From a banned user, who would like to contact you directly but can't because she was banned for no reason:
"Can you add my request for an explanation of an IP ban with no warning and no clear violation of TOU? And why they are making the absurd request that I send them the links for every post from the last five years that I would like deleted? Can they not see how unreasonable that is? - gwinnygirl"

Do you mean communitybump@xogrp.com? Why do you keep posting a misspelled email address? Sounds to me like you want to look like you are responding to users' requests for deletion, without actually doing so.
