It went great! There were no ultrasound techs there, so I have to wait til Wednesday (12/31) to get my ultrasound done. But, the as the nurse had her fingers up my "hoo hah" and was pressing on my uterus, she said it felt like I was holding an 8 week old baby. They took my blood, asked me and my husband some family history questions, and we were done. Hopefully my bloodwork was ok. I guess they'll tell me yes or no on that?

Hi everyone, I'm so happy I found this forum.. All the ones I have been to, well not what I expected! Very happy to chat with u ladies.. My EDD is Aug 7. I had my second U/S on Dec 22 n it was confirm I have two.. Please, yes let's all stay in touch.. We can be a great support group for each other.. I have some symptoms, morning sickness is not always in the morning, minor cramping from time to time.. I'll be 9 weeks on Thursday.. I am very excited! Congrats to you all!!!

Due Aug 7 ... This will be our third baby. We had our first ultrasound sound yesterday. The heart beat was 139 and everything looks great.

That is a strong heartbeat, a great healthy baby in the way.. Mine was 125bpm for twin A and twin B 124bpm, my doc says that's was a great number.. Look forward in hearing more in days to come..yayy

They might do a vaginal U/S, you should ask them for one.. They should be able to do it for you, tell them u would like it for a piece of mine. They should turn u down!!

I didn't get one until 12 weeks with the last one.  They just used the doppler to listen to the HB.  Seems pretty textbook to me.

Since I naturally sleep on my stomach and my boobs really hurt, it's been hard to sleep. My husband got me a pregnancy pillow for Christmas and that has actually been helping!

Edited to add: you can go to a 3d/4d ultrasound place as early add 10 weeks where I live. Maybe you have the same option where you live. G'luck!

Hi! My due date is the 2nd...I am a first time mom! You all seen so supportive! I have been afraid to post on here because of all the rules and people being so rude when you break them!

Anyways, I am feeling naseous daily still and can't sleep through the night! I am a stomah sleeper so it's really hindered my sleeping!

Hope you all are doing well! I can't wait to be done with the first trimester for nerves and symptom relief!

@mammaj2015‌ welcome! I have felt nauseous a lot, too. I'm not actually getting sick though. Try ginger ale or food with ginger in it. My husband made a stir fry with chicken and ginger and I was able to stomach that! Good luck!

@sudjeyg‌ how many weeks were you when you heard the heartbeats of 124 and 125 bpm? I found out I'm having twins at 7 weeks and they had heartbeats of 128 and 120 bpm. I was worried it was low. I go back Monday which will be 9 weeks 3 days.

Idk I went in at 6 weeks 3 days and got my first ultra sound. I think I all depends on the doc. And if your considered a high risk. My next appointment was made fir 4 weeks later, I am currently 10 weeks and my next appointment is 1/13 hoping for another ultra sound then. Good luck.

I'm anxious, too. I have my first appointment this upcoming Thursday. I'm already a little annoyed with the doctor's office. I called on Tuesday and left a message bc I've had an ongoing low grade fever. They never called me back. We are a military family, so I'm new to this area and it's not so easy to find a good doctor who will take on new patients.

I'm a little late to this thread but my EDD is August 7th as well with our first! I've very excited! Our first ultra sound is on the 12th and I'm dying to see baby! Or babies.. Twins run in my family so I'm curious to see.

I was also 7weeks when I heard the heart beats, I'm 9weeks now n I go back on Monday aswell.. I'm looking forward to hearing stronger beats tomorrow, keep me posted..

Congrats! I'm also due around the 7th or 8th! Which I'm ecstatic about because my bday is Aug 7, what greater gift right! I had my first BFP on Dec 8, I took 3! All +++! I have my first appt on Jan 12, I'm scared but excited. I've had no symptoms besides fatigue and tender nipples, which I can live with! I didn't think I could conceive so this is still a shock. I hope all goes well for you!

I am due August 6.. I have not been to the doctor yet. We go January 22nd and have our ultrasound. 12 weeks sounds so long to not see my doctor but no problems so she doesn't need to see me till then. Fatigue is my biggest symptom and wait gain unfortunately... 10 pounds!! Ugh!
