  • So I'm running a half marathon on Sunday. And of course I get my first cold of the past 5 months this week.
I've spent the day in bed, trying to kick this thing. All i have to say is, being sick in your own house with your nanny there is freaking awkward. It's like "oh, thank you for tending to the children while I layabout!"

Also I want to go watch my napping son sleep but what an asshole move would it be to wake him up while she's probably enjoying his nice long nap?

I have no idea how people have au pairs. I could never relax. And definitely never have sex.

Bro, but look how many ants are on this trash can...

Oh I just googled. Wtf, so dumb.

  • I'm so bloated. I consumed way too much salt today.

  • Wait, did Betty white die?

What? I hope not, don't scare me like that. I happen to love Hot in Cleveland.

  • @insertclevername‌ I'm dairy free for bf-ing, too. What do you make for family dinners? We are in a tomato basil pasta or hamburger rut. :(

@nunzchucks we usually do a meat, vegetable and grain.  Steak, sweet potato and quinoa for example.  We also do brinner at least once a week.  I love bacon and eggs.  I use Earth Balance spread as a butter substitute.  Crock pot sausage and peppers is a big hit in our house.

I've got Earth Balance. DH also suggested breakfast for dinner. Doing that once a week is a great idea! I like your way of thinking of meal planning. Thanks!

I'm baking brownies so I can eat them all.

    Will you share with me?
    Always!
  • Also, I've had to do a lot of researching on FERPA for work...it makes me think of FUPA and then I giggle. How's that for random?
FERPA is the bane of my work existence.

(That's an exaggeration but it makes my job a lot more frustrating sometimes)
