Good morning for me. S pretended to be a little ghost and I was mama witch. He totally played around with us taking a "broomstick ride" to school and learning to say boo.
A has a well visit so I got some extra time with him.
Sometimes I Facebook stalk DH's train wreck of a cousin but I don't actually want to be friends with her. Right now she's pregnant, her pipe broke (which totally sucks, right?), she's hoping for a girl so she can name her araya sunshine, she hates men, being pregnant sucks, still hates men, and she is "all about that bass, no trouble". Her wall is a good read right now.
Her pipe? Is this her crack pipe?
She needs to lay of the pipe and maybe just name her kid Mary Jane. It would sure be healthier than smoking it.
Ummm so theres this girl I went to hs with and I know shes a pot smoker. Her daughter is almost a year..and guess what her name is.

I'm at the doctors now. After puking Saturday night and having nonstop diarrea for the last 30 hours I thought it was worth confirming its just food poisoning and not anything more serious. My dr is super cute and I'm trying to think of a graceful way of telling him about my bowel movements and vomits.
Between Araya Sunshine and telling your friends they can't be pregnant at your wedding, I'm getting a lot of eye rolls in this morning!
Not much going on here this morning. I had Good Morning America on this morning and LO happened to be looking at the TV when they panned to the audience on the street. The audience was waving to the camera and he started waving back at them. :x
@theuntaggablek, so cute my DS is totally into pretending now too--everything is, "Okay, I am Jake, Caleb is Cubby, you are Izzy, mom, and Daddy is captain hook"...or, "I am Leonardo, you are Rafael, Caleb is Michaelangelo, and Daddy is Donatello" I think he does this all day with his buddies at DC!

@CNettles86 that is ridiculous and rude. I wouldn't even share your TTC plans. I would just tell her you can't promise that your family can make decisions like that now, but you love her and will be excited to celebrate her marriage.

Did I mention that all he's eaten for 3 days is pretzels? Literally nothing else, besides his Pediasure. So the hospital environment really seems to be helping on that end, too ~X( :-??

I had to go to the warehouse this morning. I got so dirty, and all I want to do is shower. But I told H I would help him after work, so I'm probably not getting home till 9 or so.
But he's buying me Qdoba tonight for dinner. And I found his birthday present. He's obsessed with ghost adventures, so were going on a historical ghost tour in Pittsburgh. I just have to pick of I want the one on the incline or downtown.
Well dr said to take Imodium and if I'm not better by Thursday he'll give me an antibiotic. He's suspicious of the fever I was /am running but otherwise thinks it's food poisoning. Wonder if he realized I have a crush on him when I was gigglesnorting when I spoke about my stools :-??
The wedding is in a year and a half. She has requested I not be pregnant at her wedding.

You know what pisses me off? Coming into work to an email from another department head saying that you didn't do your job and here's everything that was missed and emails to prove they were requested. X( I saw red. Not only did I have emails to back up EVERYTHING that had been done but I have the screenshots. So I sent that to my boss who is a SVP and showed her here's why they're wrong. Don't give me a list of ten things I SUPPOSEDLY did wrong and not expect me to fire back.
It wasn't even 9 am. It's after 12:30 and I'm still ragey.
The first lady emailed us (me and SVP) back saying thank you for the quick turnaround. Um, what about an apology!?
I have this feeling that people think I'm lazy or that I'm bad at my job or I'm just a peon or something so those types of emails really make me question myself and worry me. I don't want something to come up at review time and them say "weeellll, you had this happen in September."
I'm totally neurotic about my performance reviews so I take supposed mistakes way too seriously.
I should also say something nice about them since that post was such a downer.
My mom said she would make Irish coddle and soda bread for me when she's here. You guys have no idea how excited I am about that. Coddle was my favorite meal as a kid. It's the best comfort food ever.
This is what it looks like for anyone who has never heard of it.
I'm a big fan of Irish food but that meat looks questionable to me. What is it? Other than that it looks delicious and I can imagine it is. And Irish soda bread is drool worthy.

I really need to put a sign on my door telling the mail carrier not to ring the doorbell when I have a package, it's always during naptime, and my dogs go nuts, waking everyone up! 45 minutes of rocking, 2 failed crib transfers, and 10 minutes of back rubbing and glow-worming, and Ian is finally back asleep. Ugh.
