I think Hannah is seriously regressing not only with sleep but with her behavior in general.
She literally ignores me, and H most of the time too. The last few days it's just been unbearable.
H works til 8 three nights a week, so I am on my own. Last night she freaked out because I was giving Ben a bath first, because he had a blowout in his bumbo and there was shit all the way up, nearly to his hair line.
She then proceeded to cry inconsolably for the next hour while I tried to feed him, get him ready for bed, etc. So of course he ate his nighttime bottle GREAT with a toddler screeching in his ear, and was up at 2:30 instead of 4.
She has basically refused dinner for the last week. I have the supernanny books, and 1,2,3 magic...but I am too fawking tired to read them.
I legit looked into hiring a parenting coach last night. I cannot deal with my children right now.
There's a woman in my area who does classes or 1-on-1 coaching. We used her when DS was just over 2.5. At first DH was really skeptical, but a lot of her tips worked. Never hurts to get another set of tricks.

Our marriage counselor also specializes in parenting. She does private sessions as well as group.
@melody921 You might need to brainstorm and provide your boss with ideas on how this will benefit your company/organization. If it is for personal growth, I think the company/organization is generous to give you the time, but paying the fee would be your responsibility. If they do both, they are super generous.
@tinyhumantoe, the classes are held in the evenings, so it would not come out of work time at all. The focus of it is supposed to be on honing leadership skills, so I would think that would benefit me in my job, not just my personal life.
I am itching to decorate for Christmas, but with DS's bday this Friday, I made a rule when he was born to not decorate until after his bday b/c I don't want his day to be overshadowed. I am thinking about abolishing my own rule! I feel like we will be the last family to put up our tree.
My bday is the day after Christmas, which is a bit different. I never minded my birthday being so closely linked to the holiday though. It was still my own day. I bet he'd enjoy having the decorations up too. As long as you still hype up his day, I doubt he'd feel bad about it.
You are probably right! We've been watching Christmas movies & doing holiday activities & he's loving it. It's more my own hang up. But if he doesn't mind, I shouldn't either, I guess!
I took the TABE tests today just to see what the big deal was with my students. TABE stands for Tests of Adult Basic Education.
The English & sentence structure took me less than an hour combined, while the math took me almost 2 hours. Apparently I am horrible with math reasoning. All of the questions about angles and shit I guessed on. I got anxiety just thinking about all of that stuff again. Bleh.

In that case, put a list of benefits to the organization together. Networking is probably important, too. $400 is a lot to us, and you wouldn't believe the requests people come to me with. And once I approve one for one person, ten more requests are on my desk within two weeks.
I print and mail all of our training certificates. Betsy Butthead needs some NOW and needs to print them at the office NOW, but I am not there. I explain she has to download 3 fonts, just click the install button on all 3 files I sent then open the cert. files. The special fonts, proprietary background, and ink signatures keep them from being forged (which we have had issues with).
She says no, it's fine. I say no, download the fonts OR wait until tomorrow and I'll print them.
She calls me telling me that my file is faulty. LISTEN BITCH, DOWNLOAD THE FONTS. I am trying to cool off before I call her because if I call her now I will be a bitch.
Can I give you guys a confession that makes me feel gross inside?
I am jealous of some of these gofundme pages and things like that where people get so much in such a short amount of time.
I think this is totally understandable. You're going through a tough and super expensive time. That would be a gigantic help if you could just get like 50k overnight. I was totally jealous when my friend's in laws have her and new DH a HOUSE for their wedding present. I still rent. I think it's perfectly natural to feel a little bit of jealousy over something like that. You aren't wishing that they didn't get the help, you just wish you could get it too.

I am so incredibly bad at math. Fortunately, I don't use advanced math in my life at all, otherwise I would be so screwed.

Yeah, I hear you @tinyhumantoe. It looks like my boss is going to approve it. I outlined benefits to me as an employee and our company. $400 is not a lot to our company at all, considering we blow 10 times that on stupid stuff all the time. Management just tightens the reins on certain arbitrary things.
