There is a guy using the playground equipment to workout.
He is wearing an ankle monitoring bracelet.
:-/
I wear my fitbit on my ankle. It is the only way it measures my steps while pushing a stroller and walking a dog at the same time. But I made mine a pretty anklet to live in so people don't assume I am a bad person. B-)

We are impatiently awaiting the day we can say goodbye to his girlfriend Ivy for good.
LO just polished off a gigantic portion of cinnamon apple oatmeal. And everywhere there is cereal on her face, it is red not bumpy, just red. She doesn't seem to notice. And her hands are fine (even though she has cereal all over them). She loves it and has gone crazy asking for it anytime the big kids have it.
She has oat based stuff without reaction often as well as stuff with cinnamon, so I think it is sensitive skin to contact because she fed herself and was messy. Now I'm not sure if I should stop giving it to her or just feed her so it doesn't get on her face. Guess I'll call ped in the morning.
BOO. She is so picky right now while she is teething, I was thrilled she liked it. I think I need a nap!
Thanks @missymr. I knew I had read other J13ers mention similar, but didn't remember anyone in particular. As soon as I wiped off her face the redness started to disappear. So hopefully it is just sensitive skin. Thanks!
Hello! :-h G and I are back home after celebrating my brother's 21st in my hometown. It was nice to get away and that part of the state is just beautiful. G is now in the tub and I'm enjoying a glass of cherry wine. Now to catch up!!
Oh and I just saw on fb that there is a sequel to Go The Fuck to Sleep called You Need to Fucking Eat. I would love to see this book! It will be released in November.
Luke was ELATED to be able to crawl around on the floor again after 11 days in the hospital attached to his germaphobe mom's hip. He played with every single one of his favorite toys, climbed our stairs twice, then put my shoes on my feet so I could take him out to swing and make sure the garage door opener still works (that's maybe his favorite toy).... Somehow he has gotten about 3x faster in the last 11 days.
And then he fell asleep around 6:40, slept through g-tube meds, Ivy hookup, and diaper change, transferred to crib with minimal fuss, and (so far [-O< ) is still out. I think hospital exhaustion + flu shot + ALL THE HOME PLAYING hit him all at once, and hard :x
And then, my mom had pizza delivered to our house, and I remembered a conference submission deadline and scrapped together an abstract with 3 hours to spare. I am irrationally proud of myself for that last bit - even though I'm fairly certain the abstract is at least 20% incoherent :-??
Thanks again, so much, for all the support over the past couple weeks. I think I'm ok with where we're at; some of the new protocols help to alleviate some of my previous stresses at least a little bit, and the new curly tubing allows us to move all over the room at night without carrying the pump with us, so I'm hopeful that this will be better this time around. And I think partly I'm just a little numb to it all right now; I don't know if that's good or bad, but it is.
So tired. A glass of wine is calling my name, and then my bed. My very own bed.

@martyn17 It's mostly that most of the other deadlines have passed and I'd be super pissed with myself if I wasted the opportunity for a free trip

Honestly, I think I need to make myself do things like that sometimes when they seem impossible to keep myself from just completely despairing about ever being able to even halfway succeed.

You need a bubble. Put you and those baby's in a bubble. Bring, books, Legos, dolls etc. Maybe when It snows you can get some in? You guys need good health. BOB, I demand good health for the Liz family.
Yes, please. We have never been so frequently sick as we have since January.
I'd chip in for a bubble for you guys, @lizabethann06 I hate how much sick your little guys have had to fight this year. >:D< Hope everyone is back to good soon.
So I put N to sleep and was then just laying in my bed browsing on the phone when I felt something on my shoulder. I thought it was just my hair, but it was actually a spider. OMG I just about had a heart attack & don't even wanna sleep in my bed now even though MH killed it ans flushed it down the toilet. :-SS
Ughhhhh! Whem I still lived with my mom I had a spider the size of my palm go across my bed. I couldn't find it to kill it. I didnt sleep in my room for a week.

I went to a birthday party for a friend's son on Sunday. We had fun. However, found out that one of The Birthday Boy's friends exposed him (& some others there to play) to Roseola.
Now Alex has the chest/nose congestion & cough. I keep looking for a rash & high fever.
