into the room tonight while I'm eating to tell me in gory detail about a skin condition he had in high school. Seriously who does that?! I shoved my plate of spaghetti across the table and started to cry. I guess he thought I was joking at first and kept it up until he realized how angry and grossed out I was. Well my 9 year old decides it's funny to keep poking mummy's gag reflex now that I'm wretching as I cry and I ended up barking at her too. I'm so freaking hungry and everything tastes gross; eating is hard enough as it is.
  • Sorry to hear that @maddynnugget. I have trouble eating most of the time still but at least people around me know not to bring up icky things. If they try I just take my food else where. Hopefully you get your appetite back

Nightmares are having me bawling most nights now. Dr says it's just hormones and I'll be fine, but at 4am, when you wake up sobing because you dreamed your 2 year old died, you don't feel like you'll 'be fine'. And when 4-5 nights a week are taken by nightmares, you begin to feel like you're loosing it
  • Today I cried while listening to a radio broadcast for a Children's Hospital.  It was a little girl thanking the doctors for making it less scary... 'hearing the doctors make people laugh in the day time made it less scary to hear the screams and the cries at night' - coming from the cancer ward :(
  • Thanks @red3ye. Normally I would walk away but my grandma was on the phone while I was driving to work and trying to finish breakfast on my way in. If I hung up on her I'd have been disowned and normally she's sweet ;) . Hubby called me at work this morning to apologize. He offered to take me out to a dinner as a peace offering but tonight I managed to cook without too many issues. On the bright side I found out today I can eat pickled pepper rings, yay!

Hope your nightmares ease up. I find they come in waves, at least for me, so here's hoping you can catch a break soon. Hugs.

Reading that made me cry so I can only imagine hearing it. Today my nurse asked me if I have had any crying spells yet.... like only every day lol
  • I cried last night because I made a joke and my husband didn't get it, so I felt unfunny/inadequate. Then I cried more because he said I was ruining the evening being upset over something so trivial. Sigh.
  • An ASPCA commercial came on and I couldn't get to the remote to change the channel. I've wanted a dog for so long and we're going to get one after LO is a few months old, but looking at all those sad puppies. It destroys me.
  • I want me house to be clean and organise konmari style but I don't have the life force to do anything about it....

.... basically I want to nest, feel like a failure for not being more nesty, then feel like a pile of pathetic for not just getting shit done

  • Watching military surprise reunions on an old episode of AFV...
  • I cried while I was in my car singing "Poor Unfortunate Souls" from The Little Mermaid. It made no sense. I guess I was feeling sad for Ariel and hoping I'll get to share my love of Disney with my baby!

  • Bindi Irwin's tribute dance to her father.  Holy crap, I think I would have cried anyway pregnant or not.
