pain after internal

So
my due date was 1/3.  I went early with my 7 and 4 year old but looks this baby is comfy in there.  Been 2cm for a week, lost mucus plug thurs.  I had an internal yesterday and feel like my crotch is killing me.  Like its a giant bruise.. anyone else?  I don't remember feeling this way before.
Im so anxious to meet this little one already!!
