I have two middle names because my mom couldn't decide which one she liked best. It's not hyphenated and it's never been a problem. If I choose to use both I do, otherwise I use my first middle name. It's actually way more common than people think.
We're just going to see what happens I think! I don't want to do it just because I feel like we have to, but I honestly don't mind adding the name either. Marie is my middle name so it works.
My SO's parents went through a pretty messy divorce so his dad's family isn't keen on us naming our child after his mom's mom (Nadine). But who really cares anyway... It isn't their business.

@egraves4 it may be better to hyphenate than have two separate middles. I'm thinking on paperwork, documents and such that only have one middle name slot, it would be easier hyphenated. I'm personally not a fan of double middle names and haven't researched it thoroughly, so someone chime in if I'm way off on the hyphenating.
I don't have 2 middle names but as someone who had to do paperwork and electronic forms for people, I found it annoying to deal with. Of course that probably doesn't matter to the person or their parents, haha! But some legal paperwork is very specific about names being recorded exactly the same way so I could see where it'd be a burden on the person. Plus, when they get married they have 3 names to decide what to do with, if they change their last name- have maiden name as middle name? Or middle name or names and maiden name? I hadn't thought about hyphenating....
ETA: I should have finished reading the responses before I posted. Apparently people with 2 middle names don't find it to be troublesome, so there you go!

I actually talked to my mom again this morning about it and I think we kind of decided on a middle ground. I didn't really want her to have four names, but still wanted to be able to have it all in there so I think we are going to do Nadine GraceMarie. Just kinda stick the two together... I love the way the names sound together, but she will still technically only have 3 names, and her initials won't be confusing (NGN). I think this will work the best for us and we adore it!

@egraves4 Having two middle names has NEVER been an issue for me and I'm adopted so I'm sure I have more paperwork on me than your average Jane. I have noticed on some forms I will just see my first middle name and on others I will see both. It really doesn't matter to me besides me sticking up my nose and making a snarky comment that "Sarah Kirsten Lastname" is NOT my name. Haha! My license has always had all 4 names and after I got married I kept my two middle names and dropped my old last name because I love my name so much! It's truly not a pain to deal with any more than an extremely long name is. I use the boxes I have room for just as a person with a long name would. And it's very rare that I even have to write more than my middle initial. Best of luck in your decision!
@acuteangles I wasn't going with the Irish meaning of McKenna. I'll have to look it up to see what it means. Anyway, actually, I got the name McKenna from one of my most favorite movies ever...Somewhere in Time with Jane Seymour and Christopher Reeves. Jane's name in the movie was Elise McKenna, but she was mostly referred to as McKenna or Kenna.
I was named after her character "Elise"! Love that movie. My top fav name right now is McKenna but I didn't realize that was her name in that movie too! I don't remember them calling her by McKenna though. Gotta watch it again!
I have such issues with boys names! There's just hardly any I like and we agree on nothing. ATM I'm into Theodore (nn. Teddy) as both my nan and grandpa's names are derived from it (Dorothy and Derek) my OH likes it too so it could be a winner
Love names like Ezra, Archer, Beau, Arlo but my OH is just not into them :'D
We are naming our boy Ezra John! Love the name! It was my great grandfathers name.
Lillian is my great-grandmother's name and Anne is an aunt of hubs. Not naming the baby after them particularly, just like the idea of using family names.
William is hubs' father (he goes by Bill) and is also a family name on my side. Daniel is my dad's name (and brother's middle). We particularly wanted to name after hubs' dad and I felt that if we did, we had to use my dad's name as well.
Ryleigh Tarah or Aliyah Tarah are mine and my fiance's top choices ! I know the spelling for both are alittle unique but it makes me like both of our name choices alittle more ☺️

We are having a girl, Avery Grace!
Big sister is Ansleigh Brianne.
We will be naming our little man
Atlas Ryan
(some people pronounce it "zavier", which I love, but the "ek" sound seems more common)
We are naming our boy Ezra John! Love the name! It was my great grandfathers name.
Very unique we love it
William Daniel (Liam) if it's a boy.
