For a boy I LOVE Mason, he likes Jayden and we both kinda like Bryce. For a girl I like Stella...he doesn't at all Amelia was my grandmas name so like that, but we are having a hard time agreeing on anything
Our girls name has been decided for 4+ years now, lol. Ruby Lynn, ruby because of a joke when we were dating that our first child would be named rhubarb. Lynn after my mom.
Boy names are hard. We really struggled with isaacs name, didn't have one picked out till 36w. Henry's middle is ryan for dh, and isaacs is Michael for my dad. Another boy will be DHs choice for mn but that is a struggle since his family sucks recently. DHs middle name is also his dad's middle (Anthony), so, eh, his grandfathers name is arleigh, annoyingly no middle. Which is a weird name (I don't care for a mn but dh apparently does). We could do Louis for mil (Louise) but she sucks too. That that is basically it. I the he would kinda like to maybe do his initials but damn, boy r names are tough. I think Rory is my fav or Reuben but either way means a future daughter would need something different.
My fav names are Charlie,Oliver, George. All were overruled for Isaac. Dh liked Sam but eh,I don't like Samuel and would insist on a proper given name. We boy like James a lot but don't like the nicknames which would be hard to avoid. And then we couldn't use an a middle A name bc of initials (j-a-p).
Sigh. It is going to be hard. We are team green so no avoiding it either.
I LOVE Curtis and June!!! The only thing we are set on is Grace for a middle name if it's a girl. I know that's becoming so common now (it's like the new "Marie" for middle names) but MH really loves it and I do like it too. But not enough for a first name. Plus our last name is this ridiculous 3 syllable Polish name so we have to be very selective about what we choose.

My husband and I decided on choosing an Italian name for a boy and a French name for a girl. Boy- Angelo Anthony Angelo means "Messenger from God" and Anthony was my late grandfather's middle name. Girl- Genevieve Calais (pronounced Cal lay) Genevieve is the patron saint of Paris. We went to Paris this past May. Calais is a port city in Northern France close to where my ancestors are from.
These are great names!! For a boy we are settled on Mason Christopher. For a baby girl, we can't agree!! I love Charlie Adeline for a girl. But my DH isn't sold!!! I guess we will wait and see!!
My boy name I picked out is Easton Blake and my girl name is Mila Rose. I let him pick out the boy name and I picked the girl name. I'm in love with my names!!
I either like Hudson James or Henry William for a boy and either Britta Charlene or Kaydence Kimberly for a girl. My dad had told me if he was born a girl, he would have been Britta Charlene, and once he said it, I kinda fell in love.

DH and I have tossed around names since before we were TTC. We like completely different styles of names. He likes strong American names, and I like names that have a little unique or different sound to them. Needless to say, when we stumbled across names we both agreed on before we were pregnant I was happy, but little did I know they were set in stone now when I throw out name options, he says we already have them picked
For a little girl we are leaning towards Aubrey Joy. Joy is my sister's middle name. For a little boy we are leaning towards Nolan James. I'm not totally set yet, but I'm sure once we find out the sex it will make things easier!
We've talked names for so long, it's crazy that we are actually going to need to have one in 9 months
Great names! For a girl we like Layla Irene - Irene is my middle name Boy- Levi Harley- Harley is my grandpas name who passed. We already have a little boy named Landen Carl. Carl after me hubby's middle name.
I love talking about baby names! And I am a huge fan of nicknames. My daughter's name is Royelle Marie, Marie is my mom's middle name. We call her Rory. Our girl name is set in stone - Alannah Jean, my MIL's middle name is Jean. We'll call her Lani or AJ. We have two boy names - William Xavier (H's grandfather) or Brian Douglas (H's best friend who committed suicide when they were young) or a combination of the two.
@bellaitalia330 If we have it a girl she will be Gianna Marie too! Gianna is similar to my H's name and Marie is similar to my middle name
For a boy we would go with Lucca Christian. Lucca has been a favorite of mine for a long time and it also happens to be FIL's hometown. Christian is similar to my first name.
There are also some decent names with atrocious spellings. I just don't understand the point of mucking up perfectly good names with bizarre vowel usage. No child needs a misspelled name to make them special.
We will bring 3 boy names and 3 girl names to the hospital and decide after the baby is born. My wife chose the name for our daughter so I get to choose this time!
Our four year old is named Eli Lucius (Eli for my twin sister Ellen, who died 8 years ago, and Lucius for my grandfather). Our son who died 31 minutes after birth is Avi John. (Avi, because I loved it, and John, after my father).
If this baby is a boy, we're pretty settled on Silas Rocco (we liked Silas, and then realized that it's the name of one of the character Avi's brothers on Weeds, which seemed perfect, and Rocco after my husband's grandfather). Although this week I am second guessing Silas. So that may change.
Girls names are trickier for us... We know the middle name will be Theresa, after my husband's mom who died when he was 8. Contenders for first name right now are: Ainsley, Harper, Harlow, Hadley, Zoa. I'm leaning towards Zoa right now, as it means "full of life", so it seems appropriate for this (hopefully) rainbow baby!
My DH hates talking about names. I reluctantly agreed to Kyra (I wanted Kira or Keira) because at least we agreed on a name. We have always had a boys name of Maxwell Roebling (Roebling was my grandfather's middle name) but girls are harder. I would love to name a girl Gloriana after my grandmothers but he hates it.
Great names in this discussion! We have had baby names picked out forever....been together almost a decade. Jackson Curtis for a boy and Lucie Roc for a girl. All names have significance to grandmas and my daddy. Can't wait to find out which it will be!
I have a whole list, but I'm not sharing them online. I'm not a fan of anything in the top 500, and I would hate if someone I knew named their baby the same as mine. My first son is Thatcher, a friend of a friend used his name 9 months after I had him. I was beyond annoyed!
For boys we have Grady, Brady or Brody. Leaning towards Grady. DS is Grant so it would be cute. We are disagreeing on girls. Last time we had Laramie picked out but i am not feeling it this time but hubby wants to keep it. I like Hadley or Emmerson.
Laramie is the brand of cigarettes on the Simpsons, FYI.

My daughters name is Eden like "the garden of Eden" goes back to beginning of the human race and people still somehow misspell it... Either people don't read the bible, don't know how to spell, or who knows whatever reason people will spell it however they want and say it however they want... She has been called Aden, odin, edis, and all kinds of names with the correct spelling, crap happens... Soooo that in mind I'm gonna spell it however I want and teach my kids how to say it right and how to teach other people to as well. My name is messed up and I'm fine. haha
Weve decided on a boy name- Bryan Archer (after a young uncle that recently passed away) , but he'll go by Archer (and I think it's fun that we can call him Archie
Still trying to decide on girl names... LOVE old-fashioned names like Clara, Scarlett and Hannah, but may go with something more "trendy" like Maisie or Evie... Still haven't decided
Me and my partner made a deal that if baby number 2 is a boy he picks the name and if it's a girl I get to pick... Our 3yo daughter is named Summer Rose so if we have another girl I'm naming her Penelope Blossom and my partner has picked Braxton for a boy

Maisie is a nickname for Margaret and Evie is a nickname for Evelyn - they fall into both.
Hi! I a little over 5 weeks with my second child!! If it's a boy, I'm thinking 'Roman Grey Spencer' and if it's a girl, I'm thinking 'Willow Grace Spencer'. Our first son's name is 'Hudson Graham Spencer'
In our last pregnancy we picked Rowan Octavious for a boy but we had a girl who we named Genevieve Giana. We are not sure we are going to stick with that boy name this time... And last time we had a very hard time picking a girl name so if we have another girl it will be super hard to find one and agree!
Lily Joanne for a girl, Joanne is my fiancés mothers name. Or Wyatt James for a boy, James runs in my side of the family for middle names for boys. However, my fiancé wants to name the baby Jonathon Ray after himself if it's a boy, but I'm not a huge fan of that although I wish I was because it's selfish if me and I know it'd make him happy, I'm just not a fan. BUT it's still early, who knows still what name we will come up with

James (mm likely either Alexander or Oliver) - it's the only boy name we both really love. Every time a relative announced a pregnancy were on pins and needles hoping they don't use it. I think we're clear at this point.
DH and I don't see eye to eye on a girl name yet. He likes more traditional ones like Samantha, Catherine, and Angela. I prefer more whimsical ones such as Lyra, Felicity, Lorelei, and Hestia. There's still plenty of time to figure something out.
I picked out a name (first and middle) but when I googled it, I found a person with the same name was a rapist (different last name). So disappointing, but I love the name. Should I keep it?
Haylee Laura for a girl or Jaryd Scott for a boy. We agreed on names surprisingly easily! Middle names have family significance (grandma & FIL) but the first names we just like.
Re: Settled on names!
Boy- Emmett, Kohen, or Brooks
