I was just curious what everyone did for a living, if you're a SAHM, going to school, etc. Just want to GTK everyone more.

I'm a quality control coordinator for a manufacturing plant, and at night I go to cosmetology school and will graduate in March (hopefully sooner). My dream is to be a SAHM again one day.
How about you fine ladies?

@4RingCircus I miss being a SAHM. I was with my 2 kids and went back to work about a year ago. Really hoping I can do that again soon. That's cool though that you taught elementary and you might become a principal!
@elgizzo That's awesome you're a graphic designer! What kind of things do you design? And 8 years? Nice!!
@luckystarz Would you consider pursuing a career in your degree? Is that in the works later? I think it's awesome you could work with special ed and communication disorders.

I work in the admissions office of a rehab hospital (physical therapy, not addiction).
My bachelor's degree is in exercise physiology, and I wanted to go to PT school. Unfortunately there is no school here so it didn't work out.
Thinking about becoming an ultrasound tech. We shall see.
I work part time at my family's business. I do some light accounting, book keeping, and general reception. MH is the general counsel here so we get to work together and it's great!
Not my dream job, but I've discovered that I am more family minded than career minded. I have my Master's in Math Education, but I've decided I don't want to use it since there are no opportunities for PT teacher around here and I can't imagine going back to FT after being PT for 2 years.
For now I'm in and out of a community college, hoping to finish my associates this year, and working full time (45 hours/week) at my boyfriend's cousins' dry cleaners, running the drop off store. It's a pretty easy job and I work by myself so I can't complain much. Because of this I feel like I'll never have the excuse to stop working during or after pregnancy lol :-S
I do have to mention @melissat2742 and how the hell can I buy candy from you?? Dear lord you have my dream job haha. I'm a chocoholic...
This one is fun to read, great thread idea!
But was an L&D nurse for 7+ years before switching last month

I am an accounting assistant for the County office of education. I also sell Thirty one on the side
I'd love to be at a school though. That's my goal. Hopefully sooner than later.

Before that I wanted to be a teacher...then decide it was actually people I like working with. I am being raised up to be an agent and then will probably peruse a management position.

Holy crap, how do you work in a candy store while pregnant and not eat yourself out of business?
I would gain a million pounds and be bankrupt in a week.
@mrskelly731 That's so cool! I really want to try it. I'll have to look into how much it is to start and how to sign up.
