P.s. I about shat this baby out in startlement right now, we had a crack of thunder right over the house. Sudden loud, abrupt noises NOT good for a 9m pregnant lady who has to pee but has been waging the war between getting up and trying to get in that extra little bit of under the covers comfy time

Giggling like a loon... Glad I went right before reading this...
FIL is landing in town at 8am this morning, and DH and I spent yesterday jokingly telling the bump to make an appearance either before or after that time, but not to try and arrive whilst we're meant to be picking FIL up from the airport. It's now 4:30am (Australia) and I've been having some good going contractions for the last few hours. I think Sod's law may be the most powerful predictor of labour!
Maybe stripping your membranes will make you go into labor around 5 days later.. Lol \:D/ , I had to check in and say hi to you ladies. LO is doing great and feeding like a pro.. Spends every hour like a froggy on either me or DH chest ...will be looking for more announcements
I just woke up from a l&d dream with the whole delivery in it. Pushing, baby placed on chest, initial bf crawl and bf, all of that. I'm probably full of it, but having not dreamt about LO really at all... Does this mean I'll go into labor soon?
Oh my gosh! Dreams. My friend Katie just texted me this AM and said she just had a dream that my DH delivered my baby on the side of the road...... Hahaha!
I wish there was a sign this kid is coming .......... ?! @mellymar yep. Must mean your having your baby soon! Lol or it just means your finally accepting that this is happening soon! I still haven't had any dreams with this baby in them! So this must mean labor is pending for you!
"Soon" and "Pending" being completely relative terms, LOL! At this point its 20 days till the end of the month, I consider 20 days to be "soon"! Hey! That means we're ALL going into labor soon! Woot woot!

Could I get some of this Sod's law?! We had a water leak in the basement and the air go out so I was for sure this law would work........... Not so far!
Also..... My period tracker app says I'm 240 some days late for my period.... Does this mean I'm pregnant? Edited.... 260 some days.... Shoot.... I'm really late.
@klkonwi - follow up to your comment in the weekly appointment thread. I was checking our weather and saw the mass of nasty over Nebraska. I zoomed around to your nearby major city and was like - oh snap, she's got labor weather! Maybe she'll go into labor tonight!
For myself, part of that weather is supposed to work its way up here tomorrow afternoon and evening, then roll over into Friday. Its supposed to get pretty nasty here, too. We already have a flash flood warning for it. I was thinking to myself how NOT cool it was that I'm forecast for labor weather the night before the date both my mom and my sister predicted as my delivery date. :-??
Oh shoot! You might go into labor because of that "sods" law!!!! Then you'd have to give your mom and sis the satisfaction of being right....... Lol Haha! We are always thinking alike. That dang storm didn't do anything. Boo.

It looks like there's plenty more coming on the radar. The storm mass covers almost the entire eastern portion of NE. Pull up a weather app and have a look. At least I can safely predict you're in for some more weather
@Westypet I saw your target post....any contractions yet lady?!?
Contractions just starting...
I majorly tested the Target theory. I walked around and shopped for 4 hours tonight, then basically set up the entire nursery until 1AM. If that isn't a good test of the Target run, I don't know what is! I went to Buy Buy Baby, too.
But seriously, these irregular contractions...
Why do they wait until I'm tucked in bed and actually *wanting* to sleep?
Well, both @klkonwi and I are still here. Our weather kinda punked out on us. At least, for me it did. I know the worst part is supposed to be overnight here, but all its done is be gray and steadily rain at a not really exciting pace. :-q
