Just got our first 5 hour stretch ever. Please Lord, let this be a thing.

Last night I thought lo was asleep so I went downstairs to pump. She woke up and H kindly went to tend to her. Did he rock her back to sleep? Nope. Brought her down into the bright light and noise. So I had to redo bedtime and finally got to sleep at 12. I'm so pissed.

The little guy has been asleep since 10:30. It's nearly 5:30 and that's amazing and all for being the longest stretch so far but he is wiggling and grunting and has been keeping me awake since 3:30. Just wake up already! I know it's coming and I want to go back to sleep!

Boogie has been sleeping heavy since we got home from her 2 month check up.  She isn't eating much, spitting up a lot, and running a lo grade fever.  I had my first mommy melt down and called the on-call pedi.  It was our Doctor and I was so glad to hear her voice telling me that everything she was experiencing was normal (I knew that already) and just told me that if I got worried again that she'd be fine with meeting me at the hospital to look at her.  She's sleeping a good stretch now but I can't sleep because I'm too worried about her. It figures that a night where she's going to sleep I can't. 

Also when she's awake she cries, not a screamy cry, but like a quiet fuss that includes real tears escaping her eyes slowly. My heart is broken tonight.

It fucking sucks. And when I actually do get tired and want to fall asleep is always when he's about to wake up within the hour. It's my own special hell.

3rd night in a row here my LOs think it's playtime , DS sucking me dry & security nursing ,DD cluster feeding she finished her bottle after BFing briefly and just finished the bottle I made for DS

Tried to do some shopping for ODD online but can't hold the tablet without DS fussing so I'm on my phone.

I can't even watch those Christmas movies because SO has trouble sleeping with tv on .

We are on night 3 of transition to crib from rnp. Gone from 8+ hour sleeps to 3 or less hour sleeps. And he can now escape the miracle blanket. I want to cry.

I'm slamming down breakfast while DH changes the baby, we're leaving in 10 to take him to work and then for me to pick up my SIL (the babysitter).  I have to be at work by 6am.. here we go.

Today is my second day back at work and DS has been up every 2 hours. I'm so tired, it's going to be a long day!

I was just wondering if infants can have allergies! Both DH and I are allergic to cats and we are visiting my Mom who has a cat. LO has been sneezing more frequently and rubbing her eyes as if she has the same allergy. Wonder if I took a Zyrtec whether it would transfer through BM and help her out at all...
She also flat out refused to change time zones since we arrived...

We went from 6-8 hours to 3. Of course the week before I go back to work. I hope we go back to sttn for my first day.

I came home for lunch and LO's eyes are terrible. She also wouldn't stop crying for DH. I want to take her in this afternoon. If we take her, I'll let you know if that's possible

I forgot to ask if allergies in infants is possible, only b/c I was focusing on what the doctor was saying to me. LO has a cold, unfortunately. Now I know why she was fussing so much.

I need a dimmer nightlight. Lo just looks around for like an hour after his motn feeding, but if I turn it off I can't see. Any suggestions?

DS has been up so much again. I don't know why he's all of a sudden waking so much to eat. Maybe because monday I went back to work and he is being clingy? I dunno but I really need sleep!!

I just bought a Lullaby Light Cube on Amazon. It's 19.95 right now. It projects moon and stars on a wall or ceiling. DS loves it and it's dim enough for him to sleep with it on and I can see fine in his room.

LO just now went to bed it's 2:30am he's been awake since 6:30pm. The screaming and crying good lord I did everything in the book there is to do! Kid went from sleeping a good 6hr stretch to this?! What is going on.

3 month growth spurt ( makes me worried about going back to work Monday. I already told H he's taking a feeding Sunday night if she's still going every 3 hours. (he's of Mondays)

LO slept from 730 till 130! I feel human again. To celebrate I'm going to Zumba at 530am. Wtf is wrong with me?

Sleeping till 4:00 is awesome but this whole taking an hour and a half for him to fall back asleep is not.

DH is a whiny bish... this baby was getting up every 3 hours for me suddenly.. and then the first night DH takes over because I work some early mornings she gives him 7 hours of sleep TWO nights in a row. Then when this morning she woke up and needed fed he rolled over and told me it was MY job since I don't work till this afternoon. Sir please, for 10 weeks I got up with her mostly alone at ALL night feedings... you can handle getting up after she's been out 7 hours to do one.  Seriously she loves daddy more than me.. and he's stupid.

Um wtf baby. We are going backwards in the sleep arena. It's midnight. This is the earliest he's been up since like 2 weeks. And of corse this hits when I'm sick and just need to sleep. God I hate this phase

Of course, the night before I go back to work H kicks a basket on his way out (he works nights and put the basket there) and wakes lo. I'm so freaking mad right now. Moms don't need sleep right?

I think we may finally be getting somewhere with the STTN. Then again, tomorrow he will prob be back to every 3 hours. Sleep deprivation has turned me into a cynic fo sho.

Of course, almost no sleep whatsoever again. DS wouldn't go to bed and kept getting up until one am. That's when DD starts to do her morning feedings, of course. So my sleep is very broken right now and I'm off caffeine b/c of the way it affects LO. This is going to be a wonderful day! (sarcastically)

I'm sorry you had to cut out caffeine. Caffeine is how I survive day to day. I don't know what I would do without it.
